Another Akuma once again invaded the city of Paris, everyones beloved blue haired pig-tailed hero known Ladybug was on the scene ready to get another Akuma victim saved.

But it wasnt a new akuma, it was the return of Anansi, it was Alya's sister Nora who was Akumatised but her approach was different as soon as they came face to face.

"So the little bug has come back for round 2 has she?" Anansi said to the heroine.

"Im ready to beat you at your own game once again Anansi!" Ladybug responded.

"Good because this time, I dont need to use my fists to have you out for the count this time, because I have different plans for you bug!"

Anansi didnt even try to hit Ladybug with her punching gloves like last time; this time she got a rather unpleasant surprise as she was shooting huge spit blobs at Ladybug.

But it wasnt spit, it was a web, and a very large web. The heroine dodged it and was ready to proceed to attack however she couldnt as Anansi kept on spitting webs at her, thats when she realised she will have to play defence and run.

Ladybug kept on running away from Anansi as she was dodging many of the web splatters that was spat at her; she was wondering where her partner Cat Noir was, hes never usually late, like EVER!

Just as Ladybug was about to reach for her yoyo to call her partner, Anansi snuck up behind and managed to quickly sweep Ladybugs leg from underneath her, causing her to fall back first onto the concrete, before Ladybug could perform her exit plan, she was too late as then Anansi splattered three or four huge splats of web onto Ladybugs body, she was covered from her feet right up above her midsection, she was practically mummified in huge splatters of webbing.

Ladybug couldn't believe this!

"NO ANANSI, YOU WONT GET AWAY WITH THIS!" Ladybug exclaimed

"Oh believe me, now that you are stuck in my web, I think I already have." Anansi responded.

Then Anansi threw the bound heroine high in the air aiming to the nearest building wall...

"AAGGHHHH!" Ladybug screamed!

Anansi then splattered a load of webs to the high wall of the building, leaving Ladybug stuck in Anansi's web, dangling about 20ft from the floor. completely bound in webbing, she was stuck and hanging unable to move.

Ladybug kept on trying to free herself but she could even move at all. And then Anansi started creeping towards her, presumably to take her Miraculous.

"Cat Noir!" HELP! HELP ME!!! Ladybug screamed!

"Zip it Bug" Anansi responded quickly.

Ladybug managed to utter her last words in distress before Anansi shot a web that covered the heroine's mouth, preventing her screaming or talking at all.

"MMF!! Mmm mmmm mmmmm!" Ladybug muffled in disbelief.

"Think you should have some quiet time whilst i take your Miraculous." Anansi responded.

Ladybug's pretty bluebell eyes reflected distress. She had to somehow communicate, despite the web camouflaging her mouth, you couldn't see her lips through the thick webbing that sealed her mouth up.

Her shiny rose lips tried to part as she attempted to speak, Ladybug wore a disgusted look on her face, She tried to spit the sticky substance out, only causing more chunks of spiderweb to go deeper into her mouth. Gross.

"Mmm, mmmm, mmhm, mmmmn!" Ladybug muffled in vain and panic as she once againattempted to speak. Anansi just guffawed at the heroine in response.

As Anansi got very close, suddenly she stopped for a few seconds and turned her attention elsewhere, not going for Ladybugs earrings & left the heroine dangling trapped in her web.

After Anansi completely disappeared elsewhere, Ladybug then continued to stuggle whilst being tied up in Anansi's web, desperate to stop her destruction. As the webbing started to dry, it was sealing her ability to move or speak further, knowing fully well that right now she was unable speak at all, she continued to muffle and scream in distress in the hope of someone to help her.

"Mmmmm, mmm, mmm, mmmmm!"

Nobody answered Ladybug's muffled distress call.

"Mmmm mmmmm mmmmmm!"

Once again nobody answered.

"MMMMMM! MMMMMMPH! MMMMM MMM! MMMMM MMMMPH!

Yet again, nobody answered her muffled garbling; what didnt help was not only that it was a quiet Sunday afternoon but also everyone is staying well out of the way from the Akuma out of fear.

Ladybug's web gag was effective despite how loud her constant muffled screams were, her rose lips remained sealed together by the sticky web that kept it tight shut, she couldnt even open her mouth a tiny bit. She was desperate for someone to free & ungag her but no one was around or would be able to and not even Cat Noir was anywhere to be found! She would be relieved to hear one of his awful puns right now.

After another 5 mins Ladybug felt distraught, she had never felt this helpless in any past situation, let alone the one she currently was in. She was stuck, all alone, completely helpless and couldn't even scream for help.

She felt there was only one last option but this left her with no choice, she would try and call her Lucky Charm early to hopefully get her out of the web.

"MMMCKMM CHMMMMMM!"

But nothing happened, the web sealing her mouth shut was effective enough for Lucky Charm to not activate, not to mention she was practically mummified in Anansi's web so she would he unable to access her yoyo anyways... Now she felt well and truly useless.

She let out a big sigh through her nose, she felt defeated and humiliated...

Was this really it? Was this the mission where Hawkmoth comes out victorious? What if Cat Noir cant fend off the akuma?

What if he never shows up?

Ladybug just looked down to the floor in shame, theres nothing she could do.

"M'LADY! THERE YOU ARE!"
