Ch 1
Asgard
The city shook and people screamed and ran as Frost Giants attacked. The Frost Giants crushed people underfoot and killed them with their ice blasts. The Einherjar soldiers tried to drive back the giants with their spears but they were easily swatted away. Suddenly, a hammer flew through the air and hit one of the Frost Giants, knocking him down, before it returned to its owner. Thor had come to help. He bashed away Frost Giants with his hammer Mjolnir and zapped them with lightning.
"Come on!" an Einherjar said to his friends before they ran to help Thor.
Thor and the Einherjar soldiers fought back the Frost Giants until they were defeated.
"Frost Giants. Why would they attack us?" the Einherjar commander asked.
"I think they want the Casket." Thor replied.
Odin had defeated the Frost Giants before and took the Casket of Ancient Winters from them. It was a powerful weapon and it could freeze entire planets.
"They must not get it." Thor said. "Send your men to the vaults. I'll be right behind you."
Thor and the Einherjar soldiers went to the vault and fought through hordes of Frost Giants. Thor kept smashing the Frost Giants with his hammer and the Einherjar soldiers stabbed them with their spears but the heroes were tiring out.
Then the Destroyer, a giant robot, turned on. It fired it's Odinforce Blast from its eyes and it vaporized many of the Frost Giants. Then a huge Frost Beast smashed its way through the building. It opened it's huge mouth with fangs as it tried to eat Thor. Thor jumped out of the way and threw Mjolnir into the beast's mouth. The Frost Beast staggered back and Mjolnir returned to Thor before he leaped into the air and killed the Frost Beast with a huge lightning bolt.
The Einherjar soldiers cheered but Thor did not. There was only one person who could have ordered the Frost Giants to get the Casket. King Laufey. Thor had to go to Jotunheim and attack before they tried to rob the Casket again.
