"No!"

"Earth, babe-"

"No! Don't 'Earth, Babe' me! This is the 3rd time this month! The. Third." Stomping his foot at the ground, Earth nearly poked Kao's eye out when he pressed his 3 raised fingers to his fiancés face.

"Earth, come on. It's not the third time this month, it's the third this year, and you know that if Ohm had a choice he wouldn't call."

"I know! That's why it's so frustrating~" Smiling fondly at his loud wailing, Kao wrapped his arms around his lover's lithe waist.

"We did lump half of company on him when we got engaged, and he agreed so we could have more time together…"

"Whose side are you on?" Earth pouted, wrapping his arms around the taller one's shoulder allowing himself to be cuddled from the despair of having his fiancé pulled away from their date for some stupid board meeting

"Yours. Always by your side." Earth couldn't stop the grin on his face when Kao pulled his hand down to kiss, grasping at the hand where their engagement ring settled perfectly on his ring finger.

"Now where did the legendary Ice prince go?"

"I think I passed that title down to Ohm after I met you…" Gripping his lover tighter against him to slightly lift him off the ground, Kao smiled at the delighted giggle Earth let out, his pout and dark mood out of sight

"Sappy…" leaning down to give him a kiss on the forehead, the two smiled, enjoying the moment when Kao's phone 'pinged' with a new message.

"I think its times Ohm passes that title away too tho.." Earth muttered when he was out down so Kao could reply to his cousin that he would be on his way. Looking up Kao gave the younger one a look. "What are you up too imp?"

"Nothing you should worry your pretty little head over, I just want Ohm-Mii to be happy like we are, and you are not stopping me this time." Seeing the mischievous glint in his fiancés' eyes Kao sent a prayed up for his cousin, knowing that there's nothing he could do now that Earth has set his mind to it.

Giving his fiancé a kiss and a wave goodbye, Earth picked up his phone and dialed. "Hi Soulmate! How was your flight back to Thailand?...And the shop?...Ohh so it will take a while huh…How'd you like a part time job in the meanwhile?"

The ding of the elevator was normally ignored, with how big the company it's normal that numerous people come and go, but it was 8am on the dot and the man that came walking out was impossible to ignore.

Ohm Thitiwat, a towering man of 186cm tall, oozing power and confidence. Tall, dark, and truly very handsome. Endless dark brown eyes, lean muscular body, flawless tan skin and silky hair always styled to perfection. He was made co-owner and CEO of the NewsInfinity Enterprises, sister company of the WS Studio Enterprises where his cousin Kao Noppakao was CEO.

Any and all thoughts of nepotism was quickly thrown out the window when NI Enterprises quickly flew up the ranks in the industry in just a few months' time. Project after project, contract after contract approved and done with the utmost care and surety of success.

Men and women have all tried and failed, some leaving with polite rejection and some being dragged out by security. Everyone alike fell for his charms, he had it all, money fame and looks but he was not prince charming. In fact, due to his cold nature, he was named the ice prince, the title formerly belonging to Kao before he met the inferno that is Earth.

Today was no different, his immaculate tailored suit fit his form so well, all went back for a second glance at his figure but none were brave enough to approach. Ohm ignored them all for the moment as he went to his room. The usual quiet 'Good Morning' that greeted him nonexistent as his secretary took a 3month break for maternity leave, but he didn't mind. The quiet is welcome rather than hiring a temporary secretary who'd apply just to get a chance with him.

Disappearing inside his office, Ohm heaved a sigh of relief, pulling his tie loose from his neck Looking around his office, he nodded contently when he saw no sign of balloons, streamers, or any party decorations in his office. Turning on his computer, he ignored the date – March 26, his birthday.

He had stared the entire office down during the last meeting when a plan for his birthday had come up, thankfully they all got the message. At the age of 28, he had proved himself, moving up the ladder from the lowest position, not claiming his blood connection to the company. If his cousin hadn't begged him to take over the other half of the company he would've preferred to stay anonymous, but what's done is done, his once stone cold cousin had found his happily ever after and he couldn't be happier for him.

If only his family could get it over their collective heads that he is not interested. Since Kao had announced his engagement to Earth, it had sparked the dormant fire his family had for him to find his own happiness. Left and Right for months, setting up multiple blind dates with both men and women who were either in over their heads or just after his name and title.

It had finally dwindled down, his family disheartened once more. It had hurt at first knowing how disappointed his family was but he was not in a hurry, and he would not force love to come. Someday the same fire that Earth had brought to melt the icy Kao would be brought to him by someone meant for him and he was willing to wait.

Many would laugh if they heard his thoughts right now but it's the truth. He is a sappy romantic who still believed in forever and love at first sight despite the era they were in. He was not asexual, he had a very healthy sex drive thank you very much but it is reserved. He is reserved. He won't roam around jumping from person to person hoping it was the right one. He knows he will know when the time came when he gets to see the other.

"Mr. Thitiwat, your mail has arrived."

Thoughts cutting off, Ohm pressed on the intercom to allow the personnel outside his office to enter and bring in his mail. Nodding as thanks he let the employee go, rummaging through the mail.

Sighing he leaned back on his reclining office chair, eyes closed. Opening them to a quiet ping on his computer. Right, Kao and Earth were coming over today for a new business meeting regarding the new café that will open on the ground floor of the company. At least this will give him a chance to relax and let his cousin handle it. Considering thing though, he would probably have to step in at some point if Earth took over the meeting lest the new café end up with rainbows and unicorns for decoration.

Kao sighed, adoringly, he sighed adoringly exasperated at his phone where he just hung up on fiancé. His fiancé who was running late for their board meeting with his cousin who company was an hour ride away on the other side of town.

Not that his cousin would mind, but he did feel sorry that he had to face the old crows that called themselves board members alone for an hour. Really, even before he met Earth, when he had to pass on the other half of the company to someone else, no one's came even close to Ohm, even before the matter was discussed he had already set his mind on his cousin to take over.

He and his cousin were more like brothers really. They were really close, when Ohm had to stay behind while his family went to America they had bonded and they were really very much alike. Both are quiet, and loners, they prefer peacefully reading books and proposals over loud parties and gathering. Thus they were called the Ice Princes, well just him now.

His love story with Earth was a long one, it was not smooth sailing and it definitely didn't happen instantly, they squabbled over every little thing, they were on and off for a while, and if it wasn't for their friends…well it was a real miracle that they ended up together but they did and he couldn't be more thankful, Earth was the inferno that suddenly melted all his barriers and buried himself deep.

His monochromatic world turned yellow, followed by all the other colors when Earth annoyed his way into his heart. Never stopping, just giving and loving, he didn't blink at his harsh words and cold exterior, didn't even glance at his name on top of the company board, he just smiled knowingly, jokingly poking at him, teasing him again and again that he was just a big grumpy cat who needed cuddles and down time.

Blushing when he remembered that Earth caught him when he picked up a stray kitten and took it home with him. The cat now named 'Cuddles' who was lazing about in their home. Leaning back into his chair, Kao raised his hand, the engagement band glinting in the morning light, really, Earth stormed into his life and wreaked havoc and he wouldn't have it any other way.

"Kao!"

Bracing both feet on ground Kao pulled up, body braced when a lithe figure jumped on his lap. Wrapping his arms around his fiancé, he tried to frown but it was really hard to do when his fiancé was bouncing happily on his lap, raining pecks on his face.

"Kao~ I'm sorry we're late, but we're here now!"

"We?" Eyebrows raised, he stared down at his fiancé from below till a stubborn pout made its way on Earths face. "I did tell you I had enough of your Ice Prince cousin…so I brought him a gift, a new secretary in fact."

"Earth, you know he doesn't want one, his current secretary is just on maternity leave and will be back in a few months."

"We know~ we discussed it and he actually doesn't need the job, I just convinced him so he could do something to pass the time while his shop is under renovation. Plus he is a really good organized person, and his quiet and really really cute to boot, so I'm hoping Ohm won't mind, like at all." Smiling calmly at his fiancé, Earth ignored the hard stare he was given.

"Somehow I don't think helping Ohm find a temporary secretary is your agenda. What're you up to imp?"

"Oh, I'm helping him alright, in more ways than one so you just let me be and he won't know what hit him. Right bestie?"

Kao looked at the obviously started person who just entered his office. Oblivious to the conversation that had just occurred but nodding shyly in response, a shy blush high on his cheeks. Something sparked in his head, returning the grin of his fiancé, Kao stood to welcome the new comer. "Hey Fluke! Welcome back to Thailand!

"Ohm definitely won't know what hit him"

Ohm internally sighed for what seemed like the millionth time in an hour, where was Kao and Earth? If he found out they made out and was late before the meeting because of it...nothing, he can't do nothing. Sighing internally once more, Ohm looked unaffected on the outside but was internally groaning at how much more squabbling he could take from the older members when some personnel entered and announce the arrival of Kao and Earth and someone else.

He really didn't get to have glimpse at the third person who entered, but whoever it was they were sure to be small because Earth completely covered them up as they entered the room, and his attention was grabbed when Kao sat beside him nodding in greeting, followed by Earth. The third party must'be been the presenter then.

Finally though, everyone was settled, sighing for the countless time, Ohm closed him eyes, tuning everything out, the presenters voice surprisingly pleasant and lulling him into a state of calm. He really just had to be here for appearance sake, after all the café was actually Earths idea, inspired by a friend of his if he recalled correctly, so all the decisions would fall on Earth and the investors and all he had to do was sign on the dotted line and the deal was done.

Maybe he could check on the proposal sent by the new entertainment company he found earlier this morning, at least then he wouldn't be bored. His musings were interrupted though when he heard a chuckle form his right, if wasn't as stone faced as he was his eyebrows would've risen at the sight of Mr. and Mrs. Ariyasakul chuckling and smiling fondly, the elderly couple one of the most notoriously strict and terrifying members of the board.

Another chuckle at his left had him raising his brow minuscule at his cousin, who was obviously holding back a laugh staring at him, so he mouthed "what?"

Smirking Kao raised a hand and simply waived it to the front. "Pay attention."

Holding back the desire to roll his eyes, Ohm looked forward, only for his breath to be caught. With the projector light shining on the small lithe presenter, the first thing that caught his attention were the bright innocent brown eyes shining brightly back in the dark room, full pink lips spread into a small shy smile, soft looking cheeks glowing red, bashful in front of the room full of people. It was noticeable the young small presenter was shy but he didn't stutter, didn't stumble through his words, the topic of the café and baking obviously a passion of his from the way a spark lighted up his entire aura.

Honestly, Ohm didn't register a word being said, the soft melodious voice washing over him, his eyes moving rapidly from one feature to the next, from the soft looking silky long brown hair, the small cute ears sitting adorably at the side of his head, eyes crinkling when he smiled a bit more wider. He had the entire room in the palm of his hand.

The presentation went on with Ohm just stupefied, oblivious to his smirking cousin and his quietly squealing fiancé. Ohm was honestly impressed, despite spacing out for the first part of the presentation, he had managed to get his head back together and focus on the presentation as it was evident that the young man at the front of the room gave it his all, and from the unanimous nodding and smiles around the room, he could certainly say that the project would be approved before the meeting even ended.

True enough, after another half hour, the investors unanimously voted in favor of the proposal, each one making their way to shake hands, pat and even hug, courtesy of the elder Ariyasakul couple, the adorably timid young man who grew redder with every passing person who rained praises at him for a wonderful and informative presentation.

As the last investor left the room, Earth shot out of his chair, running over and tackled. "Fluke! Babe! Soulmate! You were incredible! You had them eating out of the palm of your cute little hands!"

"Earth~"

Just when Ohm thought 'Fluke' couldn't be more adorable, he flushed a more deeper shade of red, a small pout on his lips before a small grin settled when Earths enthusiasm passed to him. "Its true! You even had the old grumpy couple smiling at you!"

"Earth, you can't call Mr. and Mrs. Ariyasakul grumpy, babe."

"They told me off for wearing my orange crop top! I looked like fire in it!"

Seeing a chance to enter the conversation Ohm took it. "That's because wearing a crop top to an official board meeting isn't exactly part of the dress code Earth, no matter how fire you looked in it."

Honestly Fluke had just arrived in Thailand not even a week ago from America, with the plan of re-opening his grandmas' restaurant, but he had underestimated the damages on the old rundown building which had to be completely refurbished from top to bottom. The walls were water damaged, part of the ceiling was caving in, and part of the floor was missing, not to mention the water pipes and really every single thing about the place. It's been left abandoned for 20 years but Fluke could still not believe the damage the place took.

And so when Earth had called and offered him a part time job he had jumped on the chance. After all the building renovation would take another 3months and by then the place would still have to undergo decorating and so on. Having something to pass the time was a blessing as he was not an idle person by nature. However, when Earth had immediately pushed him to do a presentation on the very first day his confidence was shot.

Thankfully everyone had agreed to his concept for the café, they got approval for the café decoration, drinks and treats they'd start serving once they have their grand opening at the end of the month and although he wouldn't be actually be doing hands-on work at the café, but he would still be over seeing it with his boss.

Speaking of bosses, Fluke was honestly baffled at how he didn't notice the other CEO in the room but at the same time thankful that he hadn't noticed him before the presentation else whatever good he had done earlier would've gone down the drain at the thought of those dark eyes looking at room through the dim room.

He had heard rumors, not to mention Earth rans and the pictures he'd been shown but it didn't do justice to the real life version standing in front of him. As if realizing he's been staring a touch too long, Fluke let out a small adorable 'eep' before hiding behind his best friend, unknowingly charming the single CEO even further.

"Hi." Peeking up through his eye lashes at the gentle greeting, he was greeted with a small miniscule smile on the others face, relaxing slightly at the reassuring look directed at him, he replied back. "Hello."

"Hmm, we haven't actually been formally introduced yet, I'm Ohm."

"I-I've heard a lot about you. Please call me Fluke." Reaching out, they both grasped the others hand in a firm but gentle hand shake, oblivious to the smug look exchanged by the two fiancés had in the room.

"Coming from Kao and Earth, nothing bad I hope?" Ohm said jokingly

Giggling, Fluke shook his head, fluffy hair waving side to side. "All good I promise, though I was a bit nervous when they said you'd be there…."

"Oh? Come now, you can't suddenly drift off like that, what made you nervous about me?"

"N-nothing much, just that you were strict and a bit hard to please…"

"Hmm, well I can assure you that I was very much impressed with your knowledge about all the desserts you presented and with your knowledge about the process."

"Oh, it's a hobby of mine, I really love baking and I'm planning to open my own shop soon." Comfortable now that they were on a familiar topic, Fluke hadn't realized he had moved from behind Earth, gravitating towards Ohm who also settled closer. "I'd love a sample one of these days then…"

"Soo…lunch?" Snapping out of their stupor, Fluke flushed once more nodding while Ohm simply followed suit. All of them being dragged out by the hyper Earth to God knows where, neither realizing how often they sneaked a glance at the other.

Lunch was actually…nice. Ohm never really got to eat a full meal during office hours, being busy and all. Some would probably be aghast when they found out he had a stash of instant noodles hidden in his office and the cup of hot water he often asked for in the afternoon wasn't actually for coffee.

Nonetheless it was nice to eat out with family, and Fluke turned out to be an excellent mediator between Earth and his usual excitement. Yin and Yang, Ohm could see why Earth called Fluke his soulmate, obviously not the romantic kind but they did balance each other out.

Similar in their petite figure, nearly about the same height, both obviously charming in their own way, but that was where the similarities ended. While Earth was hyper and outgoing, Fluke was reserved and gentle, but obviously they were what the other needed. When the Fluke got too shy he was pulled out of his shell by the other; same when Earth got to excited Fluke was quick to intervene and calm the other to a more manageable state.

Ohm was honestly fascinated by the two, while Kao seemed like he had already seen this phenomenon and was just reveling in the moment, calmly slicing Earths food into bite sized pieces before digging into his own food.

"This place is so cute~ Look at all the lampshades! What do you think bestie?"

Before Ohm could even cut in, Fluke intervene. "We already decided on the meeting earlier Earth, the decoration planned for the café is enough. Maybe we could save that idea if a new branch opens? Now take a bite, Kao made an effort to prepare your plate for you."

"That's because he loves me~" Grinning Earth turned and gave Kao a peck for thanks and dug into his meal to the fond head shaking of Fluke and Ohm.

"I've actually never seen someone handle Earth as well as Kao before."

Ohm took delight in the pinkish flush that took over the other. It was actually cute how little effort it took for Fluke to be flustered.

"That's because we're soulmate besties! Have been for years and we love each other! Right babe?"

Exasperatedly fond, Fluke playfully rolled his eyes. "What Earth meant was we've been friends since high school and I haven't been able to get rid of him every since."

"Rude! We were both angels that were just destined to meet and be together." Earth grinned at the chuckles that passed through the table, before continuing on. "We actually met during our art design club and I just HAD to have Fluke! Look at his cute chubby cheeks~ The rest after that is history! We went to the same college together, different majors or course but even then we still had the chance to work together at the company till he had to go to America."

"You both worked at the company? So you were there when Kao and Earth first met?" Ohm asked eyes gleaming

"He was there for everything. He and the others mediated between Earth and I, without him specifically though, I honestly think we would've taken longer to arrive this far." Kao replied, grabbing Earths hands to kiss.

"I didn't do anything special, you would've made it on your own eventually. You're made for each other." Fluke said back, flushing in delight at the couple so obviously in love.

"I guess I also owe you for ensuring my cousins' happiness." Ohm looked at Fluke who stuttered through protests, finding him undeniably adorable. "Lunch is on me, as a thank you."

They exited the restaurant, and went back to his office. Honestly this was the longest lunch Ohm had ever taken as, it was now past 2 in the afternoon, exactly 3hrs since they left the meeting at 11am. Ohm actually had fun, he was usually the third wheel whenever he went on lunch with Kao and Earth, not that he minded, he was really happy for his cousin.

They did try to tame their affection down when he was around and he never wanted that for them, but this time there was something different. He could see how Fluke could've contributed to Kao and Earth relationship. During the entire time they were together Fluke made sure no one was left out.

Stories of everyone were exchanged and Ohm got to know more of Fluke as food and drinks were consumed. They stayed for a while, all laughs and smiles till Kao received a call that he was needed back for an afternoon appointment so Ohm saw them to their car.

"See you around Ohm."

"Hm. Be safe driving."

"Right, and what we talked about?" At Ohms affirmative nod Kao shut Earths door with a knowing smile before making his way to the driver's seat.

"Uhm..." Turning Ohm had to smile at the sight of Fluke fiddling with a bag. He never thought he'd overuse the work cute but with Fluke around he just might run the word to the ground. "M-Mr. Thitiwat?"

Chuckling Ohm, like a reflex, placed his hand on Flukes head for a gentle pat. "I know you're starting work for me tomorrow but still just call me Ohm. You're doing me a favor by agreeing to a temporary job."

"A-alright." Ohm watched curious when Fluke didn't make a move to enter the car, instead he watched as he took a deep breath before thrusting the paper bag in his hands to his chest. "H-Happy Birthday Ohm."

Baffled Ohm accepted the gift, barely getting in a word in return before Fluke entered the car in a hurry. Chuckling Ohm waved goodbye as the car pulled away.

Making his way back into his office, he pulled his tie loose, leaning back on his seat before throwing a glance at the paper bag on his desk. Smiling, he sat up and gently pried it open, brow rising when he saw a simple food container and a folded piece of paper.

"Happy Birthday! I'm sorry if this is too personal but Earth slipped what today is, he said you didn't want to make a big deal out of it, but I just couldn't let it pass by. I hope this helps in making your day a bit more special. – Fluke"

Smiling, Ohm set the paper inside his Top Left Drawer, right beside his family photo. Prying the food container open, he had to let his smile turn into a grin at the dozen star-shaped look choop with smiley faces on them, letting out a laugh at the adorable sight, before thinking back to his conversation with Kao.

Earlier….

"Ohm."

Looking up from wearing his coat, Ohm nodded his greeting when his cousin entered his office. "Kao, where're the other two?"

"At the lobby looking up for a place to eat, but I'm here to talk to you."

"About?" Gesturing for Kao to take a seat they both sat across each other on the long couch.

"Fluke." At Ohms' interested stare, Kao held in his smirk. "Flukes actually been in Thailand for less than a month. He came back to open his own restaurant but the place he plans to open it at is under construction, and it'll be unavailable for a few months…"

Ohm nodded not really sure where this was going. "Fluke wanted to roam around Thailand, discover new places, food, and basically get back in touch since he's been in America for a few years but Earth convinced Fluke to work in town so they could catch up whenever and a little extra cash for the restaurant wouldn't hurt so I offered him a job and he accepted...but I don't need any vacancies at the moment."

Locking eyes with his cousin, Kao raised a hand before Ohm could object. "Look, Ohm you need a secretary and this will solve everything. Fluke knows its temporary and that's great for him because he really doesn't need to work, it will be beneficial for you both."

"Earth put you up to this didn't he?" Sinking down at the sofa, Ohm heaved a sigh, looking up at Kao with a half-hearted glare.

Kao shrugged. "You know he also cares about you. Don't think we don't know about your cup noodle stash Ohm. At least this way you don't have to go through the trouble of hiring someone, plus Earth and I can vouch for Fluke, he'll be good for you."

"Don't tell me your turning this into a matchmaking?"

"I'm not." Kao denied. Earth is, not that we'd tell you of course.

"How about this, we're going out for lunch. See Fluke for yourself and I mean get to know him, don't ogle at him Ohm, I saw how you stared at him at the meeting." Kao chuckled, avoiding the half-heartedly thrown couch pillow aimed at him. "I'm serious. I'll ask you after lunch, just before we're about to leave. If you agree then great, if not then that's fine. I can tell Fluke that something came up and he'll work for me."

"….Fine."

"Great. Now let's go before Earth comes jumping in here for being hungry. I don't think even Fluke could stop him then."

Present….

Placing a look choop in his mouth, Ohm enjoyed the sweet dessert. After lunch and seeing Fluke interact with Kao and Earth, he found that he really didn't mind if Fluke worked for him. Fluke was adorably shy but there was a fire there, he saw confidence radiate when Fluke talked about his passion.

He was also skilled and knowledgeable based from his presentation at the meeting, but modest from the way he responded at the praised thrown at him afterwards. Fluke also seemed to be patient as he was all smiles when a child ran into him and spilled a bit of juice on his pants, comforting the startled child and frantic parents.

Ohm knows that wasn't enough to build a final judgement on someone but for Fluke, this one meeting was enough. Of course, he supposed, part of why he agreed to let Fluke work for him was because he wanted to find out more. There was 'something' when he first laid eyes on the smaller man and he wanted to dive in deeper. Eyes closed, Ohm took his time eating his treat, impatiently eager for the next day to arrive.
