Just a quick note for clarity; the Best Friend Squad will be going to more than just Hyrule, but that's just where they go first and you can only add two series to a crossover :/

Glimmer gazed out into the stars with a dreamy look in her eyes. "I wonder how everyone back at home is doing," she remarked.

"Why don't we ask them?" Bow suggested from behind her, holding up the communication tablet. "The folks on the last planet gave me some tips on how to power it."

Glimmer's eyes sparkled and she drifted over to Bow's side as he turned the tablet on. The colors of the Etherian moons flickered onto the screen. Camp sounds drifted through the noises until they heard a gasp.

"Bow! Glimmer!" Perfuma said, picking up the tablet on her side. "It's so amazing to see you two! Where are Adora and Catra?"

"Catra's taking a nap and Adora's probably either by her side or cooking something. We've got some really cool gifts to share with you all when we get back!" Glimmer bubbled. "What's been going on in the last month?"

"Mostly just general rebuilding," Perfuma replied. "We've kinda made camp at Bright Moon while everything gets sorted out. Entrapta and Hordak are in Dryl with a lot of the former Horde soldiers, and Frosta is back in the Kingdom of Snows, but Mermista and I are staying here to help out refugees. Being able to grow plants and summon water at will is kinda helpful, you know?" she asked with a wink.

"I imagine. How's Scorpia doing?" Glimmer asked.

"She's Scorpia, that's for sure..." Perfuma sighed with a small but noticeable blush.

Bow grinned mischievously. "You sound awfully smitten."

"Well... we're dating," Perfuma admitted with a smile.

"Hey, Perfuma, who are you talking to?" Mermista's voice asked.

"Oh, Mermista! It's Bow and Glimmer," Perfuma explained.

"Heya, guys," Mermista greeted the two. "I take it Perfuma caught you up to speed with us, but how are you all doing?"

"Well, we've gotten to every planet in the logs from both the First Ones and Horde Prime, so... barring any new discoveries, we should be on our way back as soon as we resupply on fuel crystals. How's your relationship with Sea Hawk progressing?" Glimmer teased.

"We're... maybe... engaged, but, I mean, it's not like it's a big deal or anything," Mermista said with a tiny smile.

Something beeped on the ship's monitor. Bow wandered over to investigate. "Huh... well, we might not actually be coming back for a little while longer. There's a couple unknown planets really close by, and the ship's sensors indicate life on them."

"Oh, well, we'll see ya when you get back, then?" Perfuma said.

"See you guys then," Glimmer agreed. "I'll tell Adora and Catra you two said hi?"

"Definitely. See you soon, hopefully!" Perfuma said before she turned the tablet off.

Glimmer sighed and set the tablet back in its holder. "So, what did you say about those planets?"

"Yeah, they're all relatively close to each other. One of them has something weird going on with the sun and the moon? I'm not quite sure how to describe it, but that one's the furthest from where we are."

"Well, why don't we start with the closest and move out before heading home?" Glimmer suggested.

"Good plan. I'll set course for the closest planet," Bow said.

"I'll go tell Adora and Catra about our change of plans," Glimmer said with a smile. She stood still for a moment before realizing something. "Oh, right. Space. No teleports." She ran off to Catra's room, Bow gazing lovingly after her.
