Intro: A tale of two people finding their way to one another without telling anyone about their secret relationship. They only hope to never get caught in the act, yet things can change over time. Finding yourself can be a challenge but with these two, anything can happen a ButtercupxButch story ft friends! Rated T thru M as the story takes on! Let us follow along toward a fate of love
Chapter 1:
It was a normal chill Friday afternoon when class was dismissed for the day, a energize buttercup waited to get outside of the school building as the other students head out like running animals.
A chilling soccer girl like buttercup hooked up her earbuds to play this song that she could not get out of her such as a song like "Dum-Diggy-Dum" by Toybox.
Yet, not everyone knew her as buttercup, her real name was givin was Karou. She was all about being tough, determine and confident. She looks toward her Friends Blossom and Bubbles as a to go to for everything and everything.
Been friends since they were all little and as time progress, they look at each other more as friends but as sisters. Karou loved everything she wears that was only green and sometimes black, her parents sometimes did not like the style and tone of her looks, but in the end, as long as she liked it she wouldn't care.
She jams away to the song and dances like nobody was there taking her away to a fantasy world filled with food, soccer and dancing living her life.
However, she stops playing her music to switch over to another song that was filled with sadness and mellow she began to think about her past complicated relationship with a classmate of hers, Brandon Yamato.
Flashback
They met through bubbles hangout at a coffee shop back in middle school she remembers and in an instant, they became friends through elementary school until the 7th grade he asked her out to be his girlfriend and from there on they were inseparable.
Until 10th grade life became grey in her world. Brandon went from supportive to impulsive and crude. He always treated her like crap, not hanging with friends or family it just be them and them alone not to mention he has a overprotective ego he had and lost the kindness in his heart due to drunks he struggled for a while.
Karou knew she had enough the abusive toxic relationship and out of nowhere she left him. What made it worse, she remembers the stalking and perverted ways he did to not let her be happy.
As she was thinking through her bad memories, she ended up in a park bench just sitting their weeping softly not letting anyone see her in pain thinking how he treated her
"YOU NEVER LET ME DO ANYTHING! LET ME BE AND MOVE ON"
She said with vicious eyes as they were at outside going to a bar to "have fun" its another way saying brandon wanted to drink and ruin everything karou had.
"KAROU! YOU-CAN'T LEAVE ME! I AM SORRY BABY FOR BEING AN ASS! PLEASE COME HOME-"
Out of no where he was about to grope Karou behind until a strange person came out of no where grabbing Brandon's wrist to stop his attack and glare deadly to the dangerous predator.
"I would leave her alone if I were you, you selfish prick!"- said the unknown man which Karou did not know it was butch saving her
"Let.. LET GO OF ME YOU BASTARD" said a drunken Brandon
"Not until you leave this this poor girl alone. I already called a cab the minute I saw this predicament being formed, so please *squeezing brandon's wrist harder as Karou freaks out a little* KEEP YOUR DRUNKLY HANDS OFF THIS GIRL! SHE DON'T NEED YOU! *Then lets go* Now get in this cab and get lost"
Brandon was too drunk to see what was happening and not even asking for Karou's help which he blur out everything that was going on in this cold weather.
As soon as the cab arrives, he gets in and takes him home where he needed to be. Butch kept his disguise on check and making sure Karou didn't see him, yet he notice that buttercup wanted to thank him and maybe kill him for almost killing Brandon. However, it was the right thing to do.
Flashback End
From that point on the vision stops she gasp for a one moment trying to figure out who that mysterious guy was, but then she gathered everything together of the type of black/ gray clothing then it hits her, it was Butch.
She was shocked making her stop at home standing in front of her door, having a thought to herself like how is this possible?! Why did he save me, I thought he only cared for himself?
Or the main question, is this all in my head?! So much on buttercups mind to figure out this situation between her and butch her phone kept constantly ring after ring of texts from Brandon, but never reads them it repeats the "I'm sorry babe call me" type excuse to talk to him. She put her phone away and enter in her room to decompress herself.
Butch's POV
As soon as I enter my room after a conversation with my bro's eating pizza and shit, I turn off everything around me and put on some "Day to Remember" music with my earbuds to clear my mind.
I listen to heavy metal a lot to clear my mind, but Alternative music sometimes gives a little light side to my personality, but this time listening to my usual metal music was a must.
As the song plays, I open my phone to find pictures I took of me and Karou hanging out and going back and forth to that day and a single photo I found of her smiling. I toss my phone aside and place my hands on my head aching from this obsession I have for her and the pain.
"WHY! WHY DO I SUDDENLY THINK OF HER? WHY DO I FEEL THESE FEELINGS-"?
A knock suddenly happens and if all person it was boomer trying to get his attention, butch took off one earbud to response
"WHAT"
*asking from outside the door* "Hey butch you are talking out loud again? You okay?"
"YEAH JUST GO AWAY"
"psh whatever man just asking geeez" Then boomer walks away eating a pizza
They will never understand. Never stand my feelings upon these feelings I have. I need to repair myself before I store these feels. But I needed to see Karou again. I need to tell her how I felt other than the other night when I walked her home. *place his hands on his head in agony* There was more to this…. It hurts just…thinking of it…
(then turns back into flashback as they both reach into buttercup's home with butch holding her)
"Listen, Karou. Are you sure you wanna do this? I don't know if I can to be honest *he place his forehead on hers to have their eyes meet* Because I am in love with you-"
Karou gasped "But I thought we were gonna try this friendship thing because of our situa-"she then gets cut off by butch as he continues
"I don't want you to leave me. *Karou was shocked* I know you are suffering and so am I, but I wanna heal you. Heal your pain away with my heart"
*then he kisses her and she kisses back*
He never felt this way before and not sure if this was right. His heart told him to express his feelings and he did. The kiss lasted for a little while longer until a bang of footsteps was heard, and the kiss was broken. Butch ran as fast as he can leaving karou shocked until her father open the door
"KAROU! WHAT TOOK YOU SO LONG?! NEVER MIND THAT LETS GET YOU INSIDE" said her father guiding a cold karou inside
*Then the flashback ends when butch watch his beloved went inside as he hid in a bush*
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I GOTTA DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!"
End
