Hello, I'm JaviJavi12. Thank you for your interest in this FanFic, the third entry to my own SSBU-Universe! I hope you enjoy it! If you have any comments, please let me know.

This chapter will be highly inspired in Ocarina Of Time, which all fans are surely already familiar with. However, I'll put enphasis in some minor but important changes that will add value and cohesion to the SSBU-U series. With nothing else to say, let's proceed to the episode!

Location: Ancient Hyrule. Year 1356.

A young boy is running across the halls of an ancient temple. He's no more than 11 years old, and wears a green tunic that matches his cap. He is carrying a bag, a small sword, and a wooden shield. After a few seconds, he stops his hurried race, and approaches the central altar, where a young princess and her female guard are waiting.

Young Zelda: Link! I'm glad to see you! Were you able to retrieve the spiritual stones?

The kid opens the bag and shows the ladies three gems of different colors: a green emerald former belonging to the guardian tree of Kokiri Forest, a red ruby coming from the strong Goron Race, and a blue sapphire, visibly related to the Zora Domain.

Impa: I must admit it, kid. I thought you were a simple child when you became friends with the Princess, but retrieving the spiritual stones highly speaks about your breavery for sure. I can't believe such a young lad could possibly be the potential hero Zelda has predicted to save the Great Kingdom of Hyrule…

Young Zelda: I told you, Impa. I sensed a strong energy when I met Link. And when I had that horrible dream that night, I saw him, fighting and dissipating the darkness that will engulf our country.

Impa: Let's waste no more time, then. Please, Princess. Start the ritual immediatly. We don't have much time before he tracks us.

The royal lass takes the spiritual stones and places them in the central altar. Every gem starts emitting an intense glow, and she proceeds to pronounce some words. Shortly after, a deep, chilling neigh, like that of a ghostly horse, was heard from outside the temple.

Young Zelda: Goddesses of Hyrule! He's here!

Impa: Impossible! How did he find us so quickly?!

A tall, corpulent man entered the precinct. His skin was brown and his hair red as the flames. Wearing a black battling vesture, he walked slowly while his sight was set on the brave trio that had been bold enough to attempt a plan to frustrate his plans of conquering the Kingdom. Without pausing his steps, he looked at Link. The boy prepared his sword and his shield, ready to battle. However, the Princess Guard stopped him.

Impa: No kid, you're still very young to face him. We need you alive. Go with the Princess, and finish the ritual.

The brave woman prepared her weapons and threw an overwhelming warning to the threatening man.

Impa: You shall not approach the Princess nor the kid any further, Ganondorf! Attempt to do that and my weapons will speak for me!

The man continued approaching the altar, and he did not flinch.

Ganondorf: Impa, such a waste for an extraordinary warrior like you to be at the service of Rhoam's decaying reign. I could make you invincible if you joined the Gerudo troops. Abandon those kids, and I shall grant you a powerful position in the New Era I will establish when Hyrule becomes mine.

Impa: I'm Impa of the sheikah clan, an ancient dynasty of mighty warriors that had served the Royal Family for generations, and in the name of all my ancestors, I'll defend the Princess until my last breath!

And without saying more, the warrior launched herself against her powerful enemy.

Ganondorf: As I said, such a waste.

The sheikah and the Gerudo King started a fierceful battle. However, Ganondorf dominated the encounter as his strength was inmense. He landed a powerful punch on Impa, launching her against the wall.

Young Zelda: Impa!

Ganondorf attempted to finish her, but he was stopped by a sudden slash on one of his feet.

Ganondorf: Stupid child.

And with a quick slap, he fired Link several meters away. Recovering some energy, Impa threw some smoke bombs and started slashing Ganondorf with several rapid hits. The Gerudo fell on his knees for a brief moment.

Young Zelda: I did it! The Door of Time has been opened!

Applying a wrench to Ganondorf's neck, Impa adressed the boy.

Impa: Go kid, GO!

Link ran and entered the Chamber of Time, as he turned his sight towards Zelda. She finishied the ritual and the Door started closing again.

Young Zelda: Please, Link. Save our Kingdom…

Ganondorf: NO!

The Gerudo set free from Impa's grab and attempted to catch Link, but the Door closed juse before he could make it.

Ganondorf: GRAAHH! I don't care about who might be the destined hero! I possess the Triforce of Power and no one will interfere in my plans! I will turn this land into ashes!

Filled with anger, he punched the Door of Time several times. With each hit, the entire temple shaked. Impa got the Princess and fleed the temple, riding a horse and setting out of the place.

Inside the Chamber of Time, Link was hearing Ganondorf's threats and his feet continously lost a few balance, due to the shakes provoked by the Gerudo's fists. However, a particular item capted his attention. It was a fine sword, resting in a pedestal and bathed in light by the shine that was entering the room from a high window. He placed both hands in the handle, decided to take it out.

Young Link: I will not let you down, Princess Zelda. If it is my destiny, I shall accept it.

And after he took out the sword, an amazing flash lit up the entire room…
