Ferrel and his men are getting ready for an another mission that takes place in Japan. The billboard will not activate because of the seventh number is not engaged.
"The seventh lock will not engage." said the technician.
"What?" asked Miss May.
"The gate will not function." said the technician.
"It'll take a while." said Ferrel.
Later, at the control room, the men found a map containing the location of the second actual gate. At the briefing room, Ferrel and his men along with Hammond are discussing the map containing the gate's location.
"Well, the problem is that billboard will not activate, preventing us from going on a mission to Japan." said Sam.
"Meicoomon knows everything." said Hammond. "Unless we fix the billboard, we can go to the Russian border."
Meanwhile, at the Russian border, the plane is heading to the northern part of Russia. Ferrel and his men are outside of the plane with Meicoomon summoned.
"Senpai's orders, madam." said Meicoomon. "And I'm grateful for the mission."
"So, you're telling me that SGC is temporarily suspended due to a faulty gate?" asked Ferrel.
"Yup. Impmon will be so excited when we arrive in the part of Russia." said Meicoomon.
Inside the plane, Ferrel and his men are wearing winter clothes, because of the cold temperature.
"To get to the northern part of Russia, we must find the cause for the faulty gate." said Sam.
"We have visual of the Russian forces." said Shoutmon.
"Who's coming to Russia?" asked Ferrel.
"Us!" said Alex. "And the guy behind us."
"Look, we need to jump off the plane. Do you have parachutes?" said Pete.
"Yes." said Ferrel.
"And you guys have hazmats?" asked Jack.
"Yes." said Ferrel. "Let's do it."
The plane is open. The two men throw away the weapons inside the crate. The woman is the first to jump off the plane. Ferrel and his men are the next ones over. From the warehouse, Ferrel and his men infiltrate the bases.
"We should summon Impmon and Guilmon." said Ferrel. "They will know what to do with them."
"Good idea." said Miss May. "My prefered Digimon is Palmon. She'll know what to do with the infiltration."
Ferrel and Miss May summon Impmon, Guilmon and Palmon. Afterwards, they found a corpse.
"The purgers must have killed them with guns." said Palmon.
Ferrel opens the door to find more dead bodies and an activated billboard.
"Mei, look at those bodies." said Impmon. "They were killed undetected."
At the control room, Meicoomon, Impmon and Ferrel find an another corpse. The woman turns on the controls.
"It's safe." said the woman.
"Meicoomon and Impmon are doing their best to find a source for these killings." said Ferrel. "Guilmon, you should return to the hub."
The woman gives a list of names for the victims to Ferrel.
"It's the name list. The names are Jackal, Michael, and more." said the woman.
The woman finds the substance inside the factory, only to discover that it is gone.
"It's gone." said the woman. "The substance containing the codes… it's gone!"
Alex, Shoutmon and Jack along with Impmon and Meicoomon collect samples of the dead bodies.
"Guys, back to the control room." said Ferrel through the phone.
"Meicoomon and Impmon are not finished sampling the dead bodies." said Shoutmon.
"Alex and Jack will go to the control room." said Meicoomon.
At the control room, Ferrel and his men are looking an another set of dead bodies underwater.
"They must have drowned underwater." said Jack.
Ferrel and his men are inside the submarine with Meicoomon and Impmon.
"Sorry, I'm late. Mei-mei got all the samples needed to fix the billboard." said Impmon.
"Same here." said Meicoomon.
Ferrel leaves behind the crew. This leaves Meicoomon and Impmon in charge of Ferrel's men. Ferrel's men are underwater. Alex is accompanying Ferrel and Shoutmon.
"If this mission is successful, the billboard will shut off with the samples. Over and out." said Meicoomon.
At the underwater temple, they converse.
"The temple is underwater right after several scientists were killed by purgers. Probably using strangulation." said the woman.
The submarine shuts down. The board catches fire. Jack uses an extinguisher to put out the fire. Meanwhile, Alex, Shoutmon and Ferrel find more dead bodies throughout the facility, including a bloodstained kitchen, a dining room and a restroom with a bloodied toilet paper. They find a frozen body of a man. Back at the submarine, Meicoomon fixes the boards. The fixing stops when Miss May summons Palmon and checks on the gauge.
"The gauge is at zero." said Miss May. "And it'll shut down."
At the kitchen, Ferrel, Shoutmon and Alex lift the frozen body. Back at the submarine, Meicoomon continues the fixing of the boards with the help of Impmon and Palmon. Ferrel and Alex along with Shoutmon lift the man to the oven, increasing the heat.
"We should move him to the outside, before he's burned." said Ferrel.
"Good idea." said Shoutmon.
At the submarine, the vehicle starts up only to fail, despite the repair. Meanwhile, Ferrel, Alex and Shoutmon are done with the recovery. This causes the man to vomit water.
"What are you doing here?" asked the man. "You!"
The man violently shoves Ferrel to the same place where he was found.
"You'll die if you open the door." said the man.
"Alex, help! Help!" said Ferrel.
Alex didn't listen to the cries for help. At the submarine, Ferrel's men, Meicoomon, Impmon and Palmon are stuck. Ferrel and the man are stuck at the frozen room.
"Alex is out there, with Shoutmon and I need to get out of there." said Ferrel.
"Well, go ahead. I'll leave this to me." said the man.
At the submarine, the window breaks.
"We're underwater too long." said Meicoomon.
Alex and Shoutmon are attacked by Ferrel. Back at the submarine, the glass is broken. As Meicoomon touches the water, he is sucked in. Alex activates the gate and vomits water. The water sucked in and the billboard is deactivated. It activates later and Ferrel's men, Impmon, Meicoomon and Palmon return from the submarine.
"How do I get here?" asked Meicoomon.
"I think the submarine has powers." said Impmon. "Mei-mei knows it."
The men are reunited. They then send the samples that will fix the billboard to Hammond.
