NGear: How I Made a True Friend - REMASTERING

Meet IngressFX. He's an intro designer who had no friends. Then he met Nepgear. PLEASE NOTE: This is an abandoned story. I won't be updating it, but I am in the process of remastering it.

1. A quick aside

Deep breath...aaaaaaaand exhale.

Ah, the year 2016. My last year of middle school. This was the year my creative juices were brimming with more disappointment than a Gary Stu self-insert experiences when he doesn't get the girl. ...wait a minute.

That aside, I refer to 2016 as The Year of the Self-Insert Idiot. And for good reason! I was very mad at a very specific group of IRLs, so I tended to...welllllll...yyyyyeah. If you're one of those IRLs, I beg you not to take this seriously. I literally don't feel that way at all anymore. This was just stupid me being stupid.

That said, unlike other stories from this era, I actually want to remaster this one! And not with a self-insert! The concept of Nepgear finding and befriending a lonely student actually really appeals to me, and I would love to do it justice. Stay tuned for that...but in the meantime, enjoy my dumbness!
