A Welcome Back Long Awaited For

It had been one crazy summer for the Pines twins. Mabel had been through so many emotional rollercoasters throughout the entire time she had lived in Gravity Falls while Dipper had gone through many paranormal and flat-out weird experiences. Needless to say, by the time they were ready to leave, the charm of Gravity Falls had already planted itself deep into the brains of the Pines twins. They looked at that bus with reluctance. They looked back at all of their friends and family that had been with them every step of the way. They considered staying with them just out of sheer desire to stay. They loved their mother and father dearly and wished to return back home to see them but they also loved the new people they met and got to know. This was a very indecisive moment for both of them. That was until they all hugged each other. When the twins hugged the rest of the people that had been with them throughout it all, they couldn't help but feel stronger because of it. Once they had their fill of affection, Dipper and Mabel made their way onto the bus. Before that, Wendy handed Dipper a letter that she had written all on her own. The bus was about to depart. Dipper and Mabel looked at everybody one last time. With everyone teary eyed and reluctant to let the twins go, the bus started to move just like that. The people started jogging with the bus and were waving "goodbye" to the twins. The twins couldn't help but smile and waved back at them. When the family was far from view, Dipper and Mabel both relaxed on the bus seat. Dipper looked down at Wendy's letter and opened it. It was a goodbye from everyone in Gravity Falls. Dipper felt nothing but joy in that moment because he was reminded of just how much everyone cared. The bus ride continued throughout Oregon all the way to California. The twins were headed home.
