THE FINAL CURTAIN

While John and Karl were fighting, Uli ran to Hans to deliver some important news. "They're coming! The choppers are coming."

"OK," Hans said, turning off the TV. "Prepare to gather your flock, Miss Gennaro."

With that, he fired in the air. The hostages immediately began panicking, as Hans predicted. "On your feet, everybody! To the roof!" Turning to Uli, "Lock them up there and come right back!"

Instantly, everyone was in an uproar. Hostages were screaming and running, and Uli forced everyone towards the roof, screaming, "Come on! Move! Move along!" over the din.

Hans and Theo immediately began making preparations, arming the bomb and stashing away all the money that they had collected during their heist.

Finally, from their surveillance cameras the terrorists could see the black, powerful choppers come into view. Hans waited for them to attempt to land. When they were in close proximity to Nakatomi's rooftop - and the explosives wired underneath - Hans growled out: "Blow the roof!"

"But Karl's up there!"

"I said, blow the roof!"

The bomb was detonated, instantly destroying the entire upper structure of Nakatomi building, along with the FBI helicopter. Legend has it that to this day the bodies are still located in the rubble that remains of the once great, proud Nakatomi Plaza.
