"How did your boards go" Callie asks from the seat in the hospital room where she had been sitting for the last hour.
"Aced them" Arizona winked playfully.
"Of course you did" Callie scoffs.
"Well I wont find out till tomorrow, but I think it went ok. Look at you sitting up, that's a good sign"
"Im just happy to be out of bed for a little while, im not used to just lying around doing nothing"
"Well you don't have to do anything unless you want to now, its gonna be a change but you will get used to it... I brought you something" Arizona pulls out a manilla envelope and slides it onto the table in front of Callie. "I stopped by Drews and explained everything to them. They said you can re-enroll whenever you feel up to it"
"Arizona I don't know..."
"I know. But the forms are there for you to look over when your ready to"
"This isnt the only present I got today... papa brought me divorce papers he had his lawyer write up. i havent signed them yet" Callie offered nervously.
"Why didn't you sign them?" Arizona asked carefully. Callie didn't answer she just worried her lip and looked to her wringing hands. "Calliope why didn't you sign them yet?"
"He's gonna be so mad" Callie offered sadly.
"Let him be mad"
"He wont sign them"
"Then it will go to court and the judge will rule in your favor"
"Will I have to see him?"
"Maybe, im not sure how it works. But there will be security there and he wont be able to get anywhere near you, and ill be there"
"That will just make him even madder"
"What, me being there?"
"He was convinced that we had been together"
"Well you were my first kiss"
"I never told him that"
"Why not?"
"Coz it would have just encouraged him. He was convinced that we had had sex" Callie blushed.
"Back to the papers" Arizona said with a blush of her own. "Are you going to sign them?"
"I guess so. Your right... as always"
"Always" Arizona grinned as she fished out a pen from her satchel and handed it to Callie. "Come on, no time like the present. Listen to your always right friend"
Callie grabbed the file from her bedside table with a little discomfort and leafed through the paperwork in front of her, after a few moments of not understanding anything she had read she leafed to a page which had been sticky noted and signed her name next to an x.
"I need to find out how to legally go back to Torres" Callie offered as she grimaced at the Thompson signature.
"lets ask your dad to look into it, im sure he can get his lawyer to sort it out"
"Ok, well that's the paper work signed. I actually feel a bit lighter for having done it"

"Callie Torres, day 21 in hospital. Xrays are looking good, all broken bones seem to be healing well. All stitches have now been removed and sites are looking good. I think we are close to being released" Bailey smiled at the intern before turning her attention to the patient.
"How are you feeling Callie?" Bailey asked warmly.
"Morning sickness is kicking my ass" Callie replied with a little jest. She had spent a lot of time around the short doctor and was getting quite comfortable with her.
"Pregnancy will do that for you, we have you down for an ultrasound with Dr Montgomery a little later to check on the little one and Dr Warner has said you are coming on in leaps and bounds. Do you think you may be ready to get out of here?"
"I guess, I mean if you guys think im ready" Callie offered nervously.
"Have you decided where you will go once you are discharged?"
"To my parents place" Callie said matter of factly.
"Great well its good to have a plan in place. Wheres your sidekick today?" Bailey asked noticing Arizona's absense.
"She had some shopping to do, she will be back later for the ultrasound"
"Well its good that shes getting out of the hospital, come next week when she starts shes going to be sick of the place"
"Dont be too hard on her, shes eager to impress you all"
"She already has Callie, you've got a good friend in that one"

"Did I miss it?" Arizona panted as she ran into the hospital room to find Addie and Callie's amused faces.
"just in time" Addie mused as she squirted some gel onto Callies abdomen. Taking the wand she moved it around, smiling as the blonde took the brunettes hand. "Right we are in week 9 and this little one looks to be in good shape. It will be another three weeks or so until you start showing and we wont be able to see the sex until week 16 if you wanted to find out" Addie reeled off as she found a particularly good shot of the baby and began taking measurements before snapping a few screen shots.
"Ok now we are going to turn on the volume" Addie flicked a switch and the little flutter of a tiny heart beat echoed into the room.
"Oh my god Callie, can you hear that?" Arizona asked mesmorized. When Callie didn't answer she glanced to her friend to find her crying.
"Hey whats wrong?"
"Its real... im having a baby" Callie sobbed her eyes transfixed to the monitor.
"Yes you are mama, your having a healthy baby" Addie cooed carefully. She was well aware of Callies uncertainty to have the baby and had gotten some information about adoption and talked her through it the week before.
"Im gonna be a mama" Callie said in awe.
"Yes you are" Addie grinned as she printed out the screen shot several times.
"Arizona look" Callie grinned as the tiny baby moved inside of her.
"I see Calliope" Arizona grinned back.
"Ok ladies, do you have any questions?" Addie asked as she took the wand away from Callie's slightly bruised stomach.
"I don't think so" Arizona said, glancing to Callie to see if she had anything to ask. She couldn't help but smile at the awed look on Callie's face as she stared at the photo in her hand. Callie didn't even reply.
"So I hear you might be getting discharged soon. I have to say I will miss our chats but I will still see you for your follow up appointments if that's ok?" Addie asked carefully.
"Dont you have minions to do that for you?" Arizona laughed.
"Well normally I do, but I would like to keep this case. What with the previous miscarriages I want to keep a close eye on baby Torres"
"Baby Torres" Callie murmered. " I like the sound of that"
"Would that be ok with you Callie? If I stayed on your case?" Addison asked again.
"Sure of course, you don't think theres a chance I may miscarry again?"
"Im sure there is nothing to worry about but better to be safe than sorry"
"Hows my favorite patient?" Mark asked as he entered the room with a big smile.
"Im ok" Callie replied, now feeling a lot more confident in his presense but still a little nervous.
"Whats that you've got there?" Mark motioned to the picture in Callie's hand.
"Its baby Torres" Callie grinned, holding the picture out for Mark to see. He glanced at it not really knowing what he was looking at but seeing Callie's grin he plastered on a big smile and nodded.
"Looks like his or her Mama, they are going to be a cutie" Mark grinned.
"You think so?"
"I know so" Mark winked. "So how are you doing? The bruising and swelling on your face is almost gone now, your looking really good"
"im feeling better, its not so hard to move about now"
"I can tell look at that smile"
"Sloan keep it in your pants" Addie teased
"Hey im a gentleman" Mark scoffed.
"He has been very gentlemanly" Arizona offered.
The two doctors stayed in the room for the next half an hour entertaining the patient with gossip from around the hospital.
