The Tale of the Galaxy: The Rogue Hand.

A Undertale & Star Wars crossover AU/fanfic.

Chapter 1: The Ambassadors Arrive.

Long ago two races ruled over the Earth, Humans and Monsters. The two races lived together in harmony until one day, war had broken out between the races and after many years of struggle for both sides, Humanity emerged the victor. As part of the treaty signed between the two races, Monsters were sealed away under a powerful magical spell, to be sealed away forever. Many, many years later eight Human children had fallen and seven had died within Mount Ebott's hollow chambers until one day, the last Human to fall and the newest child to the Dreemurr family, Frisk had fallen. Though their time in the Underground they had faced many trials and tribulations that pushed them to their limit whilst also making new friends and was able to start a new for both themselves and the Monster race too with their return to the surface.

However, it didn't seem like the best of times to have returned as the galaxy at large was falling into tension. Factions within the senate of the Republic have found themselves in a gridlock as many feel unheard by the inner core worlds of the Republic, especially from worlds upon the outer rim the often described 'backwater' of the Galaxy. As for the situation on Earth itself? Well, upon returning it seemed as if this new generation of Humanity would be willing to accept Monsters back in even if for many Monsters, the scars of the war still ring in their heads and it'd be naive to say that the re-integration process was…Smooth and as result, Chancellor Palpatine had requested that two Jedi be sent to the planet to resolve this matter.

"Hold still my child." Toriel calmly stated trying to comb Frisk's hair as Frisk sat on a seat in front of a mirror. The former queen never quite found it easy to comb Frisk's hair, mostly down to it never feeling exactly like fur. It always felt too long and loose.

"Sorry mom." Frisk mumbled kicking her legs into the air to pass the time. She never really were fond of constantly having to dress up all fancily whenever something important happens, they'd be fine going out as they were.

"Frisk, I understand you don't take much enjoyment in this however you have to keep in mind that today is going to be rather important." Toriel huffed before continuing. "Not only are we going to the celebration for the start of the new year, we're also having two very important guests visit…Asogre, and by extension us too. So you have to look presentable." She finished as she grumbled at the thought of having to see Asgore again as she'd still not forgiven him for what he'd done.

"Who are the guests?" Frisk asked curiously as Toriel had finish combing their hair before Toriel gave a soft chuckle.

"That is a surprise, my child. Now, go to your room and get dressed." Toriel said putting her comb away as Frisk nodded and got off their chair making they're to their room.

Frisk fumbled her way with their attire, they never liked it and instead found it to be clunky and cumbersome, probably had something to do with the actual materials used in making it. Whoever thought silk was a good item to use in making dresses must've been a real numskull. Suddenly a knock came at the front door.

"Coming!" Toriel called out to the person on the other side before the door slid open as a familiar friend stood on the other side, that of course being Sans.

"No, no, no. You're supposed to say 'Who's there?' Jeez old lady, did you forget how knock-knock jokes work?" Sans asked sarcastically as Toriel rolled her eyes smiling back at the grinning skeleton.

"Seems like I have, Sans." The following moment fell silent as the two waited for each other to say something before being interrupted by a loud honking sound from a landspeeder.

"Sans! Come on! We're going to be late if we wait around any longer!" Naturally whenever Sans was, his brother was likely to be not too far behind. Sans and Toriel looked back as the two saw the taller skeleton sitting in the diver's seat tapping the steering wheel wanting to be as punctual as ever.

Unlike his brother, Papyrus was actually dressed in something different, a new and improved 'battle-body' that looked more like Undyne's armour that she wore in the Underground, but of course keeping it in the 'Papyrus style' with his gloves and scarf still being present.

"O-Oh right! Haha, apologies Papyrus!" Toriel chuckled before calling out to Frisk to come out. Frisk promptly did and walked out dressed in her purple-coloured dress, waving to Sans and Papyrus as she smiled.

"Heh, jeez kid did you gain a few inches or something? Pretty soon you're going to be looking down on me soon." Sans joked as whilst Frisk was only up to his shoulders, it has been a while since he's seen the kid.

"Sans you know Humans grow when they get older." Frisk grinned back as she made her way towards the speeder. "Its where the term 'growing up' comes from."

"Oh yeah, you're like, six now? That's pretty old."

"No its not! You're like, twenty." Frisk laughed as she took her seat at the back of the speeder with Toriel taking her seat next to Papyrus whilst Sans just shortcutted his way onto his seat next to Frisk.

"Everyone ready? The next stop, King Asgore's castle! Nyehehehe!" Papyrus cheered out as the engines of the speeder began to start up and slowly lift off the ground before the skeleton twisted gears and the speeder began to cruise its way down the streets and to the castle.

The drive to the castle was surprisingly quick given how most of the roads were nearly empty in preparation to the festival to celebrate the turn over of a new year. The buildings themselves looked very much like New Home with tall block like buildings making up most of the city of 'Newest Home's' skyline with the streets being full of mostly Monsters with the occasional Human going about their day. Once turning the corner, the Dreemurr castle came into view, a large cathedral like building with for towers in the corners surrounding the main building with a large dome in the castle's center. The speeder soon reached the gates before coming to a stop as two guards walked over to the speeder, seeing the people inside soon after opened the gates to the castle.

"Thank you!" Papyrus grinned to his hopefully soon to be Royal Guard peers, giving a salute to them as they saluted back whilst the rest of the occupants exited the landspeeder.

Making their way through the front court yard and up the main steps, the four once again ran into a familiar face, that of Undyne as she stood leaning against a pillar with her arms crossed and giving a small smirk. She gave a wave as everyone but Sans waved back, he just winked instead as he felt like that was easier to do.

"Heya punks, I take you're all ready and stuff?"

Frisk nodded her head smiling. "Mhm! What are you doing exactly?" She asked curious since she'd rarely see Undyne at the castle as of late, more often she spent her time over in some military base working with the Human government and trying to better integrate both the Planet's standing army and the Royal Guard being the highest-ranking member of it after all.

"Oh, I'm just waiting for Asgore to return."

"You mean he went to meet them personally?" Toriel asked with a eyebrow raised.

"Yep! wouldn't be him if he wouldn't. You're actually just in time too, he's expected to be back soon."

"In that case we'll be heading inside now!" Papyrus cheerfully said as Undyne nodded.

"Yeah, I'll yell out when he's back."

With that, the four made their way into the castle its self, passing a handful of hallways till finding themselves in the central domed room which was painted in a mix of golds and browns with a whole assortment of paintings, mostly from past members of the Dreemurr dynasty. Inside the room, members of the Guard stood by watching over as near the centre was Asgore's main 'Royal Court', a mix of advisors from all key corners of government, naturally it'd increased a fair bit when Monster kind had returned to the surface from its original size in the Underground.

Soon enough Frisk saw another familiar face waving over to her, that of course being Dr Alphys. With a nod of approval from Toriel, Frisk made her way towards the Royal Scientist.

"G-Greetings Frisk! I-Its nice to see you again." Alphys smiled.

Frisk returned the smile with one of her own, whilst there were some parts of partly royal life she didn't like, one good aspect is that she's able to meet up with most of her friends and family when they're not busy with all their own responsibilities.

"Y-You look great t-today. I-I like your dress, it reminds me of that one e-episode from Mew Mew Kissy Cutie when Mew had to s-spent time at the ball. Even if it was a filler episode I still liked it."

"Thanks…" Frisk replied scratting her arm.

"H-Having some difficulties with it?"

"Well its more itchy than anything. I…Just don't like the feeling of silk."

Alphys scratched the side of her head with her claws as she thought back to some time in the past when she had to wear clothing she regarded as uncomfortable for the same reasons. "Hehe, y-yeah. I know that f-feeling. Once w-when I was little, I had to wear-" But before Alphys could finish Undyne had walked in as her loud and booming voice filled the room.

"Attention!" She called out as the Guards stood to attention with their backs up straight, Papyrus even did the same mostly out of all the years of training he'd done with Undyne.

The group soon hushed, whatever talk they were conducting ceased as at first two Royal Guards came in, followed by King Asgore in the same royal attire has back in the Underground. Shortly after, two robed individuals with their hoods over their heads followed by two more guardsmen before Undyne called out again.

"King Asgore, Madam Toriel, Princess Frisk, and the rest of the Royal Court of Advisors, Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi and his apprentice, Anakin Skywalker!"

The robed men took down their hoods in order of Undyne's announcement, Obi-Wan looked nearly identical to that of a Human with a ginger beard and mullet whilst Anakin much like his teacher looked practically like a Human with short brown hair and a single braid of hair down the left side of his head.

Obi-Wan have a small grin as he looked at the group of people. "Hello there."

Author's Notes:

Hi there! This is more or less just me giving a minor talk so if you're not interested you're free to skip. More or less just saying that I hoped you enjoyed what I've written so far as writing never has been my greatest of skills. If you've got a criticism you'd like to point out then feel free to do so, I'm new to the idea of fanfics and this is generally the first one I've ever wrote. Currently the general story is a WIP as I do have ideas for future stories given how I'd thought I'd take the concept of Undertale AUs and put them on their head you could say, kind of taking a note from the Star Wars films in that each fanfic is its own story acting for a larger one.

Also, if you want to try to help then you're welcome to do so! I'll gladly take folks who are willing to be beta readers and use what tips they give to try and improve my work as I want to make something entertaining for people. I could go on however I don't think I can add much given how I written this myself after spending a the latter part of yesterday and today to make this.

All Undertale characters mention do not belong to me and all credit goes to Toby Fox, along with all Star Wars characters or locations mentioned do not belong to me and instead belong to George Lucas and Disney. Nor do I intent to profit off anything here.
