I've read a few musical fics, and I had this really good one for chapter one that's been brewing in my head. Hope you enjoy!

Chapter 1
Busted
Marinette was grateful for two things at the moment. Her printer, and the endless photos of Lila Rossi online. While she could barely do anything to prove her a liar without the ones she used to call her friends guarding Lila like the Secret Service, in her room she could do whatever she wanted to the pictures she printed out. Cutting them into haphazard pieces, stomping on them, squirting ink on them, everything short of burning them. Marinette was starting to run out of ideas. Petty revenge isn't exactly her thing.
In fact, it was the least likely person in the world who suggested it. Tikki. The kwami of creation had wanted Marinette to do this so she could vent her frustrations, so that way things wouldn't boil over and Hawk Moth couldn't akumatize her. An akumatized Ladybug is bad, she had said, but an akumatized Guardian is the worst possible thing short of the end of the world. Marinette had seen the end of the world. She could only agree.
"Oh, Tikki. I never thought it would be this bad!" she moaned. "Pretty much everyone in my class except Adrien and Chloe have fallen under that little spell she weaved! I can't even say anything anymore!" Tikki sighed, and pulled another picture over. This one was Lila at a photoshoot with Adrien, the latter being cropped out. "Do some more cutting. Try a needle and poke a few holes into her face." Marinette nodded sadly, picked up a needle, and started poking a word into the picture.
(Busted)
"You know, Tikki, this isn't such a bad idea," Marinette said as she swiveled to her computer, typed in a few words, and clicked the first link. Music started to play.
"I can see the things she's doin', and she thinks that I'm naive, but when I get the goods on her, they'll finally believe," Marinette sang along to the music, twirling the picture between her fingers.
"They say it's all just drama, but every bubble's got to pop. They're gonna see just what you're doin', and then you're finally gonna have to stop!" she continued, addressing the picture now. She stood up.
"Don't think you're gonna win this time, cuz you better believe I'm gonna drop a dime on you! I'll getcha! Yeah, I'll getcha! And when I do you're gonna be busted!" The music echoed the last word.
"I don't wanna put the hurt on you," Marinette sang as she put her hand to her chest. "But you better believe me when I tell you that I finally got the dirt on you! You're busted!" The music echoed the last word again.
"Yeah, they're finally gonna see the light! This is how it's gonna be when they find out that I was always right! You're busted!" she finished as the song ended with a record scratch.
Another idea crossed her face. Grabbing some blue felt, black plastic, and yellow fabric, she quickly stitched together a police officer's hat. Taking four pieces of pvc pipe, Marinette made a rough approximation of a baton. She then clicked on the continuation of the same song.
"There's a new cop on the beat, and I'm bringing down the heat," she began, holding the brim of the hat, her baton against one shoulder. "My eyes are wise to all your lies, cuz you're not that discreet."
"And I don't care what you've heard, cuz there's one six letter word," she kept going. "It's gonna set me free." The song echoed the line. "It starts with a B." The song echoed again.
"It goes B-U-S-T-E-D you are busted." The song echoed the last word as Marinette threw the hat and baton into a corner.
"I don't wanna put the hurt on you," Marinette sang as she put her hand to her chest. "But you better believe me when I tell you that I finally got the dirt on you! You're busted!" The music echoed the last word again. "I'll getcha!"
"Yeah, they're finally gonna see the light! This is how it's gonna be when they find out that I was always right! You're busted!" she finished as the song ended with a record scratch.
"Whew! Tikki, that felt good!" Marinette exclaimed. Luckily, her parents were out for the day. Tikki giggled. "It looked fun, too! Feeling better?" Marinette nodded. She picked up the picture, crumpled it and threw it in the recycling. Better for her parents not to know she'd been cutting up pictures of a "diseased" girl.
The next day, Marinette was walking into school, oddly earlier so she wouldn't have to see the disgustingly huge crowd that gathered around Lila first thing in the day like she was a priest before a congregation. She was humming the song.
"Hey, Marinette," a buttery smooth voice said when she crossed the library threshold. "Whatcha' humming?" Marinette turned around to face her crush. A conspiratory smile lit up her face.
"Oh, nothing, just my victory song," she said. "What're you doing here so early?" Adrien shrugged. "I managed to convince my father to let me come early for extra study time. I didn't actually think that would work. Wanna study together? We have that literature test."
Marinette nodded. "Sure. I'd love you. Ack, I mean, love to. Totally." The two picked a table by the front and studied for about half an hour. When the bell rang, the two left. Lila jumped out of nowhere.
"Oh, hi, Adrien. I was on my way to class. Wanna walk with me?" she asked in that fake begging voice. Adrien looked back towards Marinette, and, pointing at Lila, rolled his eyes in exasperation. Marinette loved him even more.
"Sure, why not?" he said, his patience wearing thin. Glancing back at Marinette, he made a gesture like he was gagging. Marinette almost jumped for joy at that. Hey,
even if she hasn't been truly exposed, at least she had busted Lila to someone important.
I don't have many other ideas. I think I have one, maybe two, but other than that I'm completely out of it. It anyone has ideas, put them into the reviews. And no, no, no, I will not do that Hunchback of Notre Dame song, I've seen the amvs, just no. If you want it, write it to your heart's content. Honestly, the things people do to fulfill their darkest desires. I'm a chill writer, but that ship, I will not write about it in any way, shape or form.
Other than that, stay safe!
