Bakugo POV

As my mind slowly rose from its drifting, the first thing I became aware of was the hard surface against my back, but it wasn't cold or rock solid. Shifting positions, my right arm brushed up against something warm, and covered in a fabric of some kind. Or maybe it was someone. I opened my eyes and found myself staring up at a dark black ceiling, dimly lit by several small lights hanging on nearby walls.

Sitting up and rubbing my eyes, my head was pounding like a drum. Where the fuck am I? Finally able to see straight, I found myself staring down a small carpeted aisle between two rows of large red reclining chairs, like at a movie theater. Sure enough, to my right there was a large white screen on the far wall of the room, with several more rows of chairs set up on different elevations, a light grey door just to the left of the screen on the adjacent wall.

Looking over the seats, I became keenly aware of several dark shapes in the room. Some propped up in the chairs, while others had been tossed around the room like rag-dolls.

I moved to stand up, when my right hand pressed against something. Glancing down, I found Deku passed out next to me, my hand against his left arm. I shook the damn nerd trying to wake him up, but all he did was shift slightly, turning his back to me. Realization struck as I ran down the stairs to the front of the theater, trying to get a better view of the room. Everyone from class 1-A was there, along with some of the teachers, the principal, and a few other students, pro heroes, and celebrities (David and Melissa Shield, Gran Torino, Shinso, Mei Hatsume, Sir Nighteye, and the UA top 3) all passed out around the room, almost all of which were in full hero gear.

"WAKE UP!" I raised my right arm and released an explosion big enough to block the screen behind me from view. Most of the class bolted upright upon hearing the blast and took a fighting stance, some tried to but found themselves sleeping in a precarious position and falling on their dumbass faces, while others still took cover behind the chairs.

The damn nerd was the first to realize where the blast had come from. "Kacchan, are you ok?"

"Tch. I'm fine Deku! But where the hell are we?"

No one POV

The moment Midoriya got an answer to one question, a thousand more arose. Unfortunately, he wasn't the only one caught in this paradox as everyone observed their new surroundings.

"Last thing I remember, the kids and I were in the middle of class discussing work studies. After that, everything went black." Aizawa processed out loud. He paused and turned to the kids in the room, including the big 3. "I assume your silence means you kids didn't see anything either?"

"My memory of what happened is as black as the night." Tokoyami affirmed.

"ç'est fou, a brilliance such as mine trapped in darkness! quelle horreur!" Remarked a horrified Aoyama.

"I don't even wanna think about what might have happened to us" Tamaki said, shaking as he curled himself into a ball. Mirio slung an arm around his shoulder trying to calm his nerves.

"None of us remember anything?" Yaoyorozu questioned, a hand on her chin. "Maybe whoever did this had a memory erasing quirk of some kind. Does anyone remember even a small piece of how they got here?"

The only answers she received were shaken heads, focused looks trying to remember, and just flat out no's.

"I don't know how we got here, but I have no intention of staying." Bakugo declared, walking towards the door.

"He's right! No point in sticking around to find out." Kirishima said plainly, now side by side with Bakugo at the front. As he activated his quirk, his vision was laser focused on the wooden exit door. "Clear a path! I'll bust the thing down." He declared as he charged forward like a rhino, but Gran Torino stepped in front of the door, forcing the redhead to come to a screeching halt.

"Woah!? Careful man! I almost flattened you." the yellow clad hero turned his gaze back to the red hero behind him, a small smile and innocent eyes hiding a world of mischief.

"Who are you?"

The red clad hero blanched. "My name is Kirishima. Eijiro Kirishima." An awkward pause filled the air, as they waited for Gran Torino to either respond, or get out of the way.

"... who are you?"

Seriously? Kirishima cringed again as the rest of the Bakusquad (Kaminari, Jiro, Sero, Mina, and Bakugo) gathered round behind him. "I don't wanna be mean, but does this old guy seem a little..."

"Forgetful? Unaware?" Sero suggested to Mina.

"Well, yeah."

Unbeknownst to him, Midoriya and Toshinori were smirking to themselves, remembering similar tricks the elder hero had pulled on them. Without even a second glance, Gran Torino reached up and twisted the doorknob, letting the door swing back as he let go. Bakugo, Kirishima and the rest fo the Bakusquad just stared in stunned silence. "It was open?" Red questioned, everyone in the room turning to see the cleared exit, finding themselves just as surprised as Red Riot was. The yellow clad hero turned to scan the room.

"Whoever brought us here doesn't seem to care much about whether or not we stay. 20+ hero students, and half a dozen pros completely unbound, unguarded, and free to use their quirks and explore the area. Something tells me this wasn't done by a simple villain." His gaze fell once again on Red Riot, who looked stunned at Gran Torino's 180. "Next time, don't assume the situation, especially with this many people involved."

Snapping back to his senses, Kirishima gave a small bow to the elder hero. "Sorry. Guess that wasn't very manly. It won't happen again" He promised, but the hero's gaze had already reverted to a blank stare.

"Who are you?" This time, off balance due to his bow, the red head landed flat on his face.

Satisfied with the results of his deception, Torino turned back to the crowd and pointed out a student clad in pristine white armor. Said student flinched in surprise before standing at attention. "You there. I remember you from Deku's internship. Tenya Iida right? With the engines quirk?"

"Yes sir! I am humbled to know you remember me!"

"You and these three come with me. We'll scout out the area and see if we can find an exit." He declared, jabbing a thumb towards Kirishima, Bakugo, and Sero.

"Of course! Lets move everyone! We have an important mission to complete!" The white knight repeatedly hand chopped in the direction of the door.

"Don't tell me what to do four eyes!" The entire Bakusquad sweat dropped, but the named group followed them out, leaving the rest to explore the room.

Meanwhile, the Deku squad minus Iida (Midoriya, Uraraka, Todoroki, Tsu and Melissa) gathered on the opposite side of the room at the top of the stairs.

"Well, its not exactly how we planned, but it is good to see you again Melissa."

The blonde flashed a quick smile before glancing around one more time. "Thanks Uraraka, but we can have a proper celebration once we get out of here."

"Yeah, but where is 'here'?" Todoroki asked.

"RIBBIT!" Tsu cried, jumping on the back wall of the room.

"Everything alright Asu- I mean Tsu?" Midoriya asked, somewhat surprised at her random jump. With the crowd now facing her, she gestured to a small projector room window to her left.

"I thought I saw something move in here." She said glancing inside. "You might wanna see this Dr. Shield. You too Melissa."

"Um, ok?" The former answered, though it sounded more like a question. The two approached the back wall along with Uravity and while Uraraka made them weightless, Froppy used her tongue to bring them closer to the window. The two scientists gasped in surprise, their faces pressed to the glass as they marveled at a room filled with computers, electronics, and machines they couldn't even identify.

"Oh my gosh! These inventions are incredible!"

"Some of these things look more advanced than the equipment in my lab!" Mr. Shield marveled.

Upon hearing those glorious words, a certain pink haired mechanic raced to the back wall, almost tackling Midoriya and Uraraka in the process. "Make with the zero gravity and let me at these technological marvels!" She demanded.

But on the other side of the room, a certain retired blonde hero was deep in thought. How is that even possible? Allmight questioned himself. Bringing his hand to rest on his chin. David's lab on I-island is literally the most advanced technological facility in the world. Who the hell could have machines that compare to the Shields?-

The former number 1 hero was shaken from his pondering by a bloodcurdling scream that resounded throughout the building, and the next thing Toshinori knew, the two Shields had jumped away from the window, Mr. Shield protectively holding his daughter. It may have only been for a second, but the retired pro could swear he saw a third face pressed against the glass.

"DAVID!"

"MELISSA!"

Allmight and his protege raced forward as Tsu jumped away from the wall and back to the floor, making sure they were safely on the ground before she and Uraraka released them.

"Are you two ok? What happened?" Deku questioned.

A split second later, Gran Torino raced back into the room, followed soon after by Iida, Bakugo, Sero, and Kirishima in that order.

"What's the situation?!"

"Is everyone alright?"

"Is there a villain?"

"Who screamed?"

"what's going on?" They all asked in the order they came in.

Melissa was trembling in her fathers arms, who was still clutching her tight, but her eyes were still glued to the glass above them.

"There's someone up there!"

Every hero and student in the room took a stance, readying themselves for any kind of attack, but such an assault never came. Instead, the lights dimmed and a projector shown through the window, all traces of the face gone.

"Hey guys! Look." Nejire called out, pointing at the screen! Slowly, everyone's gaze turned 180 to match hers. "This is just like the movies my family and I went to back home. Only we weren't all captured and forced to be there. Does anyone have popcorn?"

a brief message appeared, typed in white on an ornate black screen with white flowers, like an old soundless movie from the 1920s.

Anime starting soon please take your seats for the season 1 trailer. 10...9...8...

Needless to say, the message seemed to catch everyone in the room off guard, teacher, student, or otherwise. Anime?

"Wait, so the person in the projector booth went to the trouble of capturing us, bringing us to an abandoned theater, and inventing/hauling all that tech here, just to watch a couple episodes of Dragon Ball or something?" Kaminari questioned with a smile. If she hadn't been as confused as the electric hero was, Jiro would have jabbed him in the ear with her quirk for even suggesting something so ridiculous.

"Screw this shit! I'll blast my way out of here if I have to!" The blonde hero declared, heading for the door.

"You're making him cry Kacchan!"

Bakugo froze in his tracks, turning just in time to see a young Deku protecting a crying boy kneeling on the ground, a familiar patch of blonde hair and 2 other boys standing in front of him. "No way." Bakugo whispered, his eyes widened in disbelief. Midoriya would have said something too if his breath hadn't caught in his throat. Needless to say, his teachers and classmates had their eyes glued to the screen now.

Here's the sad truth:

"If you keep on hurting him- uh-."

all men are not created equal

"Ill stop you myself!"

A young bakugo appeared on screen with two other kids, one with red wings and the other with extending fingers.

"You wanna pretend to be a hero?" He taunted, punching his palm and creating an explosion as Midoriya jumped back in fear. "You don't stand a chance without a quirk, Deku!"

'In a world full of heroes!'

When I was 4 years old

'He's quirkless!'

I learned that some kids have more power than others

Emotions were swirling all around the room, but everyone seemed to have the same thought pattern.

Not created equal?

Quirkless?

What's he talking about?

What is this?

"I'm gonna be a hero just like him!" The image flashed showing Midoriya watching allmight on the computer while playing with one of his action figures.

"Sorry kid its not gonna happen." A doctor told him as the boy dropped his toy.

Sometimes I do feel like I'm a failure.

'From studio bones'

Like theres no hope for me.

'the creators of full metal alchemist & soul eater'

Unbeknownst to him, Melissa tore her gaze away from the screen, eyes locked on the green clad hero. She knew that he must have been a late bloomer given how little control he had over his quirk as a whole, but to put up with all of this torment and harassment.

He had it even worse than I did. Having a famous scientist/#1 hero sidekick as a father really helped in that regard.

"Someone's gotta teach that worthless nerd how the world really works."

But even so- I'm not gonna give up

"You're even worse than the rest of these damn rejects you quirkless wannabe."

Images of class 1-a flashed on screen before showing the giant robot from the entrance exam, Uraraka trapped below it.

"Holy crap! That's us!" Jiro marveled. She wasn't one to curse, but this was the exception.

Meanwhile, Kaminari's eyes were sparkling more than Aoyama. "This is awesome! I've always wanted to be an anime character!"

That being said, a few students, along with the entire faculty noticed Bakugo's harsh words to his classmate. The latter made a mental note to talk to him at a later date. Now clearly wasn't the time.

"Is it possible to become a hero even if I dont have a quirk?"

"Opportunity." Allmight called as the green haired kid jumped, Iida and Uraraka staring at him in surprise. "A chance to shine!" Midoriya screamed and clenched his fist, red light shining around it as he sailed passed the robots extended arm. "To show what you're really made of"

"SMMMMMAAAAAAASSSSHHHHHH!"

Deku punched the robots head, caving it in as the rest of the people there stared in surprise.

Recalling her own surprise at the robots destruction and her rescue at Deku's hands, a small smile formed on Uraraka's lips.

"There are stories about every hero." The robot started to explode.

"I didn't think he had that kind of strength."

"Maybe he was trying to trick all of us."

"How they became great."

Iida appeared in the crowd, followed by Midoriya approaching one himself."They're all missing the point." Izuku gasped, seeing a fluid villain grabbing Bakugo. "Dont they see what he did?"

"most have one thing in common." Images flashed between the bully and victim before the green haired kid ran forward, dropping his notebook.

"Stop! You're gonna get yourself killed!"

What do I do? He stumbled forward removing his backpack.

"Take this!"

Bakugo cringed at the images, remembering that day with the sludge villain all too well. He hated how helpless being in his clutches felt. Or- in his slime- or- WHATEVER! Trying to figure that out was just pissing him off.

young Midoriya appeared again in the computer room with his mom

Back then, the thing I wanted you to say

"I'm sorry Izuku!" Deku raced towards UA, through the hallway towards his classroom. now in a school uniform "I wish things were different"

The words I needed to hear.

Now it was Midoriya's turn to recoil at his own recollection, his mothers words still etched into his mind to this very day.

"Its him." Iida said as the class faced the boy.

"Young man!" Allmight continued

Uraraka appeared behind Midoriya raising her fist "that punch was amazing!"

"You too can become a hero!"

Kacchan and Deku both flashed on screen again, the latter with watering eyes.

The scene shifted to the first day battle training when Bakugo got flipped.

Dreams can become reality!

The exploding hero hit the ground as he screamed.

"Wow! Look at those moves!"

'From Zero'

"Thats right"

'To allmighty hero!'

"Show who you are! Embody what it means to be a hero!" Allmight clenched his fist and readied a massive punch.

Multiple images flashed of the students and teachers from the villain attack at the USJ before Midoriya was shown once again running down the road, his foot splashing in a puddle.

Oh! By the way! I forgot to mention that this is the story of how I became the worlds greatest hero!

'MY HERO ACADEMIA!'

And just like before, the moment one question was answered, a thousand more took its place. The entire group just stood there in shock, most wondering if what they had just seen was even real. That was impossible. Wasn't it?

"An entire anime? All about us?" Sato gave voice to the question on everybody's mind. Aizawa stood up and approached the window, raising his scarf and putting on his goggles.

"Alright, I've had enough of these games. You've got 30 seconds to reveal who you are and why we're here before I break the window and come after you!"

As if on command, the exit door at the front of the theater swung open. "Can do Professor Eraser!" A voice called out. Those close enough to the door to see were blinded for a second, light pouring into the dark. Those who weren't aimed the most powerful attack they could think of straight at the door.

What they didn't expect to see was a kid no older than 16 standing on the opposite side. He was wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans, and his brown, almond shaped eyes shown through a pair of square, half rimmed glasses. His brown hair was messy and unkempt, and his face was slightly rounded with freckles adorning both cheeks. With those features, combined with his taller and leaner physique, he looked like a weird combination of Iida, Ochaco, and Midoriya. In his hand he held a small coin the size of a silver dollar, flicking it in the air with a satisfying ring.

Midoriya relaxed slightly, seeing the familiar face walk through the door. It can't be. The green clad hero was hesitant to ask, but his thoughts were made known. "Toma?"

His classmates shot him a confused look, hearing him say the name out loud, but the pros all kept their eyes on the intruder. "Little listener, you know this kid?"

"We were classmates before he moved to New York with his family. But that was back in kindergarten." The mystery man cocked his head to the side, smirking at the answer.

"So that's who I am in your dimension! Thanks Deku! That being said, back home, everyone calls me Clarence. Oh! Almost forgot!" Scanning the crowd, brown eyes met bluish green as Clarence gave a small bow to Melissa. "Sorry for scaring you and your dad. I just got a little over-excited when when I finally got to come here."

Upon hearing all of this information, most of the group thought he was just spouting nonsense, unable, or possibly unwilling to comprehend a word he was saying. But the principal was starting to piece together a very interesting looking puzzle with every word he said.

Unlike Nezu, Eraser Head was feeling a little less patient with the nimrod. Activating his quirk, Aizawa grabbed Clarence and used his scarf to pull him to the center of the room, looking him dead in the eye. As his hands were bound, the silver coin he was holding was flung across the room. "I don't know what kind of game you're playing, but I don't appreciate having someone kidnap my students." He growled.

"Hey, Hey, HEY!" Someone called out behind them. When they turned around, Tamaki and Mirio were surprised to find Clarence had somehow appeared behind them, slinging one arm over each of their shoulders. "Can you guys talk to homeless hero over there? Take it easy with that scarf man, I ain't into bondage."

"Wait, How did you-?" someone stuttered, turning back to Aizawa, only to find his bandages were filled with nothing but empty air.

I was using my quirk on him the whole time. And it definitely wasn't an illusion. Something else is going on here! Aizawa thought, reactivating his ability.

"Crazy right? Even I don't fully understand how I got over here!"

Strange person... too close... talking about bondage?! Get me out of here! Needless to say, Tamaki started having a meltdown the moment he noticed Clarence was behind him. Mirio on the other hand was trying to keep his friend calm, shooting him a warm smile while simultaneously starting a mental profile on their new 'acquaintance'.

This guy's pretty relaxed considering he's staring down some of the biggest heroes in the school, not to mention the country. If he's able to avoid Prof. Aizawa's quirk, either he has a way of hiding his body in plain sight, or he did that without any powers.

A composed, yet firm hand came to rest on Clarence's left shoulder. Turning to see who had grabbed him, he found himself staring through gold-rimmed glasses and into a pair of piercing golden eyes.

"Apologies for the rude greeting" Sir Nighteye forcefully remarked, as his white and gold eyes turned black and purple, his pupils shaped like clockwork gears. "That being said, would you mind releasing my employee and his friend."

The kid didn't even flinch upon seeing the drastic transformation of the heroes eyes, a genuine smile forming on his face as he raised both his arms in a mock surrender. Upon being freed, Tamaki raced to the far wall by the door, turning his back to everyone as he propped himself up on his arm muttering "What the hell did that guy think he was doing. Why did he have to choose me to torment?..." Nejire smiled at the anxious boy and stood nearby to keep company and try helping him out of this stupor.

Not a moment later Sir Nighteye flinched and stumbled backwards, his face contorted in hopeless confusion much to the worry of the people who knew him.

"Sir, are you ok? What happened?" Mirio inquired as the man in question ran a hand through his once neat and orderly green and gold hair. This had never happened before.

"His future makes no sense! He's randomly popping up around the building without using a quirk at all. It's like he's everywhere!" Clarence started flipping his coin again as he addressed the hero, the ring resounding around the room.

'Ring'

"Regarding the enigma that is me"

'Ring!'

"Your confusion is something plain to see"

'Ring'

"But everywhere is not hard to be"

'RING' this time the coin was flicked much higher than before, only a few feet below the ceiling, but just as it reached its maximum height, a pale hand grabbed it.

"When you can warp the fabric of reality!" When everyone looked up, they saw Clarence, coin in hand, taking a bow for his performance, but he was standing completely upside down on the ceiling above them.

"WHAT THE HELL-" several people cried, but everyone was thinking the same thing.

"Thats impossible!" Yaoyorozu reasoned, clutching the sides of her head as she tried to process what she had been told. "No one can do that without a quirk. It breaks several laws of physics-"

Clarence laughed at her existential crisis. "Not for me! In my reality, what goes up stays up!" He declared. Momo groaned at the impossibly of his words.

"No fret necessary my dear student!" Nezu proclaimed. Looking to find where his voice had come from, everyone, including Clarence was surprised to find the principal holding onto the right shoulder of the aforementioned reality breaker, hanging upside down just like he was.

"When did you-" Clarence was cut off as his newfound furry friend raised a paw.

"You keep bringing up reality and dimensions in this conversation." A small gasp escaped the brown-eyed boy, as he saw just how much of the puzzle Nezu had put together in just a few minutes. "And you also referred to Deku and his friend Toma as people from 'this dimension'. Furthermore, these reality breaking stunts appear to be linked to that coin. You threw it both times you teleported, as if it's technology we are far from capable of understanding. Are we to assume that you are not from this world? This 'dimension', if you will?"

The dimensional traveler in question snickered slightly, his smirk now paired with a harder look in his eyes, one of respect for Nezu. "Even among the multiverse, you're one of the brightest minds there is." Gripping the coin in his fist this time, Clarence chucked the silver disk straight at the screen of the movie theater, but it didn't bounce off. It flew through the wall with a satisfying plop as ripples cascaded throughout it, like a stone dropped in a pond. When the screen finally cleared, a computer pop up appeared:

Data coin inserted! Downloading information!

"Nezu's right everybody" Clarence confirmed, now at the back of the theater. The white furred hero jumped off his shoulder. "Allow me to 'properly' introduce myself. For security reasons, my true name and identity are classified, but you can call me Clarence." He took a seat at the back of the room, everyone staring at him expectantly as he reached into his jacked and pulled out a second coin, this one navy blue. Upon flicking it, the object grew and morphed in size and shape. When it fell back into his hands, it resembled an old school detective badge, this one with a symbol similar to a large eagle, wings spread. "In my world, and several others, I represent a multiversal organization known as 'S.P.E.A.R.' Think of us like a super CIA, spread out across multiple realities and dimensions."

"Wait, you're saying there's a multiverse?" Deku clarified wide eyed, as Clarence gave him a curt nod. "but thats only theoretical. To this very day people have been theorizing about what alternate dimensions would be like or if there are even any out there. If this is the case it would redefine everything we know about the universe-."

"Midoriya." Uraraka gave him a light nudge, to which, the hero in training flinched, wide eyed in surprise. "you were muttering again."

"Sorry" he whispered, a bashful expression on his face.

"Kid" Midoriya looked up at Clarence, who was shooting him a soft smile. "little quote from across the multiverse: 'never apologies for being the smartest guy in the room.'"

While the green hero's face brightened at the encouraging words, the rest of the group was a little confused by what he meant. Was he saying he could actually understand Midoriya's muttering? Even then what was he saying that was so important? But with more important issues to focus on, they decided to shelve those questions and find the answer later.

"So then, you're like an inter-dimensional hero?" Kirishima questioned.

Clarence shrugged. "In some ways yes, but in others its more like a diplomat or peace keeper. We reach out to different universes and realities to contact those with sentient life and work alongside them for a number of reasons, ranging from forming alliances and peace treaties, to recruiting and improving our own organization, or in this case:" a serious look crossed his face. "Preventing massive disasters."

An ominous and frightening aura settled over the group as he described his reasons, dread gripping the hearts of almost every hero in the room.

"Are you suggesting that our future is darker than a moonless night?"

Clarence sighed, stowing his badge in his jacket. "I suppose thats one way to phrase it. In short, based on the readings and predictions of our best scientists, this world is headed straight for a second quirk war." An audible gasp rang throughout the crowd as everyone tried their best to process this shocking information. Many of them had heard rumors of an underground war between the heroes and villains, but there was nothing to prove them to be true, until now.

"Hang on" A calm voice was heard among the crowd. The crowd parted as a red and white haired student stepped forward. Even with the incredible reality warping technology, even with Nezu coming to a similar conclusion himself, even with everything they had seen in the video, the information laid out before them was a bit much to swallow. "If your organization is so important, how come this is the first time anyone has heard about it?" Todoroki questioned "If you really are trying to stop a second quirk war, then where were you during the first one?"

Awkwardly scratching the back of his neck, the dimension hopper suddenly took an interest in his sneakers. "Yeah, really wish we could have helped back then. Even with our advanced technology, we are not infallible. We didn't even know your universe existed until Kohei Horikoshi located it 5 years ago, 1 year after the supposed end of the war. The multiverse is a pretty big place."

Allmight could have imagined it, but when he locked eyes with Clarence, there was a feeling behind his eyes he never expected to see: sorrow. Did he know? While caught slightly off guard by the sudden apologetic look, Toshinori responded with a softhearted smile of his own. You have nothing to apologies for young man. I came to terms with my injury long ago when I was young.

Clarence's gaze hardened once again as he looked up. "That being said, your universe also presents a significant danger. The appearance of quirks seems to be fairly rare among the multiverse. Not a lot of universes have access to natural born powers like that." Clarence motioned towards the projector window behind him. "Even my universe has come to rely on our technology to support and track inter-dimensional travel. But all that work goes out the window in worlds like this. If someone eventually develops a reality hopping quirk- a biological travel method rather than a technological one, especially while the league is in play-"

"Then you'd have no way to track them and no way to stop them." Nezu finished for him, horrified at the implications of his own words. "The villains would have an all access pass to go wherever they want and ally with whomever they please in the multiverse."

Clarence gave a small nod, every trace of the light hearted prankster from a few minutes ago almost vanishing as the students tried to wrap their heads around such a devastating truth. "No way." Mineta muttered softly, giving voice to the thoughts of many. "This cant be right?!" His voice breaking as he got louder and louder. "There's no way that can be the case! If its true, then why come to us?! Tell Endeavor! Hawks! Edgeshot! Everyone!"

"Because they're already hard at work trying to prevent the quirk war as it is. Though I do have another reason." Clarence answered calmly, as he rose from his seat as he slowly scanned the group, sparing a glance at every hero and student. "Through our predictions and records, we have also been made aware of a person in class 1-A who will be at the center of everything, including the final clash with the league of villains. On top of that, each one of you is somehow tied to the events as well." Finally, brown eyes fell on a green hero, who stared back at him both understanding and dreading the words he was about to say.

"Why are we telling you? Because you're our only chance."

Dead silence was all that statement was met with, as the class suddenly felt the weight of the world crashing down on their shoulders. Most of them didn't want to believe it, the idea that it was now on them to save the entire multiverse. It was too much, even for future heroes. That being said, the events of both the USJ and the training camp only helped to strengthen his own argument. No one wanted to admit it, but the class already was at the center of literally everything.

But 5 people in particular took those few moments of silence to stare at the same boy. Bakugo, Sir Nighteye, Nezu, Gran Torino, All Might, they all knew exactly who he was referring to, without question. The rest soon came to that very conclusion, remembering the video they had just seen, and found the green haired boy was whiter than a ghost.

"Stop tormenting the kids like this." Everyone turned to the scarfed hero who, needless to say, wasn't very happy knowing the pressure that was being put on his class. "You said these are just predictions? That means there's an active way to stop that from happening right? I'm assuming thats why your here, and why we just saw that trailer or whatever it was about Midoriya?"

Regaining his previous smirk, Clarence looked up at the teacher. "As cunning and logical as always Eraser Head." He snapped his fingers and pointed at the screen, which was now displaying a map of the building. Surprisingly, it not only included the large theater they were in, but also a set of dormitory rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a gym, several training facilities reminiscent of the battlefields used by UA itself, and many other structures. "The building we're in acts as a small pocket dimension- a space set in between your world and mine. And just like with my coin, aspects of reality tend to work differently in areas like this."

Finally able to somewhat understand what had happened before, Yaoyorozu stood straight and smiled brightly, her fists clenched in front of her. "Including the flow of time right!"

"Precisely! In layman's terms, a period of 7 seconds in your reality is equivalent to an entire week in this one!"

Denki's eyes sparkled upon hearing that. "COOL! Its like the hyperbolic time chamber!" Needless to say, that comparison in this situation got him a stab in the ear from a certain music themed heroine.

"And using that time, I can show you the events leading up to the war, both past and predicted, as well as all the information we've collected on the league of villains and other villainous groups. I don't know if we can avoid the war altogether. Trying to do so may be asking too much, even for a reality warping secret agent like me, but with my tech combined with your skills, we can save a lot of people."

"How can you possibly be certain of that?" The entire group turned to face Sir Nighteye, who despite everything that he had just heard, had an unmoving sneer on his face. He must be toying with us he thought grimly. Don't give us false hope. "What makes you so confident that destiny can be changed?"

"Sir..." Mirio sighed, he and All might shot a downcast gaze at the former sidekick. Most of the group didn't understand where this hopeless attitude was suddenly coming from, knowing that he was supposed to be a pro hero. But two golden haired heroes were not 'most of the group'. Lemillion may have only known him for a few months, maybe a year at most, but he was fully aware of his quirk and its limitations, and Toshinori still vividly remembered his words the day he was injured. The day he told him he would die.

A tender smile of his own crossed the reality warping hero, fully aware of his falling out with the former #1 hero, and how devastated he was. A second crisp snap resounded throughout the room as he gestured towards the screen once again, now displaying several images of people no one knew. Some of them wearing mechanical armor, others wielding unimaginable weapons. Each one showing a celebration. Each one showing friends arm and arm. Each one labeled with a time and date as a different universe.

"I know we can change the future. For we have done it before."

As the class marveled at the screens, seeing just how many different universes were out there, more and more photos appearing by the second, Clarence raised his arms proudly, motioning to the seats surrounding them.

"Now take your seats, and keep your arms and legs inside the theater." Clarence declared, regaining his former tone and disposition. It must have been contagious, because some of the students had smiles to match his. "It's time to rewrite destiny!" Several cheers rang through the room upon hearing that, all feeling a little more hopeful for what the future might have in store for them as they all found places to sit down.

Once the crowd had dispersed a little, Jiro shot a look at the agent. "You know, I get that we're trying to save the multiverse and everything, but why is this thing set up like some shounen anime?" She asked from her seat next to Denki and the rest of the Bakusquad.

"To stave off one of the worst possible emergencies of all time: Boredom." He said with a straight face, causing most of the room to sweat drop at his expense.

"uh-what?"

"Are you serious!?"

"I mean, it kinda makes sense." Mina reasoned with a lopsided smile, though even she wasn't very confident in her argument. "If we're facing the end of the world, might as well have fun with it right?"

"Yeah, but we're low on time as it is. How long did that take?" Jiro countered.

"I imagine less than 5 minutes." Everyone in the room turned to shoot a confused look at Momo, all dumbfounded at the idea that such an arduous process could be done so quickly. She waved a hand at the projector room behind her. "Did you already forget about the advanced technology and time dilation? In a place like this, 5 minutes would equate to almost 10 months."

"Now you're thinking like a S.P.E.A.R. Agent!" And with one final snap of his fingers, the screen faded to black, the lights dimmed, and the show began.

Author's note:

Hey everyone! Hope you enjoyed the first chapter of Hero's across the multiverse! I plan to run with this story for quite a while, and I have some really cool ideas and directions for this to go. that being said, I'm not sure when I'll get the chance to update between school, work, and covid, but I'll try to get the next chapter out by the end of the month. Until then, just keep your chin up, and Go Beyond! Plus Ultra!

Update:

Hey everyone. I know I'm really far behind on the update for the next chapter, but I'm getting close. I should have the next one done in the next week or two. In the meantime, go beyond, Plus Ultra!
