Picking up where season 2 left off, Ferrel and his men are awakened. The season starts at the briefing room, with Captain Ham and the men discussing the blueprints and Ferrel's allies.

"You have the coordinators?" asked Captain Ham.

"Yes." said the man.

"Get the president on the phone." ordered Captain Ham.

At the embarkation room, the billboard is activated.

"Listen up everyone, your objective is to find Ferrel, Shoutmon and their men." said Captain Ham. "SG units 5, 6, and 9, bring them to me."

Meanwhile at the alternate world, Jeri asks Miss May and Ferrel which one is the host of the worm.

"So which one is the host?" asked Jeri.

"No one!" cried Ferrel.

"Silence!" ordered Jeri. "So, which one is the host?"

"Me!" said Jack.

Sam shoots Jack in the leg, stunning him.

"You fool!" said Jeri.

"Sorry, It was my fault." said Sam.

"Take them away." ordered Jeri.

At the entrance to the alternate world, SG-9 and the units are finding footprints. Meanwhile, Alex and Shoutmon are finding a coffin.

"Any sign of them?" asked Shoutmon.

A man surprise attacks Alex and Shoutmon. It was Raya. Raya is bleeding in the nose.

"Who did this?" asked Alex.

"It was Pennywise." replied Raya.

"Pennywise? Is he still alive?!" asked Shoutmon.

"Yes." said Raya.

At the chamber, Jeri removes the device and makes Ferrel a Jaffa. Ferrel cries in pain as he becomes a Jaffa. Jeri hears gunfire. It was SG9 with an aid of Pete, who managed to free the Digimon. At the corridor, SG9 fires several rounds at the men. Pete summons Gatomon and performs Tail Scratch at the purger.

"Where's Ferrel?" asked the man.

"He is taken as a host." replied Gatomon.

At the lab, the Tok'ra lowers the coffin until Jeri shows up.

"Freeze!" said Jeri, pointing Ferrel's DigiVice at the Tok'ra.

"You freeze!" said the Tok'ra. "I'll kill them."

At the village, Alex and Shoutmon are wearing purger masks.

"I know you!" cried the woman. "You must the the mass murderer-to-be-survivor."

At the exit at night, Pete, Sam, SG9 and the Digimon are defeating several purgers and a now possessed Ferrel only to discover that the area is immune to attacks.

"These attacks are not working!" said Veemon.

"Fall back everyone!" said Pete.

Pete and his men are entering a tunnel. The tunnel ends at the barrier.

At the control room, Captain Ham and the technician orders SG-3 to aid Pete and Sam in the mission. The SG9 receives a call from Captain Ham.

"Yeah yeah?" asked the man.

"This is Captain Ham, what's the status?" said Captain Ham.

"I have two survived SG1 members. They must be the tamers." said the man.

The purger shoots the camera, breaking the feed. At the office, Captain Ham orders reinforcements from the crew, but the man says it is not up to him. Meanwhile, Miss May reunites with Palmon, Biyomon, Tentomon and Gomamon, who cannot digivolve because she does not have her DigiVice with her.

"You came back." said Miss May.

"Sorry I'm late." said Palmon.

"Where are the others?" said Miss May.

"Terriermon is dealing with the purgers. He said without Ferrel's DigiVice, he cannot digivolve to Gargomon." said Palmon.

"Move out, and get the DigiVice back." said Miss May.

Miss May and her men move out. At the temple, Alex and Shoutmon starts his eulogy.

"No words that can express the sense we feel as a result of this horrible tragedy. She had a lifetime of opportunities ahead of her." said Alex. "As purgers, we are to blame for ignoring her silent calls for help. We lost her to violence before she could release her inner strength."

"Is that a funeral?" asked Captain Ham.

"Captain Ham, why are you here?" asked Shoutmon.

"The Digimon cannot digivolve unless they have DigiVices." said Captain Ham. "Let's regroup with Ferrel."

Captain Ham, Alex and Shoutmon leave the temple. At the lab, the Tok'ra is seriously injured because of Jeri. She then passes away. Miss May opens the coffin. Ferrel is inside the coffin. Jeri intercepts her until Ferrel awakens and attacks her. He throws Jeri inside the pot, drowning her.

"Ferrel, Guilmon and the others need help." said Miss May.

Meanwhile, Alex, Shoutmon, Raya and Captain Ham are at the forest. They found a broken ship. At the corridor, Miss May and Ferrel enter the embarkation room. They found a switch that will enter the factory overrun by purgers. Meanwhile, the SG9 is surrounded by purgers along with the Digimon. Ferrel and Miss May found the exit to the alternate world.

"They arrested them!" cried Miss May. "At least I have Palmon."

Ferrel walks to the arrested Digimon and rescue them without incident.

"Kree." said Ferrel. "And I heard that Jeri has been killed by me!"

"Freeze!" cried the man.

The billboard is activated. The embarkation room from the alternate world blows up. The barrier is gone. The ship appears from the billboard as backup, killing several purgers. Raya appears.

"Surrender now!" ordered Raya. "Sorry I took so long. I brought Captain Ham, Alex and Shoutmon."

"And I bought you new DigiVices." said Captain Ham.

"Why?" asked Miss May. "At least we managed to rescue Palmon and the others."

"Sam and Pete did it." said Captain Ham. "And because the old ones were stolen by purgers. These new DigiVices are capable of digivolving these creatures faster than before."

Ferrel and his men uncuff the Digimon and return home.
