Hello! It's my first fanfiction posted on Fanfiction so lets go!
It was a bright sunny day on Mele Mele Island.
Ash and the gang were on a walk through Huaou City when they saw a new building being opened.
"Huh? What's That?" Ash wondered.
"Oh! Hi" The gang turned around,it was Professor Kukui. "I see you're at the opening of the pokemon contest hall!"
"Wait, did you say pokemon contest hall?" Asked Ash.
"What's that?" Asked Lana
"It's kinda like a gym only instead of battling, Pokemon use moves for beauty to amaze the audience." Ash tried to explain.
"Uhhh... Beauty for what now?" Kiawe asked, not seeming to get the idea.
"Let me explain" Said Kukui.
"So it's like a pokemon league?" Asked Lillie
"Well kinda" Kukui turned to Ash. "But how did you know about it?"
"Oh, see I've been in contest before. I've got a ribbon, well half of it."
"That's sounds like fun!" said Sophocles. "So when does the contest start?" Asked Mallow
"Well, about that..." Said Kakui with a hand behind his head. "We need at least 16 trainers first and so far only 10 had signed up."
"We'll join!" Said the gang.
"Great! So that settles it! The contest will start in a week! See you all later!"
Ash looked at his team and tought about which pokemon to take to the contest.
"Hmmmm...who to take...Incineroar...or maybe Pikachu..." Just then Rowelet flew next to Ash.
"Oh Rowelet! Do you want to be in the contest?" "Sure, why not?" Hooted Rowelt.
"Alright so it's decided! Let's get training for some contest moves!" Ash leapt of the couch.
Meanwhile, Lana was by the docks wondering about the contest.
"Hhhhmmm this contest sounds tough do you think we can do it, Primarina?" She asked.
Before Primarina could say anything, A cry came from the sea. A pokemon emerged from the water. It was none other than the legendary pokemon, Kyroge!
"Oh! Hey It's you again!" Lana said "You need something?" asked Primarina.
Kyogre looked at poster on the wall of Lana's House. "Oh! You want to go to the contest with me?" "Yes" Kyorge said with a whale sound
Lana though for a moment...Having a legendary seemed like a huge responibilty, then again Ash has Melmetal and Mallow had Shaymin. If they they can handle using a legendary then so can She!
Lana took a deep breath. "Alright, but only for the contest just to be safe." She then took out a dive ball, jumped into the water and swam toward Kyorge.
She then press the pokeball on Kyogre's forehead zapping the Ocra into the ball.
With a few turns and a Ding, Lana look at the Pokeball. "Alright! I caught the legendary pokemon, Kyogre!" She shouted! "Oh Yeah, Lana!" cried Primarina.
Lana swam back to shore and looked at the poster then to Kyogre's pokeball. With a new pokemon comes new possibilties!
