"Nathan, you are going to be late for school! Your sister left 15 minutes ago to meet Brooke." Nathans mom screamed from the kitchen. He ran down the stairs. Nathan didn't care if he was late, He knew he could charm his way out of a detention anytime. He grabbed a toast and began to walk towards the garage.

"Aren't you forgetting something?" She asked. Nathan looked at her with a confused face.

"Your books?" She added

"I didn't bring them home." He replied

"So you didn't have homework this weekend?" She asked

"Nope, did it already." Nathan lied. He wasn't even sure if I did have homework, He didn't care about his grades since he had basketball and Nathan knew that's what he wanted to do in the future.

"Ok great, have a good day. Love you." She said as Nathan ignored her and walked away towards the garage. He put his bag in his Ferrari.

He arrived ten minutes late but he didn't care. I Nathan walked to his locker and got his books and headed to English with Mrs Torres.

Haley arrived at school ten minutes earlier to go to the tutor center to organize files. Haley found Lucas there with two cups of coffees.

"You are amazing. I really needed this." Haley said grabbing the coffee.

"You are welcome Hales anytime. By the way how was your weekend" He said with a smile and she just couldn't help but smile back.

Lucas and Haley have been best friends for as long as Haley could remember. They grew up together and he is the closest thing she has to a friend some might even say a brother.

Haley has a big family but they are all girls. She has three other sisters. Jane who is 11 , Taylor 14 and Quinn who is 19. Haley is a Junior in high school but she could easily graduate already if she wanted to.

"Awful, Jane and Taylor both had the flu and my mom and dad were working so I had to take care of them and I didn't even get to review some tests that I need to correct for students that I am tutoring. I also had to work." She replied And Luke leaned in to give her a hug.

"How about you?" She asked

"It was fine. I spend most of my time at the river court with skills and mouth." He said

The bell rang and Haley went straight to class.

Class had begun and ten minutes later Nathan Scott showed up.

He thinks just because he is the star basketball player he can do whatever he wants, and get away with it. And because his parents were mega rich. Nathan Scott had the biggest house in Tree Hill along with a beach house and they even have a yacht and a private jet. Lucas has been on it a couple times and apparently it's over 300 foot. Nathan has a twin sister named Peyton who wasn't that bad except she that was a cheerleader and hung out with the wrong crowd. She also is always dressed head to toe in designer same with Nathan. They were nothing a like. Physically and personality wise. Peyton has blond hair and brown eyes while Nathan has dark hair and beautiful blue eyes. But they were both tall and skinny or fit. They were indeed athletes. Haley spoke to Peyton a few times she seems really down to earth and actually seems genuine unlike Nathan. Haley hates Nathan scott. Also because he made Lucas's life miserable at first when Lucas first joined the ravens.

Anyway Nathan was ten minutes late.

"Mr Scott how nice of you to join us this morning. Do you have your essay?" Everyone chuckled

"Good morning Mrs Torres you look stunning." He said trying to charm his way out.

She waited for an answer about the essay.

"Um... no... I forgot it at home." He replied and Haley rolled her eyes and thought to herself how unbelievable he is.

"Ok fine I'll let it go but it's last warning.." she said but of course he knew that he would get away with it everytime.

Haley finish my morning classes and was waiting for Lucas to get out of his class.

"Hey you ready" Haley ask with a grin on my face.

"Hey sorry I'm going to have to rain check. I promised Brooke I would eat with her and the guys. You are welcome to join." He said

"Don't worry about it. I actually have work I need to do in the tutoring center but you go ahead have fun." She said in disappointment.

"Thanks Hale's. Love you!" He says and heads to the cafeteria.

She didn't mind him spending time with the team but ever since he and Brooke got together he has spent a lot less time with her and she doesn't blame him at all but the truth is Haley misses him a lot since he the only real friend she has.

Nathan sat with the basketball team at lunch and Lucas decided to show up. He shows up once in a while but sometimes he hangs out with this girl that Nathan knows is not his girlfriend since he and Brooke are dating.

Peyton comes to the table.

"Hey sis, why'd you leave so early?" Nathan asked

"Brooke needed a ride." She answers.

Brooke lives on the other side of town. She still owns a big house but not as big as ours.

"Hey babe." Rachael sits down next to me and kisses me on the cheek.

"Hey." Nathan said. He doesn't do relationships. He only does Non-exclusive since for him it's about the sex and how hot the chick is.

"You want to come by my place after practice." She asked

"I cant straight after practice but how about eight." He said

"Works for me!" She replied and leaves.

"Aren't you meeting, Sarah after practice."

"Yeah" Nathan said and she gives him a judge mental look.

But Nathan ignored her and ate his food.

After school he went to the gym and whitey says he needed to talk to him.

"What's wrong coach?" Nathan asked

"What's wrong? What's wrong is you are failing nearly everyone single one of your subjects. You know what that means Nathan." He yelled

Nathan looked at him with confusion.

"It means no basketball until you pass. Mr Turner wants to see you in his office. I'm sorry Nathan." Whitey said.

Nathan walked down the hall to the principals office. He had been there plenty of times mostly for violent outbursts.

He knocked on the door.

"Come in." He says gesturing for Nathan to take a seat.

"It has come to my attention you are behind in a few classes and have not given a few assignments." He stated

"Ok. Well I'll try to do better. I mean I have scouts watching me play this season and next season. Also the team would lose without me" Nathan stated.

"I am aware of that Mr Scott. So I thought you could use a tutor. We have a great one. She has taken all your classes last year and she passed them all." He said

" I don't need a tutor I'll work harder. Alone." Nathan replied.

"You take the tutor or you're out for the season."

"Fine, when do I meet her." He said pissed off that I have waste time with a nerd like her.

"Tomorrow lunch." He says and Nathan nodded and left to go back to basketball practice.

And then take a shower and go to Sarah's house.

Sarah has long blond hair and green eyes and big boobs but she has no personality but he didn't care Nathan rung the doorbell and went up to her room and they started making out. He laid her down and took her shirt off to reveal a red lace bralette. Nathan then began to unclip it while she unbuttoned his shirt and they fucked for about an hour. He put his clothes back on and headed home to shower and then head to Rachel's. Her house was big and she was good in bed. Also her parents were never home. Nathan almost did the same thing there but they also ordered pizza and watched a movie cause he was bored and no one would be home anyway. Peyton was either at Brooke's or Jake her boyfriend. His dad was working and his mom was probably at a bar getting drunk.

Please do not hate about Peyton and Nathan being siblings. I thought it would be cool if Nathan had a sister and I wasn't sure how else Peyton would be included!
