Welcome one and all to something brand new. I will be honest, the story of how we got here is pretty random. But this does mark a first, as today we hit the internet for inspiration. And by that, I'm referring to one of my favorite analysis based web series. No, not something made by MatPat, someone I've stated I am a fan of, but rather the mad world of DEATH BATTLE!
That's right, we're covering Death Battle, which has actually grown to be one of my favorite web series in recent years. Guess this proves one thing about me, I love over-analysis of ridiculous scenarios. But seriously, the amount of research Wiz and Boomstick put in to Death Battle just leaves me astounded sometimes. Admittedly, I won't be going as deep, because I simply don't have a lot of time, but the data I have uncovered will certainly make these fights interesting.
To clarify a bit, this story is going to be two battles. Spyro will star in one, Cynder in the other. Their opponents will be revealed when the appropriate time comes.
So how did we get to this story? Well it all has to do with one of the matchups I've set up. More on that when the time comes. But aside, each battle will be broken down into five parts: The reveal of the matchup, the intro segments for each combatant, the battle itself, and then the explanation as to why that fighter won.
