Very AU. Sister story to A Wizard Thief in America with a near identical first chapter, set in a world where muggleborns Lily and James' plan to send Harry away failed. After Harry dealt with Voldemort he went back to his roots as a pickpocket and a burglar, trying to deal with life.

This version will read hopefully quite differently than the original but travel in a similar direction. I hope fans of the original and new comers to the story enjoy!
