The gate is activating inside the embarkation room. Ferrel and his men sees the gate finally activated. They then send a vehicle to Nagoya and watch the activity. As the vehicle flies to the clouds, the transmission stopped. This causes the headquarters to have a blackout and power failures including the gate. Ferrel and his men fix the embarkation room only to get electrocuted. Later, one of the men has third-degree burns.
"The gate itself was turned off by itself as a result of the power failure." said Miss May.
Dr. Laura sees Miss May's hands cut from the repair. She then guides her to the infirmary.
"Jack, Alex, Sam and Pete are next." said Dr. Laura. "You're first, Miss May."
At the infirmary, Miss May is treated by Dr. Laura with bandage, covering the cut. Alex and Shoutmon are the second ones to be treated for injuries. At the lab, Jack and Miss May sees the activity prior to the blackout. As they look at the activity, they see the source for the short power failure.
"See that?" asked Jack. "That must be the blackout."
The camera sees Miss May and Jack. At the control room, repairs are doing well. The camera sees them again.
"I think they see us." said Hammond.
"We are under quarantine." said Jack.
All of the vehicles activate itself. At the briefing room, they discuss the vehicles and cameras looking at them. Alex and Shoutmon drink coffee. The discussion continues only to find the camera looking at them.
"They found us!" cried Ferrel.
"It knows you're here." said Meicoomon through the phone.
"Does that mean it's time to take out the camera?" asked Ferrel.
"Sir, the dialing system is down." said the technician.
"Take it offline sir." ordered Hammond.
At the control room, the camera is still looking at Ferrel's men.
"Powering down now." said the technician.
The headquarters are turned off. Immediately afterwards, one of the vehicles takes out the green light. Still at the control room, Ferrel's men are continuing the repair. Miss May found the malfunction inside the malp room. As they enter the room, the card swiping system is not working, preventing Ferrel's men from entering. Meicoomon is summoned to open the door to find a vehicle operating itself.
"Split up and be careful." said Ferrel.
They split up to find a computer operated by sentient vehicles.
"That's why they found us." said Alex.
"Hammond, need some help with the computer. I found a computer operated by robots and vehicles." said Meicoomon.
"On my way." said Hammond.
Hammond shows up.
"What is this?!" cried Hammond.
"That's the source for the facial recognition." said Ferrel.
"How about blowing up the computer labs to stop this?" asked Hammond.
"I dunno. Let's cut this." said Ferrel.
Miss May types "What is your purpose?". Afterwards, she is electrocuted again with numerous Rs.
"Miss May, stop!" cried Hammond.
Ferrel cuts the cord, stopping the computer and the cameras from taking over the headquarters. Miss May is then taken to the infirmary. Afterwards, she suffers from cardiac arrrest only to be revived.
"This is why you never mess with the computer, guys." said Shoutmon.
"Well, she said that she typed several words, afterwards, she is electrocuted." said Alex.
"I agree with Alex." said Hammond. "She needs to be on guard at all times, because if she is unattended, she will die."
Miss May wakes up.
"She's conscious." said Ferrel.
She is then rendered mute.
"She's mute. It's due to the electrocution." said Sam.
"Should we contact the allies?" asked Ferrel.
"We are still under quarantine." said Hammond. "And our allies cannot contact you and your friends."
At the same area as Miss May is electrocuted, Ferrel and his men are examining a malp. At the same room, Miss May is hospitalized.
"Go get the doctor." ordered Ferrel.
Dr. Laura shows up to see Miss May, who is now mute and can only communicate using keyboards and computers. At the briefing room, they placed several boards and discuss Miss May's conditions. Later, they go to the infirmary to see Miss May.
"My name is Jack." said Jack.
"Then you know that he's the genius member of the crew." said Ferrel.
Later, Miss May angrily gets up, saying that she must preserve.
"Stand down!" cried Shoutmon. "Follow me!"
Miss May goes to the corridor only to block they entrance. She then activates the Malp. Ferrel shoots Miss May in the chest only to discover that she is bulletproof.
"Don't do this, Miss May." said Meicoomon.
She is then shot, but not killing her. She is then taken to the infirmary.
"Still no change?" asked Dr. Laura.
"No." said Ferrel. "Meicoomon said that Miss May was rendered mute because she is electrocuted while she is typing."
"Maybe it's time to let her go." said Dr. Laura.
Alex, Jack, Sam, Pete and Shoutmon all say goodbye to Miss May, who is hospitalized.
At the control room, everything is under control. This causes the malp to restart on its own.
"SG1 to the malp room now." said Hammond.
"I am here" is all that the computer said.
"It's Miss May." said Jack.
"Get Hammond now." ordered Ferrel.
Miss May's body is transfered to the malp room. Miss May wakes up. She regains her voice.
"Miss May, you're safe." said Ferrel.
