Twenty years have passed since the sealing of Akuma, the first evil. All of the original fighters from Dragon Ball have passed on, even Master Roshi. The world is left in the care of the new generation.
All of the Metempiric Space is safe, and everything is peaceful. Our new heroes Capper and Raddis have matured and have become greatly powerful, enough to protect the Earth.
Goku, Gohan, and the others remain in the Alpha Realm, given special permission by Arhenahin to go where they wish if they please. They have decided to remain in the Alpha Realm for the time being.
A threat unlike any other is soon to emerge, and this is a level far beyond anything they could even imagine. This is a level of true, celestial beings, the original gods of the void.
This is the final story of our fighters, the greatest story thus far. This is...
DRAGON BALL AFTERMATH: THE FINAL POWER
Capper walks out of the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, looking up at the sky. He'd currently be on the lookout. "I've gotten stronger. I hope I'll eventually be able to unlock Ultra Instinct Stage Four, but that's gonna take a while."
He zooms down to Earth in less than a second and flies over to Raddis, who is eating an apple and sitting on a log, looking in the distance. Capper lands next to him and smiles widely. "Hey, Raddis!"
Raddis nods toward him. "Hey. I was just thinking of the battle from twenty years ago."
Capper sits next to him, remaining silent for a moment. "Yeah. Goku and Vegeta were unbelievably powerful. Remember when Goku got that strange... power...?"
Raddis looks toward the ground. "Yeah... I still don't get how he pulled that off. He was literally able to surpass God and defeat Akuma. We all nearly died in that battle about... one trillion times."
The two laugh for a second, and Capper clears his throat. "Raddis, we should go visit the gods and go visit the Central or something. Maybe we can get training from the Orders."
"Maybe," Raddis agrees. "However, don't we want to take care of the issues with Frigi. He's trying to abuse his job as a God of Destruction to destroy Earth. As expected from the son of Frieza..."
"There are so many Saiyans on Earth now," Capper reminds him. "God Ki and all that is common, at this point. Unlocking god forms is nothing new anymore because Saiyans keep evolving."
"Never underestimate an Arcosian," Raddis says. "There's a story that Goku was the first Super Saiyan after a thousand years to defeat Frieza. He obtained it after his best friend died in an explosion."
"That's an old story," Capper replies. "Arcosians are strong, but we Saiyans have evolved beyond their league. Besides, I saw what Frieza demonstrated in the Akuma war. His maximum power was below even Gohan's."
"That 'Primal Evolution' thing he used might not even be an Arcosian's final form," Raddis states. "Maybe eventually, we'll all gain those void powers that Goku had. It is basically the peak of all power, the origin of everything that exists, and he was able to harness some of that infinite power."
Capper shrugs and gets up, standing across from Raddis. "Anyway, are you up to have a spar? I've been training to unlock a new transformation."
Raddis smirks and gets up as well, getting into his fighting stance. "Show me what you got, Capper. Don't let me down."
In an instant, Capper shoots forward, breaking the ground under him. He swings a punch, but Raddis ducks, swinging a punch at his gut. Capper blocks it and grabs Raddis's arm.
He spins around, throwing Raddis. He skids back, hitting a tree. "Not bad, Capper. Let's kick it up a notch." He flickers into Super Saiyan and zooms forward in an instant, kicking him in the gut.
Capper coughs up spit and flies back, crashing through trees, knocking them down. He yells, entering Super Saiyan as well. The two warriors shoot through the sky, clashing back and forth.
Raddis leaps back, launching a barrage of energy blasts at Capper. He maneuvers out of the way of the blasts and vanishes behind Raddis, kicking him on the back. Raddis grunts and spins around, swinging a punch at him.
Capper ducks and enters Super Saiyan Two, kneeing him on the face. Raddis is sent back, and Capper shoots behind him, mauling him to the ground. A cloud of dust shoots everywhere, and there'd be silence for a moment.
An energy beam shoots from the dust toward Capper, which he knocks away in the distance. Raddis shoots out of the dust cloud in Super Saiyan Three, swinging an open palm strike at Capper.
Capper tries to block it but is hit directly in the chest, causing him to cough up blood. Raddis barrages him with punches, then shoots above him and kicks him down to the ground, sending wind everywhere.
He grunts, getting up and looking at Raddis. "We should take this somewhere else, Raddis. We don't want to disturb any more wildlife."
Raddis nods and the two shoot off and end up in a wasteland. There, they continue their battle. Raddis roars, launching a glowing purple beam toward Capper. He shoots out of the way and enters Super Saiyan God.
In an instant, he'd be behind Raddis and would strike him many times in less than a second. Raddis grunts and tries to fight back, but Capper can easily dodge his attacks.
Capper covers his fist in God Ki and slams it into Raddis's gut. "GUH..." He is launched back through many mountains, crashing through them.
A pillar of energy explodes from where he lands, sending debris everywhere. Capper blocks it, and the energy would be intense. Raddis gets up in Super Saiyan Blue, a wavy blue aura surrounding him.
He roars, his aura getting bigger. Cracks spread across the ground and shatter the landscape, splitting it into many chunks. He launches forward and swings a punch, it sending Capper flying.
Capper manages to stop himself, wiping blood from his cheek. He yells, launching forward. He slams a punch onto Raddis's face, but his head barely budges. He barrages Capper, but he is able to dodge his attacks.
Raddis pretends to struggle, but then he suddenly switches his attack pattern, all of his attacks landing on Capper. "Agh!" Raddis then kicks him and knocks him down.
Capper roars, entering Super Saiyan Blue as well. He continues to power up, and he enters Super Saiyan Blue Evolution, his power twenty times that of before. "It's time for a little payback!"
He swings a punch, and a compressed bit of wind slams into Raddis, causing him to cough spit and fall onto his knees. "Damn... You've improved, Capper! We should go all out here, though."
He roars, the sky turning red. Lightning strikes the ground around him, and the planet trembles at his power. He shouts, and electricity shoots up into the cosmos. He enters Super Saiyan White Evolution, the same form Gohan had unlocked when Pan turned into chocolate from a Rogue deflecting Buu's blast years ago.
Capper yells, launching forward. He slams a punch onto Raddis's face, but nothing happens. He smirks and he flicks Capper, sending him crashing into the Moon. "DAAAGHH!"
He coughs and shoots back down to Earth, a fair distance from Raddis. Raddis cracks his knuckles. "I seriously doubt you've obtained this form yet. You can't beat me."
Capper looks up and energy bursts from him. "No, but I have something even stronger." He releases his energy and the landscape explodes, sending Raddis back. "What the?!"
Lightning hits Capper and the multiverse shakes and starts glowing faintly. He roars, and his hair spikes up similar to Super Saiyan 2, as it turns purple, beginning to grow. His aura begins to turn a mix of white and purple, as his power grows by an unbelievable amount.
His eyes glow and he enters Super Saiyan X. "Behold! Let's see you try me now."
Raddis yells, his aura surrounding him. He launches at Capper with all of his speed, bringing his fist back. "TAKE... THIS!" He throws a full-force punch and it slams into Capper, sending wind everywhere.
When the light dims, Raddis's fist would be on Capper's face, but it wouldn't have done anything. "My turn." He yells, slamming a kick into Raddis's gut. He is sent flying across the Earth, knocked out of his form.
Just as he is about to hit a massive mountain, Capper vanishes behind him and catches him. "That was close. Are you okay?" He powers down back into base.
Raddis manages to get up on his feet, holding his gut. "Yeah, somehow. What was that form?"
"It's Super Saiyan X," Capper replies. "It's a lot stronger than even your form. It's the next level."
"Can you teach me?" Raddis asks, and Capper nods. "Sure, but first, let's go eat."
The two walk off back into the city.
Goku wipes his forehead with a cloth after a spar with Gohan. "Phew... You're great, Gohan! You keep improving."
Gohan smiles, and he powers down from Ultra Instinct Stage Four. "Sooner or later, I'm going to obtain Omni Evolution or Ultra Instinct Stage Five."
Goku laughs, leaning back. "There's no such thing as Ultra Instinct Stage Five, Gohan. Getting Omni Evolution is not an easy task. It took me a trillion years of training to obtain it, but with your potential, you could get it faster."
Gohan's jaw would be hanging open. "Duhh... A trillion years...?! That's twelve zeroes!"
Goku nods. "Words cannot describe how long it felt being in there. I trained with Vegeta and Zalama for so long..."
Gohan walks away. "I still miss Vegeta." Mentioning Vegeta's name is a trigger word around here.
Goku sighs, burying his head into his hands. "I know... I've asked Arhenahin directly to search for him, but not even he could do it. I'm worried about him. Where do you think he is?"
Gohan shakes his head. "I don't know, dad. The void is infinite. He'd be really lucky to be close to the Metempiric Space. For all we know, he'll never be able to make it back."
"I've tried to lock onto his Ki," Goku says. "Instant Transmission never fails to get me to anybody, but Vegeta's Ki is just too far away for me to even pick up on it. I've even tried an Arhenahin: Teleportation technique, but no luck."
"Do you think we'll have to deal with something like Akuma again?" Gohan asks, and Goku shakes his head. "I seriously doubt it. The Metempiric Space is all there is. There is nothing else out there. God himself told us that."
"What if he's hiding something?" Gohan suggests, and Goku tenses. "He wouldn't. We're the reason we're alive today. If Akuma won, he would've taken over the Metempiric Space and rebuilt."
"That's true," Gohan agrees, sitting down. "Still, I just can't shake this feeling that something will end up happening. Have you been successful in obtaining your void powers again?"
"No," Goku replies. "I've tried during training, but it's impossible for me to obtain it again. I even went to the edge of the Metempiric Space once and tried to draw in energy from the void, but nothing happened."
"What do you think Vegeta is doing right now?" Gohan asks. Goku taps his fingers on his laps, thinking for a moment. "He's probably either trying to find his way back or is just floating there, having given up. He must be lonely."
Vegeta opens his eyes, as he'd be in the infinite void, looking around silently. "The Void... I've been here for what seems like years... Tch... I still can't find my way back to Kakarot and the others."
He yells and powers up into Omni Evolution, shooting forward. "I will get back... Tch... I hate to admit it, but I miss Kakarot."
"You want to get out, don't you?" a feminine voice asks in his head. Vegeta would be startled, looking around. "Who are you?! Are you Akuma?! Show yourself!"
"Everywhere you look, you are looking right at me," the feminine voice replies. Vegeta wouldn't trust this being, as he'd prepare to power up. "What do you mean?!"
The voice hisses as if it is laughing. "I am the void... I have kept many, including you, locked within me..."
"The void is alive?!" Vegeta asks, sweat going down his face. "Arhenahin must've made you."
"How little you know," the void says. "I have been slumbering ever since creation... I am everything."
"How are you everything?" Vegeta asks as he yells, his aura spiking up. "Show yourself, or I'll kick your ass!"
"...Very well..." A figure materializes next to him, as it'd be the upper torso of a body. It'd be a featureless body, but it'd have a feminine shape. "How fragile you life forms truly are..."
"Take me back to reality!" Vegeta demands. "I don't want to speak with the likes of you!"
"That is not how you speak to me," the void says. "I allowed you to pass on a little bit of my essence to your friend to beat that... other problem. Why else do you believe you were able to harvest that power...?"
Then, Vegeta sees visions he would never even imagine in his nightmares. He sees a peaceful vision of the entire Metempiric Space, but suddenly the void slowly closes on it. He'd see a bright dot-Arhenahin trying to slow it down.
He manages to slow it down a little, but then it swallows the entire Metempiric Space, crushing existence itself. It would take a moment for Vegeta to realize it isn't real, as the visions fade away.
The Void stares at him, and suddenly he sees his whole life literally flash before his eyes. He sees himself as a baby, a kid, a teen, an adult, an elder, and he'd see his grave before he'd snap back to reality.
"... What are you...?" Vegeta asks her, actually afraid of this entity. "Are you... evil? Didn't Akuma create evil?"
The Void laughs at his questions. "The truth is, nobody creates anything. What they really produce is something already stored in the purely infinite void. I can be whatever I choose. Sometimes, I can be good. Sometimes, I can be pure evil."
"Who really is Arhenahin then, and... what is everything?" Vegeta asks.
"I created your creator at the beginning of nothing itself. I manifested out of absolute nothingness," it replies. "If I so wanted, I could take it all back, and crush you and your reality. No pain for any of them. The only survivors would be Arhenahin and me."
Vegeta wouldn't respond. Instead, he'd gulp. The Void hisses again in laughter. "Perhaps, I could send you back to your reality. I could give you great powers, and send you back... I could keep you here... Or... I could crush you like a tin can."
"First option, please...?" Vegeta asks, his hands shaking, but he clenches them to stop them. "First option!"
"Your friend thinks he can find you and save you," the Void says. "How cute... He is not so stupid as to just go to the Void, due to the fact that I taken away his powers after he defeated Akuma. Let's play a game..."
Suddenly, Vegeta feels himself being blessed with endless power. This must've been what Kakarot had when he defeated Akuma. He looks at his hands, as he feels like he can do anything. "How did you-..."
"I told you," the Void replies. "I am everything... If you can find your reality, I will let you stay there and not bother you anymore... If you want to kill me, go ahead and try... I have true Omnipotence. Even if I die, that means nothing will exist. There is no human vocabulary to describe anything without me. Everything will fade. There won't be nothingness. There will be no term to describe the place. Nothing will ever happen. Do you want that to happen?"
Vegeta looks at his hands that have the power to destroy Akuma in one shot. Then, he looks at the Void being, a purely ominous, infinitely powerful entity. He then makes his choice. "I will find my reality, and I will never speak with you again."
Vegeta flies off in a flash, as the Void's upper torso melts, disappearing into the unknown. "Good choice... It's time I finally awoke from my slumber, and correct my... mistakes..."
Energy gathers at one point, and a glowing being appears, looking sort of similar to that of Arhenahin's God form. "You will kill my son, Arhenahin, and take his title as God. Do not fail me, Furouxa"
Furouxa opens his eyes and energy bursts across the void and he flickers, sending a message to Arhenahin.
Arhenahin's eyes widen and he is suddenly in a blank space. He turns around to see a being like him. "Who might you be?"
Furouxa flickers walking up to Arhenahin. "You have one month on the grand calendar before I arrive at your reality and... destroy it..."
Arhenahin activates his power, countering Furouxa's aura. "Speak your name."
Furouxa laughs and energy bursts from him, starting to melt the fabric of reality around him. "My name is Furouxa... I have been sent by your mother to kill you..."
Arhenahin stops completely, getting nervous. "No... I thought my mother was in slumber!"
"She has woken up," Furouxa replies. "You better prepare yourself... Make this fight fun for me, will you...?"
Arhenahin finds himself back on his throne and his guards look at him, confused. "Where did you go, my lord?"
He gets up from his throne, walking forward. "Initiate emergency level five, Metempiric Space threat, immediately! Call all tier threes, fours, fives, sixes, and sevens to the Alpha Realm."
Many angels and guards rush out of the room and Arhenahin sits down. "During the battle with Akuma, his power prevented me from entering my true form. I was only able to utilize my powers from summoning all Tier Zeroes and Ones to fuse with me. I need to prepare to fuse with all of the greatest warriors."
To Be Continued in Chapter Two
Scruffy, why do you keep making more of these?
I don't know, to be honest. I have even more ideas for this story, even more than before. I know I keep saying multiple times that I have ended it already, but I just cannot help myself.
The thing is, this will be the true ending. I cannot literally go any further with stuff like this. At this point, everybody is going to be so powerful, that it is impossible to fully perceive.
Anyway, I will see you soon.
