The two Jedi walked through the halls of the Temple. The site of Ahsoka caused the other Jedi to stop and whisper the young Padawan could hear it "Master, why is everyone looking at me" Anakin looked at her.
"How did you know everyone is looking"
"I can feel it, and hear the whispers"
"Well, many people have herd what you did, you sort of hero." Ahsoka smiled a little. But she wishes she could see them. Her mind felt foggy with emotion. Reaching the Turbolift, they stepped in the young girl let out a sigh. "Whats on your mind snips"
"eh, seeing the council makes me nervous," Anakin chuckled as the lift stopped. Stepping out, they made their way to the room, walking to the middle.
"Padawan Tano, how are you feeling" even without sight she couldn't mistake Windus' voice. Ahsoka took a deep breath.
"I've been better, my masters my arm is painful"
"And what of your eyesight?" Windu said, being a little softer, Ahsoka softly sighed.
"Gone, Master," she said, almost too softly for the room to hear" The masters whispered to each other around the room
"young one, do you know how meany lives you have saved, that battle was won because of you and your sacrifice," Siad a female voice, witch Ahsoka identified as Shaak Ti. This made her smile a little.
"Give up, you must not," Master Yoda said "stronger in the Force you have become"
"But my masters, how am I supposed to fight and do good if I cannot see," Ahsoka said "How I'm I going to complete my training, lead troops and help others," the masters all looked at each other than back at the young Padawan
"Learn to see you will," Said Yoda "help you, the Jedi will," Ahsoka fell to her knees, the sadness becoming too much Mater Yoda could sense her grief "dismissed everyone is, alone with Ashoka I must be" the Masters all rose and bowed leaving the room soon it was just the young Togruta with the Grandmaster, he slowly walked around her "Cover your old eyes, you should for you do not need them" Ahsoka closed them and took a deep breath "Feel the Force"
Ahsoka took a deep breath. Memories of the room flashed in her mind of Yoda, Obi-wan, Anakin. She then felt a powerful pull towards Master Yoda as he walked around her.
"I-I sense you, master, I sense the others outside"
"good, train your senses you must, and grow strong in the Force you, will." Ahsoka stood up and turned towards the master or where she sensed him.
"I will finish my Padawan training," Yoda nodded and grunted, pleased
"Good, now return to you, master, and rest" Ahsoka nodded and moved her hand, holding her hand out. She could sense the door and her master behind it moving to the door. She used the force to activate it. Anakin and Obi-wan stop to see the young girl.
"Sinps! how you feeling" Anakin smiled, holding her for a sec before letting her go
"Better master, I think I'm going to be ok." She looked up at him. She welt warm around him, "Master Yoda said I need to practice with my other senses." Anakin nodded.
"then that's what we will do, however you still need rest, so why don't we get some food"
"sure, where too!" Ahsoka said, sounding like her old self more and more
"you'll see-" Anakin stopped and flinched at his poor choice of words, but relaxed when there was a small giggle "I'm sorry, snips"
"No, no, its fine, I know what you meant," she smiled "come om, I'm hungry" the two walk off and out of the temple "so where are we going?"
Anakin smiled "it's a surprise, also i got you this" he passed her a bandanna "so you can hide your eyes for now" Ahsoka too the cloth in her hands and let out a smile putting it on, it had a strange comfit to it "thankyou sky-guy"
Rex stepped down from the ladder and looked at the room. The 501st were setting up food and drinks "Hurry men, they'll be here soon."
"Rex, come in how's everything" Anakin came over as a whisper
"As planed sir"
"Good, we will be at the door so," Rex nodded, ending the call
"Alright men places" Rex hid. Everyone was quiet and still. The door hissed opened.
"Where are we going Master, this is-"
"WELCOME BACK COMMANDER!" everyone shouted and cheered. Ahsoka let out a small yelp.
"Wait, Rex, is that you" Ahsoka was distorted both in the room and in the force
"It's all of us commander, we are so glad you're ok and we owe you our lives." Ahsoka smiled there was nothing wrong with her tears
"Guys, this isn't necessary, I was just doing my duties," Ahsoka said, looking up at Rex "But, I'm thankful to have you all by my side, now I here there was a party?" the room cheered and food started being grabbed and drinks poured, Ahsoka for the rest of the night ate and drank with her Men. That night, Ahsoka lay down in her bed, happy to have a full belly of food. Her mind was full of bright colours and flashes of face of the people she cared about she drifted to sleep with a smile on her face...
A/N: SO i was in the mood to add another chapter to this story, needed to have a change of tune from my current project I'm writing a Novel called commander Wolf and I can't wait to show it but that's going to be awhile, anyway thinks for reading and all that 3
