Author's note: Sequel to The Consequence of Silence, just little one shots of their future after the events of the first story. Will continue possibly! To be extremely honest, writing these two people, happy together is really the only thing keeping me sane and happy anymore.

"I just watched something that truly terrified me," Todd said as they both slipped into bed.

"What was it?"

"Persona." Todd sighed, and they started to get closer. Bojack wrapped his arms around Todd's chest protectively.

"Hmm. I never heard of that. What is that? Who is the director?"

Todd leaned into the crook of his neck, and breathed in softly. "It's an older film. Ingmar Bergman."

"Oh. Was it so terrifying?" Bojack chuckled lowly.

"It was... more about a psychological torment... someone who tortures themselves and... kinda tried to strip away the mold that society expects out of you. This actress, she just freezes one day on stage. Literally. She says and does nothing. Apparently, she's completely healthy. Physically and mentally. She just... stops talking and doing much. This nurse takes charge of her case, and they are in seclusion together. They slowly become more and more like one another, and it's terrible.. they at first are normal and act perfectly fine. Like a normal nurse and patient." Todd sighed and moved away, as they looked at each other in the eye.

"But, they ended up fighting?"

Todd nodded. "The actress wrote a letter to the doctor about some private secrets the nurse had told her... and the nurse read it before sending it off. It culminated in her leaving glass on purpose for her to step on, almost throwing boiling water on her... and at one point... it's like their two minds converge, and become one. The husband of the actress is blind... and mistakes the nurse for his wife. Crazy... she sleeps with him." Todd laughed with a shake of his head, looking bewildered. "That was so crazy to me. And then... the poor son of the actress... there was this deep level of estrangement and detachment in her eyes with her son. It was dead in her gaze. I think... that's terrifying to me. Who knows what lies beyond the eyes?"

Bojack frowned.

They stayed quiet for a while. Both decided to change the subject.

"So, Hollyhock is taking them out to the movies and dinner tonight?"

"Yeah. We have the whole night to ourselves." Bojack said with a smile. "They're twelve years old, I think they'll be okay."

"Considering we barely ever used a babysitter..." Todd shrugged. "Family is a good choice."

"Yeah, Hollyhock is a good aunt. But, sorry, babe, I might be kinda boring tonight." Bojack said, putting his hand gently on Todd's cheek.

Todd gently took Bojack's hand and caressed his own face with it, kissing it softly. "Boring is good. We can cuddle."

Bojack felt his cheeks warm up. "We never really get to cuddle much except during the late night... God, I'm so old and you still look young."

Todd shook his head. "You're more handsome then ever."

Bojack laughed softly. "Fifteen years of us being together and married and you're still acting like you need to compliment me. It's okay, I'm not going to be upset. I'm old!"

"Not to mention being friends for ten years."

"Yeah. I really can't believe how fast time goes by. And we're still holding strong." Bojack said with a smile.

Todd leaned in closer, and they gently kissed.

"Ash is such a sweetie, wanting to stay with us." Todd said.

Bojack nodded, chuckling. "He's always been super attached to me."

Todd rolled his eyes. "To be honest, Norah looks at you like you're a superhero. Ash and I have our connection with art and music. Norah... well, she's going to be a tough cookie."

"You're right. She is tough. We raised her that way."

"Yeah. I think so too," Todd said softly.

"It's just great to be with you." Bojack said with a charming smile. Todd kissed him on the cheek.

"We should dance."

"Like last night?" Bojack teased.

Todd chuckled. "That was a different kind of dance."

"I'm glad I started it. It was definitely worth it... even though it was three in the morning."

Todd nodded happily. "I was kinda half asleep at first... then when you did that... I woke up so fast. Hah. That was so good."

"Really? I'm glad you liked it. The blow job." Bojack laughed immaturely. Todd shook his head, but smiled with a light blush on his cheeks.

"I loved it." Todd took Bojack's hand and squeezed them. "I love you."

"Oh, my love, you have no idea how much you still mean to me. You're everything to me." Bojack said passionately, leaning closer to kiss him on the forehead and then the cheek.

"Can you believe that we haven't ever faltered in our relationship, it's truly ours. And we made it stronger everyday."

"Yeah. I never really acknowledged the fact that we would ever not be together... it just seemed natural to me that we'd be like this forever." Bojack said softly.

"It's a good thing we do have our time alone together."

Bojack sat up a bit. "You know, since I retired from show business five years ago, I have also been writing more. I got some new poems I wanna show you, Todd."

Todd grinned. "Oh! I want to read it."

"You been writing anything, babe?"

"No, not really. Just been focusing on the day care. And of course, you and the kids."

"Well... with both of our incomes, we saved so much money. Even though I am retired, we got the ten million for the kids still locked away." Bojack cleared his throat. "I've been thinking..."

Todd sat up a little bit. "What about?"

"Well... what about a second honeymoon? We can renew our vows?"

"Bojack, seriously?"

"You are seriously my true love."

Todd wrapped his arms around Bojack's neck and kissed him fervently. He broke apart from the kiss after a few moments.

"Absolutely, Bojack. Let's do it!"
