And so it happens that whilst my life goes south, and I find myself longing for the comfort of youth and stories I circle back here. This story holds a very special place in my heart. It connects me to a person that I didn't know very well, or like, but as the years go on, years she didn't get…I find myself more and more connected to her over the distance. She was my youth, my childhood, my innocence. Against all odds, I miss her. This story connects us, over the ether of time and life, as such I don't think I can ever be 'done' because as I grow, learn and age, I want that for the girl in my memories. I want to share this with her. My shadow spirit.
