I Own nothing
There are four things everybody at Goode Highschool knows.
One
Annabeth Chase is the smartest student in the school. Not one of the smartest, she was the smartest. She had a perfect GPA, In all AP classes, and would even help teachers plan their lessons. She had already been offered scholarships to colleges like Yale, Cornell, and other Ivy league schools. It was not uncommon to find her after school studying or tutoring some kids.
Two
Percy Jackson was the most talented musician in the school. He could play the guitar, electric bass, cello, trumpet, saxophone, drums, and could sing like nobody's business . He would play at all the concerts and was in both band and orchestra. It was not uncommon to find him after school practicing or writing song lyrics.
Three
Even though of their skills neither Percy or Annabeth had many friends. Annabeth was always either in school or at home studying. She hung out with Jason Grace, the only person close to her intelligence, and his girlfriend Piper Mclean. And that was very rare. Annabeth's mom always pressured her to be the best.
Percy had major trust issues, his ex-stepfather was an alcoholic and a horrible person. His yelling could be heard all throughout the apartment building where they lived. And in ninth grade when he started dating the exchange student Artemis Selene, he found her cheating on him with his step-brother, Orion. Percy only trusted five people, his mom, his cousins Thalia Grace, Nico DiAngelo, and Jason Grace and Nico's boyfriend Will.
Four
Annabeth HATED Percy Jackson. Back in sixth grade he had accidentally ruined a project she had spent months on. And in eighth grade he had won first place in the talent show. He was also the only person to ever get better marks then her in Marine Biology, which he had a natural knack for. She went out of her way to ignore him and play pranks on him.
Now there is one thing that almost everybody at Goode Highschool knows. This is that Percy Jackson is madly in love with Annabeth Chase. And everyone who knew felt bad for him. Because Annabeth had made it clear that she despised him. But no matter what he did, he was still in love with her.
But one day everything changed. Thanks to a wrong turn and a closet.
