Crashing

How could I go home?

When I feel like I belong.

In your arms it's like champagne

Feel it pouring in my veins.

Yeah, I got myself too drunk on you to drive.

So i'm crashing here tonight.

Crashing - Illenium

Helena is hosting a party at her house for the success of the latest DOA tournament.

"Are you enjoying yourself Kokoro?" Helena asks her sister as she sips her drink.

Kokoro turns and gives her a smile. "Yes I am." She surveys the large room as all of the contestants chat with each other. "It is nice to see everyone on good terms with each other after what happened during that time."

"Everyone certainly grew closer," Helena responds. "They had to go through some tough physical and mental battles, but I feel like it was all for the better in the end."

The blonde continues to sip her drink. "You put up a great fight yourself."

"They were all strong and determined fighters," Kokoro says. "Guess I need to work harder."

"I am always here if you need someone to help."

"We do work well together don't we." Kokoro says when Hitomi and Leifang take a seat next to them. "And speaking of working well together."

"Who us?" Hitomi asks. "I suppose I could partially thank you for that. It was during the tournament that I realized how I really felt for Leifang."

"I wasn't me my dear," Helena responds. "We just brought you in for the tournament. You are the one who was strong enough to act on your feelings."

"And I'm glad I did," Hitomi says. "It felt like there was something that was residing within me that rose up that first round."

Kokoro takes a sip of her drink. "It was much more than a fighting tournament," she says. She puts a finger on her chin. "That reminds me, I want to congratulate Kasumi. Please excuse me," she says as she stands up.

"She is so cute," Leifang says as Kokoro walks away.

"Indeed," Helena responds with a smile. "And she is mine."

The party continues on as the fighters chat with each other. Helena watches over the room and begins to play with her hair. Quite a sight, she thinks to herself. Her eyes drift over to Kokoro. Quite a sight indeed.

The miako turns her attention over to her. "Helena?"

"Just taking in the view," she answers. "And I think it looks pretty good."

"It does?" Kokoro asks as she turns to the window. "The sky is kind of lost with all the lights."

Helena watches her. Oh Kokoro, she thinks. She takes Kokoro's chin and brings her face to face "I wasn't talking about the sky."

Kokoro lets out a light sigh and Helena brings her in for a soft kiss. They pull apart and Helena turns to the group. "I am going to miss this," she says. "It is kind of nice having everyone here."

"You could turn it into an event," Kokoro suggests. "Every so often you could invite everyone for a party."

The blonde rubs her chin. "I could try," she says. "But it would be kind of hard with everyone living their own lives."

Kokoro gives her a happy look. "I am sure they would find time. Everyone needs a break every once and awhile. And besides." She eyes the room. "It looks like they are having fun."

"Yes. I suppose," Helena says. "We should just enjoy it while we can."

"Exactly. Just live in the moment."

The party has died down and the guests have taken their leave. After saying goodbye to the last of the guests, Helena makes her way back into the living room and takes a seat on the couch next to Kokoro.

"I am beat," the blonde says as she frees her hair from her ponytail. "I am sure I will feel it tomorrow."

"You were a good host," Kokoro responds. She stretches her arms toward the ceiling and lets out a yawn.

"It is pretty late," Helena says. "Will you be okay on your way back?"

"I'm not sure." Kokoro leans on her. "I might have to stay here. I think I am too drunk to drive."

"Drunk?" Helena asks, raising an eyebrow. "I never saw you drink anything."

"I didn't say I was drunk on alcohol." She takes in a whiff of Helena's perfume. "But I am feeling a little woozy."

"Oh are you?" "Helena pulls her close. "Do you want to sleep it off?"

Kokoro looks up at Helena. "But I don't have anything to wear."

"Go ahead and take a shower," Helena responds. "I will find something."

Kokoro sits up. "Sure," she chirps.

Helena watches as she makes her way from the room. She is so adorable.

Kokoro steps into the bathroom and eyes the pearl white tiles leading to the rather large glass enclosure. She strips down and steps in. She closes the door and checks the various soaps and shampoos on the shelves.

"Oh fancy." She turns on the water and lets out a squeak as she retreats from the cold liquid. After adjusting the knob she finds the right temperature and steps into the stream.

She takes the soap and begins to hum to herself as she rubs her body. Steem begins to fill the room as Kokoro washes herself. After a couple minutes she puts the soap away and finds the shampoo. After popping open the cap, she takes a smell of the contents.

"Onee-sama," Kokoro sighs. She fills her hand with the white substance and rubs it into her hair. After a few moments of massaging her scalp, she rinses it out and rubs water from her eyes. She reaches down and turns the knob to turn off the water.

Kokoro feels renewed as she opens the shower door and raches for a towel. She finds one of Helena's shirts laying on the counter along with a fresh pair of panties. After drying her heir. She puts them on and throws her hair from underneath the purple fabric.

Helena is still seated on the couch and passes the time checking the mail on her phone. The sound of the bathroom door grabs her attention and she spots Kokoro walking into the room with a towel around her neck.

"This shirt is a little big," Kokoro says as she plays with it. "But it should work fine."

The blonde eyes her and puts her phone away. "I think you look good," she compliments.

Kokoro starts to blush. "T-thank you."

Helena stands up and walks over to her. "You look good in anything," Helena whispers as she leans in and places a soft kiss on Kokoro's forehead. "My turn," she says as she walks past Kokoro. "Make yourself at home," she calls from over her shoulder as she walks out.

After making her way to the bathroom, Helena strips down and steps into the shower. She turns on the water and feels the stream with her arm as she adjusts the temperature. She grabs the soap and lets out a sigh as she steps into the water. With her eyes closed, she begins to lather up her body.

Suds drip onto the shower floor as the blonde scrubs herself and rinses off. She then takes the shampoo and pours a good amount into her hand. She takes a couple long moments to rub it into her hair and rinses it down the drain. After turning off the water, she flips her blonde strands over her back and rubs her eyes.

After stepping out of the shower, she takes a towel and dries of her body and hair. She wraps her white robe around her body and reaches for the blow dryer. After finishing with her hair, she puts the dryer away and makes her way out of the bathroom.

"Kokoro dear," Helena calls as she makes her way back into the room. There is no response and she makes her way around the back of the couch to find the younger girl asleep. A small smile forms on her lips as she watches.

"Come on love," she whispers as she scoops up Kokoro in her arms. After carrying her down a short hall, she opens the door to the bedroom and makes her way over to the large bed. She lowers Kokoro into the silk sheets and covers her up.

The blonde walks around the foot of the bed and crawls under the covers. Her ears pick up the sound of Kokoro letting out a sigh as she pulls her close.

"Goodnight," she whispers. "My sweet Kokoro."
