Dry Bowser was reading through the newspaper taking a break from racing around the rainy city he had a record of laps set on as he noticed a Koopa and Shy Guy arguing with each other in the continuous rain, making him curious.
"Wonder what got on their case," Dry Bowser murmured while rubbing his chin, listening closely while continuing to read through his paper.
"Why do you always hide in your shell?" The Shy Guy snapped.
The Koopa scoffed. "Well you're the hypocrite, you have that mask on ya!"
"At least I don't need to feel the need to use my mask as an item!"
"Well then you wonder why you're so pathetic!"
"...Sounds like they're in a mad argument." Dry Bowser said to himself upon placing away the paper, deciding to approach them. "Well I better end it before it gets worse."
