If there's one thing I hate about acting, it's Hallie. She's my co-star of my new movie, and she's driving me insane. She gets excited about anything intimate. I might just quit the movie.

I've been acting since I was in middle school. I signed up for the school play, and when my director saw my skills, she suggested that I signed up for acting.

I became successful quickly. The kids in school all adored me, and wanted to be my friend or girlfriend. Now I'm 21. I've been acting for 8 years.

Anyways, Hallie and I are doing a musical. Hallie's a good singer, but she can't write song lyrics. So they're bringing in some professional Singer to do it. I don't know who.

"Edward," Alice whined. "Aren't you going to take me to Bella Swan's new concert?"

I looked at my little adoptive sister. I love her dearly, but my schedule is so busy that I don't have time to take her.

"Edward, you have to take me. You promised. With your acting career, you always forget about me. About family. Please?"

"Okay, okay. I'll talk to my boss."

After a long argument, I finally got the time to go. Alice was so excited when I told her that I could go. She promised that I wouldn't regret it.

Somehow I knew she was right.

"Bella, you need to practice your singing." Rosalie, my agent, said.

"For the concert tonight?"

She rolled her eyes. "Yes."

"Okay, I'll start practicing."

I went over to my microphone and started singing. As I sang I thought.

I had gotten into singing when I was 16. I've always loved singing and dancing, and I was really good at it. Always winning school talent shows and music contests. I had a beautiful voice. I could sing high, low, or ethereal.

Being famous wasn't ever on my list, but when people heard my voice, my songs and saw my beauty, becoming famous couldn't be avoided.

I went over all of the songs I'd be singing.

The only problem is that when I sing I also start dancing, though Rosalie assured me that it wasn't a big deal.

When I was done half an hour later, I exited my singing room. Rosalie was waiting for me, grinning.

"You did amazing. You are so ready for tonight."

I blushed. "Thanks."

I went home to get ready for my concert.
