A girl with flowing black hair, wearing a long black coat, a pattern of black fire with purple, dark blue, red, gold and orange accents decorated the bottom. A black hat to match, billowing against the wind, stood atop a building. Her full red lips in a frown as she sees the Olympians panic and worry over her.

She adorns a masquerade mask that only covers the eyes of her, concealing most of her famous features. Unfortunately, she couldn't do anything about the color of her eyes, which were a dark blue, Prussian blue to be exact, contrasting her tanned skin.

Who is she, You might ask? Well, she is Perseas Jackson, Defeater of Kronos and Gaia, Survivor of Tartarus, Traveler of the Underworld and Labyrinth, Bearer of the Sky, Defeater of Ares, Bane of Monsters, Heroine of Olympus.

What happened that made them worry you ask? The memories made her eyes well up with silent tears as she remembered.

She walked toward the beach, hearing quite giggling. It was the middle of the night, and she had taken a walk to clear her thoughts after a nightmare. The soft sound of the waves lapping on the shore, the comforting chill in the night air always calmed her. Being too curious, she hid in the bushes and took a peak.

Well, they say that curiosity killed the demigod.

This time, it was painfully true.

There sat the love of her life, Anthony Chase and the Oracle of Delphi, and one of her closest friends were making out like no tomorrow. Her whole world felt swept off under her feet. It hurt so much, to know that the man you wanted to spend your life with, didn't want the same thing with you. She had thought they were in love, wonderfully, completely in love. And then something even terrible happened.

"When're you gonna break-up with that bitch? She's not better than me." Rachel said, furiously seeking out her boyfriend's lips.

"Rachel, how many times do I have to tell you? I only pretended to be in love with her for her status and power. She's so stupid!" He exclaimed, looking annoyed.

"I know! Everyone agrees with you, she's only good for status."

Her pain felt immeasurable , endless. She had thought they become the greatest of friends, guess that was all fake. Her loyalty was shattered, she needed to go away. She got the message. She wanted to end everything and just-just die.

They didn't want her. Wiping away her tears she ran to her cabin and packed everything, leaving a note to everyone else. Leaving the mythological world forever.

Or trying to.

She was out of the border of camp. Running like no tomorrow when-

"Perseas." A soft voice called.

I whipped around to see Lady Hecate, standing there looking at me sympathetically. She probably knew I hated pity.

"There are people in this world that care deeply for you, heroine. By leaving this place, you leave this world too. They need you, their sister, friend, hero, and daughter" She said, reaching out.

I reeled back.

"I know. But I need time to heal for myself. I need to be away from everybody that needs me. I'm creating myself a new life, away from memories." I said, tears threatening to fall.

"You are broken aren't you?" Hecate asked.

"Yes." I replied after a moment of silence.

"Then let me be your patron. I will protect you from the Olympians as long as needed." Hecate said, looking at me hopefully.

"Nothing is without a price. What is yours?" I asked, the warrior within me showing.

She shook her head. "You have brought me and my children recognition. Respect. You have saved the world twice. I am only repaying you."

After a moment of silence, I accepted.

That was how Percy had become Aurelia Blackfire, the beautiful enigma with an electric and fun personality, who fights crime as a hobby and sings the world into a trance.

She visited her mother after that, both of them sharing tears and she explained how she would be going away for a while.

Hecate was being the best patron anyone could ask for, and was discrete about it. Percy could now wield Blackfire that she could make into anything she needs, and looks badass while doing it. Really badass.

She was slowly becoming the Queen of the Black market, or how she preferred to be called, Empress. It's a long story. She fondly remembered when she had stopped the Mexican cartel from smuggling the Hope Diamond to Mexico.

She had heard rumors in the Black market, one of the Cartel pulling off the impossible. They had stolen the Hope Diamond necklace from the Museum of Natural History- and were crossing the border in Arizona. It was all over the news too.

It was too easy. She already had the place and time, after a small…...interrogation session with one of the members-who by the way had pledged his loyalty to her now- a talk with her patron and she misted away to Arizona.

She crouched atop an abandoned building beside the meeting point, smirking. They won't know what hit them.

I jumped off of the building and landed on all fours, completely silent. On one hand I had a sphere of Blackfire forming, in the other- water.

They didn't stand a chance. I left them all groaning and moaning- For the Mexican Cartel, they were too easy- with the necklace already halfway through the states. She kept the missing diamond necklace back in it's museum, with a note that said-

You're welcome.

-Aurelia Blackfire.

Oh, after that she made the news. Everybody thought that she was a new superhero, before she released her first album-Finally free- with the help of her recording studio\ headquarters. It was an old abandoned apartment complex that she renovated into a cyberpunk themed house. It had a room for her, an extra room, a kitchen and a training room connected to a common room on the fourth floor. Each floor had a common room and the third floor was her music floor. Second floor- was the tech and planning one\ crime fighting one.

Perseas loved her new life. She was the person no one actually knew, but wanted to. She felt. . . free. She loved the feeling of walking somewhere and no one would recognize her. No expectations, no wars, no responsibility of leading people. Don't get her wrong, she loved the demigods, and would die for them. But it was too much. She had to always be strong, always right.

Finally free was a hit. Everyone seemed to love it, and I made a fortune off of it- There were so many zeroes! -The first thing I did was send some of it to Mom and Paul. As thanks for everything and to make them proud.

The second thing I did was donate half of it to orphanages across the state. They needed it more than I did, and I kept the rest. It was more than enough.

I had a huge fanbase too! There was something called the Blackfire Club? They made posters of me! This could not get worse! I was booked across the states AND invited to five different talk shows. Hecate seemed to find my situation amusing! It took all of to not deck her right there and then.

I poured my feelings of heartbreak and pain into the seven songs in the album, and were really special to me. I was shocked by the response. People on Instagram, twitter, Facebook, everything were in a frenzy. Complimenting my songs and telling me to be strong and that the ones who did that to me were somethings I would not repeat.

I was overwhelmed by the sheer amount of support, it brought tears to my eyes. My companions, Lisa and Evan were awesome too. Evan was the guy who preferred the thick of things, and Lisa was the kind, quiet computer genius gal. She loved my tech room, of course filled with Olympian tech.

Lisa was a clear sighted mortal, and Evan was the Son of Nemesis. They were losing against a few monsters, when I jumped in. Seeing their battered forms, I took them in. I was their big sis, and they were the twins that would always bicker.

I felt whole, complete. I still missed everyone, but I knew I needed time. And so, my dangerous and adventurous life as Aurelia Blackfire began.

Hey everyone!

This idea has been brewing in my mind for a while, and I really loved it. I wanted Aurelia to look almost like Carmen Sandiego, from the TV show, as you can probably see from the pic.

I hope you liked it.
