Naruto had just turned four and was laying in a pool of his own blood. The villagers beat him till he stoped moving. When he opened his eyes he was laying in ankle deep water. "Great looks like they dumped me in a sewer, and a big one at that." "This sewer is your mindscape, brat"

"who said that" naruto ask as he turned to see two giant, red, slit eyes. "I am the Kyuubi No Kitsune" "That's your name" "No, but you can worry about that later when your not drowning in your own blood"

Naruto awoke to the taste of iron and started coughing out red as he slowly stood. "Well that hurts, I should go home and heal up"

Naruto was layin in his bed thinking of what happened earlier. 'Was it all dream' "Im gonna get some sleep" "Welcome back brat it wasn't a dream" "whhoooh your big" "Oh really twat, I didn't notice." Naruto now stood in a small training ground not much larger than a classroom. "Ok kit this is where we'll start your training. Next day naruto was woken by kurama "wake up kit we got company" "Naruto slowly opened his eyes to see a man slowly creeping to his bed with a knife. A puff of smoke in naruto's palm and a flick of the wrist was followed by a yell of pain from the man then silence as naruto chopped his neck. 'Is dog the one on watch today' "I'll let him know when he gets here"

Hours passed till Naruto noticed a familiar chakra watching him. "Hey weasel" The anbu's head shot up when his name was called even though he was out of sight 'did he just call my name...wait he knows im here, he knows my call sign and could tell im here, interesting' "Someone tried to attack me in my sleep and I knocked him out" The ANBU nodded and took the man 'Hokage-sama will want to here about this'
