This sounds similar to "Apotheosis" the reason for that is because I am taking an aspect of the stones. I have already asked Lord Wolfe about it.
Also this is just a prolouge so it is very short since I am still trying to decide how I go about this.
"Your son is quirkless," the doctor told his mother like a disease.
The scene flashed and presented Izuku to a new terror.
"You'll be nothing Deku," Bakogou yelled at him.
Then it flashed again.
"Can't be a hero without a quirk," the frail man told him. Then that was it, over and done with Midoriya was nothing. Before he was glass chipped all over, barely being held together but All Might was like a hammer breaking him into pieces without realizing it.
"ALL OF YOU SHUT UP!" he woke with a start. At that moment Izuku realized he couldn't live like this. It would kill him if he did. He got up, with his mussy green hair being tangled up and being more pale looking than ever. He got to the computer, and searched, searched, searched and searched. Until he found an interesting article about a liquid that could temperoalily give him a quirk.
"Promethesus" he quietly told himself.
"I'll call it Kronos" he told himself maniacally.
Only for a second he thought "wait what if I made it into a stone and" but he stopped himself before he could finish.
"No, that wouldn't be fast enough. The U.A entrance exam is only in 10 months" he told himself. He thought of multiple ways, even thinking of a gas form.
"I need to find a way to make the effects longer" he thought for a minute, ideas going through and through.
"What if I find a way to make it merge it into my quirk factor, seeing that nothing is there rewriting it may be easier than expected. " he told himself while getting on the computer again. After a couple hours of research, formulas, equations, rewrites and more he got something that would do.
"Now where the hell am I going to get concentrated D.N.A to test it on '' but he realized it was 6 A.M in the morning.
"I'll figure it out later" he didn't care much for sleep at the moment, being on spring break and all.
