A month later, Noah and Liza Marie were at a Father-Daughter dance on the base. Liza Marie was wearing a Cinderella dress and Noah was in his Air Force uniform as Michael Bolton's Fathers and Daughters played while Noah began to sing along as they danced.

As they danced it was as if they were the only two in the world, and as the song ends. Noah picks Liza Marie up, and whispers, "I love you, Liza Marie Puckerman." Before Burt and Carole come up to them as Burt says to Liza Marie, "You look like a real princess Liza Marie."
Then Burt looks at Noah and says, "Puck, I'm proud of you, son. I'm sure Liza Marie will never forget this night or all you have done for her. You gave her hope again, son."
Noah looks at Liza Marie as he says, "Your wrong Mr. H. It was her that gave me hope again. Ever since that first day I visited her in the hospital. I promised myself if she lived, that I was going to be the best daddy she could ever ask for. I might have missed my chance with Beth, but I'm going to do everything I can to make sure Liza Marie has the best childhood ever."
Then Liza Marie says, "Your my Daddy Hulk and I'm your Little Princess. You are the best daddy ever and if they can't see that. Then they can kiss my butt, because I love you, and I don't care what they think. I'm your little girl."
Suddenly the song My Little Girl by Tim McGraw started to play, as Noah and Liza Marie got back out on the dance floor, and once again Noah was singing along.

When Burt came back in without Quinn looking angry, he wondered what had happened. But he just ignored it, while he continued to dance with Liza Marie to Love Lifts Us Up Where We Belong and chuckle as he and Quinn sang along.
