Chapter 1 Re-Awakening

In the dead forest of Yokai Academy a young teenage boy with dark hair and brown eyes kept smashing trees mere hours after he had confessed his feeling for Moka Akashiya. The adorable vampire with pink hair and emerald green eyes. After he confessed she had requested he remove her rosary which he obliged, once the seal was removed her transformation commenced. Where the kind-hearted and sweet Moka once stood now replaced with her silver haired vampiress. She this much as one would call her "colder" self told our dear Tsukune in no uncertain terms that he was too weak to be with him. He tried to talk with her to try and understand her reasoning for calling him weak as he thought she harbored similar feelings for him as he had for her. She told him her iconic catch phrase of "Know your place" and proceeded to roundhouse kick him into a tree despite her softer half demanding being gentler with him from within her mind. Once she retrieved her Rosary from where it had fallen from his grasp when she kicked him she walked away with out even a glance.

Tsukune being understandably upset by this revelation he cried in sorrow. His wails which were still audible to the vampiress were like a blade doused in the purest water stabbing her in the heart. She wanted to go and comfort him and tell him all that which she had said had been her pride talking but that very same pride forced her to keep walking away. Unseen to all a single tear escaped from her eye as she bit into her lip, hard enough to draw blood, to keep her own sobs from joining the sobs of the man who had captured her heart. Once she was far enough away and still a good distance away from both the school and dorms her own hiccupping sobs escaped her quivering form as she curled up against one of the trees.

After crying for nearly ten minutes Tsukune felt his sadness being replaced with an emotion that rarely gave the energy to feel.

ANGER.

He felt anger at himself for not fitting some impossible standard set up by one of the people he loves. Then at himself for not being strong enough to stand up for himself.

'No, not the standard the race that set the standard'

It felt like a whisper both in his ear and in his heart. He felt anger in his heart surge forth as if it was always there just being held back by something this anger shifted to being about Moka rejecting him, but her being a vampire which is what most likely the reason for this rejection. That species is responsible for taking one of his loves now. Was she not enough his heart, his soul, his mate, his Ro-.

Pain lanced through Tsukunes heart and mind as thoughts and feelings both not his yet his as his rage spiked he dropped to his knees in pain. Unknown to him cracks began to spread across his holy lock and the chain. As his rage grew more cracks began to appear, his eyes shifted from their usual brown to a bright red and veins of black seeped up his neck and down his wrists, in a similar manner if a deadly poison is pumping directly from his heart. If one were to look close enough they would see similar veins of black in the corners of his eyes slowly converging on his iris.

His fist lashed out at a tree, said fist was coated in black flames, upon contact with the tree it practically exploded in a shower of splintered wood. The look of absolute hatred on Tsukunes' face would concern any who had seen as his iris' had completely overtaken by the veins of black giving way for a single bloody slit pupil. Tsukune lashed out again against more of the dead trees of the forest that surrounded him each and every strike was accompanied with a different element such as lightning, ice, wind, etc.

Suddenly Tsukunes form was encompassed in a brilliant light as he began to transform. From his head four curved horns, from his back two large and bat like wings emerged, from the base of his spine a long and scaled tail with a spade tip grew. His legs became digitigrade, claws extended from his fingertips, his nose and mouth extended in to a snout as three spikes extended from either side of his jaw, his neck lengthened and thickened. His body began to grow, only stopping when he reached a shoulder height of fifteen feet when taking a quadrupedal stance.

In Tenmei's' Office

The headmaster of Yokai Academy was a man of average height with the appearance of a man in his early thirties. He was, as usually, garbed in the clothes of a priest was currently seated at his desk a single bead of sweat trailed down the side of his face. The sudden feeling of anxiety was from the sensation of a seal he and his fellow dark lords, Touhou Fuhai and Akasha Bloodriver, breaking. He sent his assistant Ruby Tojo to find the source of the seals break which was detected on school grounds.

Ruby Tojo is a witch who was raised in the human world. Her appearance is that of a young woman in her late teens with raven lack hair that reaches below her shoulders which she usually keeps in two pony tails on each side of her head and pin-straight bangs partially covering her forehead with tow piece hair fringe to frame her face near her cheeks. She has eyes as red as rubies and pale skin. Her usual attire is that of gothic clothes of a pink coreset and long black skirt with frills at the end and high heeled black shoes.

After Tenmei sent Ruby out to find whatever caused the sensation of the specific seal breaking, he remained partially skeptical if it could truly be the seal which required all three of the dark lords to activate suddenly breaking when its strength had miraculously barely faded in the sixteen to seventeen years since it was placed upon... Just thinking about it makes a shudder run through his body, but his anxiety had greatly increased when he had received a call from his fellow dark lord Touhou Fuhai called and informed him that he could also feel the seal breaking.

The two thirds of the Three Dark Lords discussed what could have caused the seal to shatter, and given that the feeling came from the school grounds and given how long the seal was in place, the possibility of this individual being a student was incredibly high especially if said individual retained their memories. That thought alone sent shivers down the headmasters spine especially given how long dragons can hold a grudge.

He bid his fellow dark lord farewell, as soo as he did this Ruby called over the radio that she had found a large dragon. He instructed her to bring it to her office and be extremely careful and informed her that waking a sleeping dragon can be bad for the health of the general populace of any given area.

He proceeded to pace in his office he had waited and paced for nearly an hour waiting for Ruby to return with the dragon. Suddenly the doors to the secret entrance opened, these doors are larger the the regular doors to his office, and out walked a visibly straining. She was visibly sweating, the reason came just behind her the dragon floated through the doors. Said dragon was indeed large and probably out of her weight limit of the levitation spell that was being used.

Once Ruby gently set the dragon down she collapsed face first onto the very nice carpet in the office when asked if she was okay she had groaned in exhaustion.
