K so the next book in the series which will be the 74th hunger games is going to be a lot better so don't expect this one to be long. This book will most likely be 10-20 chapters and that's it but the second book will be her love story so I'm excited to get to that, and without further ado let's get into the chapter!
We're lifted into the arena, I see a bow and arrow and I know Katniss wants it but I shake my heads and she gives me a reluctant nod. Then I whisper, "K so Haymitch said to run, so we're doing that right?" I'm not one to break rules, Katniss is though so I had to make sure, "Yeah I guess," she whispers, as soon as the gong blasts I run. After what feels like hours of running I can't run anymore so I sit down and notice Katniss has a orange backpack. "I thought we weren't going to grab anything?" I ask with a smirk, "Well you know me," she responds, Inside the backpack is some crackers, a sleeping bag, a water canister, water purifier and glasses that make things look wonky. We continue walking for hours looking for water, when eventually were forced to go to sleep. We climb up into a tree and get into the sleeping bag together.
The next morning when we wake up we keep walking, but dehydration is coming fast and Haymitch is not being very helpful. Finally we find water, Katniss fills it up and we drink. Eventually we have to go to bed but that night we see something I did not expect. It's Peeta. With the careers. Helping them find us. Peeta is trying to kill me.
