Proxy War
Zion put a hand to his chin and began to pace around the room, "Brother, how popular are left-wing ideologies in the region right now?" Inquired Zion, "Very popular in our state but we lack influence outside our borders, we're simply too new to have a strong grasp on the region. Why do you ask?" Replied Elijah, "I am going to accelerate our plan, mein Bruder." Zion replied evasively as he promptly ducked out of the room and threw on a simple black cloak and once again saddled his horse.
The Union of Hyrule
"3….2…..1...Lift!" Shouted one of the carpenters as the used pulleys to slowly raise one of the walls off the ground and bring it into place along the frame of the school house,
"the school should be finished in two or three weeks comrade Link," Said one of the carpenters to a morale enforcement officer as the officer scribbled the information onto a piece of paper, "That's good to hear, I expect great things from you and your comrades." Said the officer as he spun on his heel and walked away while giving a lazy wave to the young tradesman.
The Union of Hyrule
"Capitalists, your hearts are fickle like unrefined tin and your necks are like glass! Proud and firm but oh so brittle! What are your last words, pigs?" questioned the Morale Enforcement officer as he looked at the three counter revolutionaries who stood before a large crowd and all had nooses tied firmly around their necks, "burn in hell!" Rebuked the first Revolutionary, "Dorephan will avenge my life and restore the proper order." calmly replied the lone Zora on the platform, "The Princess and Hero are always there in the end to save this blessed country from all threats that are poised to destroy it including you and your Atheist government!" Shouted the last monarchist on the platform as he welled up a glob of spit and spat it onto the face of the officer. "Don't break the swines necks just let them choke, and to you, there is nothing a fickle paper cutout that calls himself a king can do to avenge your wasted life," the officer responded to the calm Zora before turning and giving a venomous look at the monarchist that had spat at him "and you…" the enforcer paused to calmly wipe off the spit from his cheek before continuing, "The Princess and the Hero have died in battle against the Calamity and the dead no longer can wear crowns or avenge the lives of their followers and God won't morn you and neither will the Devil for you shall be thrown in Hyrule river and your body will sink like a stone and neither heaven nor hell shall see you, think about that while you choke to death," with simple wave of his hand the three traitors to the state were hung from the neck till death.
The Union of Hyrule
"Death! To all who oppose the liberation of the working class!" Shouted an army officer to the soldiers, "To the state and people we give our lives and hearts, to the liberation of the working class and the death of the bourgeoisie!" Chorused the soldiers, " you men are the first proper soldiers of the Union of Lanayru, you may all proudly call yourselves defenders of the revolution from external threats and members of the first Revolutionary Red Guard Division! We are the defenders of the red torch!"
The Union of Hyrule
"Mikhail Isakovsky, you are the most competent revolutionary officer we have, I have decided that you should be made head of the army. I expect us to have to ditch the economic plan and use brute force. The Sheikah won't go down due to bread shortages but instead due to force of arms," Elijah said with a smile as he looked at the slightly older and broad shouldered new commander of the small but motivated army, "Thank you for this opportunity to propagate the revolution Premier, I won't waste it!" Promised Mikhail with a resolute nod, "and don't expect to get extra food for being the leader of the army!" Elijah said with a smile, "If anyone needs an increase in their ration allotment then it is the soldiers not the leaders." responded the blue eyed soldier wholeheartedly.
A/N: I was kind of stuck on how I could pass eighty years before Link wakes up, everyone believing him and the princess dead is an important part of the propaganda and plan, and of course how will Link and especially Zelda react to seeing the communist state that totally rejects them. Imagine Zelda, after battling the Calamity for a century seeing the people who on one hand have brought safety and a general sense of normalcy back to the land also rejecting the sacrifices she made and trampling on her and her father's grave, along with the broken Sheikah would probably make her distraught.
On another note my brother said that he had read the story and that gave me a lot of motivation to write, also hearing the bangers that are 'Der Heimliche Aufmarsch' and 'Der Offene Aufmarsch' also helped. The Union Ten Thousand Years!
