If any of her fans were to know what their idol is doing, they would be shocked. At this moment, the 1.4m teen frowned as she peeked from a corner.
That's right.
Akanegakubo Momo is stalking someone at this moment.
And her target is none other than the power couple that entered their school for a learning trip. Momo had gotten her sources that their nicknames are angel and devil respectively.
But why?
They showed no records of any super ability that Totsuki students would have. Momo concentrated on the two, not realizing someone was behind her.
"What are you doing?" A voice near her ears made her jump.
She glared and pouted at the 1st year student.
"Isshiki-yan should not be scaring Momo. Momo almost got a fright." The purpled-haired scolded.
"Hahaha….. It seems that you are interested in the two exchange students, Momo-senpai." Isshiki smiled brightly as he took a glimpse inside the room. "There is no need to hide to observe them!"
The chef dragged the patissier inside, surprising the two. "Hello, Amano-san, Kashino-san!"
Ichigo and Makoto glanced at each other, wondering what is going on. They were planning and thinking of a presentation pastry for the class they are going to enter, which of course, consists of baking techniques.
"Isshiki-san?" Ichigo questioned, as Makoto left her to do the talking. "Is there anything wrong with the schedule?"
"Nope! Not at all!" He grinned. "I decided to bring along with my senpai to look at your work!"
Ichigo looked at them confusingly. Makoto sighed, seeing her girlfriend's reaction. "We just finished baking. All that needs to be done is the decorating. If you are here for the tasting, you'll still have to wait."
With that said, he dragged his partner along, not leaving any room for a talk.
Isshiki helped himself by sitting down on one of the chairs, smiling away. On the other hand, Momo intently stared at their hands moving around. They had played around with fruits this time, unlike the flair of a commotion just two days ago. Even without eating, Momo could already identify one of the fruits: durian.
Despite the bad odor that the fruit gives out (and how some people abhor them), Momo knew from experience that the fruit could actually be sweet if ignoring the smell. But how are they going to incorporate that into their pastry?
The two Totsuki students were interested in their creation.
It took them another 30 minutes to complete their work. Ichigo smiled as the couple presented their pastry to the two students each together. In Momo's eyes, it appeared like the cakes from outside, not much appeal to her. Once again, the purpled hair frowned.
"Hm?" Ichigo tilted her head, "Is there anything wrong?"
"Not cute."
"Huh?!" Makoto strangely examined the short teen. "Why do you need pastries to look cute when the taste tells you otherwise?!"
"But it really looks good." Isshiki smiled as he picked up the pastry on his plate. "So what gave the idea of a cream puff?"
"That's not a cream puff," Makoto interjected.
"We call it a cream puff tart." Ichigo smiled brightly. "The top is like a cream puff but the bottom is of a tart. And of course, we modified it with a pack of surprises!"
Momo was skeptical about the dessert in front of her, taking the first bite as her kohai did the same. The results to them were unexpected. Like a boat sitting still in fluffy clouds, serene and silent.
"This is really amazing!" Isshiki complimented. Momo kept silent, but she had the same thoughts as him.
The couple took a bite out of their pastry, only to frown slightly.
"No, it's not enough..." Makoto spoke as Ichigo nodded. They started discussing how to improve the dessert in front of them.
Momo would slowly realize that making a dish and having cute things are very different in the patisserie world.
Momo would learn the next two years in Totsuki the art to combine both pastries and cuteness together, and in the future, earning herself the 4th seat. For now, she would observe, and see this couple as a way to improve herself.
Eh... So this turned into a two-shot. I had difficulty adding to this since I had to tell myself that the 92nd generation hasn't appeared yet.
