Friends with benefits
It's a cold cold night in New York and Santana is currently standing outside the movie theatre waiting for her boyfriend, Noah or as everyone calls him Puck, who is once again late to their date. Sometimes she wonders why she even puts up with him and his bullshit.
The movie is about to start, and yes the actual movie not the advertisements those have already finished. She fishes her phone out of her purse and clicks the call button under his name.
"Hey babe." puck answers.
"Don't 'hey babe' me, Puck." Santana growls into the phone. " where the hell are you, i've been standing out here for the past half hour waiting on you. AGAIN!".
"Uh, babe did i miss something did we have plans or did you wanna hook up quick." puck laughs thinking Santana was kidding. " I mean i can make myself free if you want me to come over to your place". puck husks, in a way he thinks sounds sexy but instead makes her cringe.
The more he talks, the more Santana fumes. She cant believe he seriously forgot about their date.
"Yes we had fucking plans puck. Remember we were supposed have our date today since u bailed on it last week. And the week before that!" she yells into the phone. Puck is quiet for a while, so quiet that Santana thought he hung up until she hears whispering but not just puck, its a woman's voice.
"uh sorry babe, look maybe we should like, I don't know take a break, for like ever. We're just really different, i'm chilled back and your really up tight" puck says. He starts whispering again and she can understand some what of whats being said. "mm baby keep going" he whispers. Santana shakes her head.
"Seriously puck, you're breaking up with me AND you're cheating on me. What happened to one day were gonna get married and your gonna have my baby's" she mocks his gruff voice. " also i'm not up tight because I don't want you to sleep with every girl in your radar, although it seems like your doing that anyway" she says unamused.
"First off all I don't even sound like that" she rolls her eyes because of course out of everything she just said thats what he chooses to talk about. " babe i cant help it, if girls want me. what am i supposed to do refuse a bunch of hot girls? you'd ha-" she cuts him off angrily.
"Yes puck, that exactly what you should do when you have a girlfriend. SAY NO" she yells into the phone.
"look babe as i said maybe we should jus-" he stops to moan. Santana shakes her head disgusted. " anyway yeh lets just take a break but if you ever wanna hook up call me because your still really hot, id love to-" she hangs up her phone and screams. people stop to give her strange looks.
"What are you looking at?! You can all keep walking now!" she says in an irritated tone.
With that Santana hails a cab and starts the ride home. the whole time she's staring out the window wondering how she never noticed any this before of course he never loved her. All those 'late' nights he had to work, she's so stupid. She's even more upset about the fact that he broke up with her. It should have been the other way around. How dare he, she'd like to see him try to get any better than her.
When the cab pulls up to her apartment she pays the driver who's kinda creeping her out since most of the drive he's been staring at her chest. She gets out the cab a walks up to her door unlocking it. she leaves her heals by the door an hangs her bag and coat on the racks on her way to the kitchen to pour her self a fat glass of wine since after the day she's had she'd say she deserved it.
Hey guys! i hope you all enjoyed the first chapter of this story if you there are any errors I apologise they will eventually get fixed. i know this probably isn't the best chapter since this is the first time i'm writing and i'm still trying to get the hang off this. chapters will get longer but the first few may be short since they are just introduction chapters. I don't really have a plan im just writing this story as i go so hopefully it does turn out okay. NEXT CHAPTER WILL BE THE INTRODUCTION OF BRETT! byeeee!
