AN: Hey Guys, I am extremely sorry for that long wait. I was busy with Work, I got sick Twice and I lost a lot of Motivation and Courage to keep going with this story, But its near the end. So Im going to keep pushing myself until I see to it that its done and start another start that Im just DYING to start, Thanks for reading and sticking with the story for so long, and I'll see you next time
"Eli…What are you doing here" The Shibu asked as he stepped forward to the group, more specifically toward the German Shepherd was shared the same look as him. "Im here because my friends and I need your help laying low" Eli said.
"Do they believe in our cause?" He asked.
"Im sure they don't give a shit about your Holy War, Im sure more than half of your people don't either, probably just here for the food unless you still got it" Eli stated stepping forward, just inches away from the Shibu's canine nose, appearing so in a challenging way.
"Our people have Faith that we will overcome, It's a shame you lost your Faith over an accident" The Religious dog stated. "You know what…. Coming here was a mistake, Cmon Guys, Im sure there's some group in the Caribbean that can take us instead" Eli turned around from the Shibu in a huff as he started to walk past the Entrance from which they came, until Skye stopped him.
"Wait Eli, How do you even know these people, You said you'd explain everything and yet haven't spoken a word until now" Skye said, holding Eli by his fur. Eli just turned back and looked at Skye as if he was about to snap and just shrug away from her, But he just sighed and turned back to the Elder.
"Alright fine, I guess I owe you and Marshall an explanation to all of this instead of just dragging you along" Eli said as he motioned for them to follow him, Everyone else started at the new comers before just looking at each other and shrugging, stowing their weapons and returning to their usual duties.
"Are this another Rebel group?" Skye asked walking through the stone chipped hallways of where Eli was leading them. "I think so, I've heard Ulysses talk about these people a few times, but never really close aligning with them" Marshall commented.
"I wouldn't expect him to talk about these people a lot, They just stick to themselves mostly" Eli said as he lead himself through the dark hallways of the underground. The Shibu noticed how he was very keen on where he was going as well, of course because hes done it before. "I admire how you still know your way around Eli"
Eli just slightly turned back and scoffed at the Shibu before turning his sight back in front of him, "Good thing I still have my one good eye to help me through this" Eli said. "I know, You really are a Trooper when you need to be"
"I was being…you know what, nevermind" The German Shepherd huffed, Skye and Marshall could feel the tough tension between the both of them, Eli's blatant disregard of the Shibu and the Elder's words of relentless kindness spoke of a missing story that needed to be told. Within moments of walking through the halls, Eli poked his head around the corner and eyed a large room filled with people, averaging from little pups to full grown people.
"Hmmm….Hasnt changed much" Eli stated.
"Skye and Marshall, you guys can go get rid of those disguises somewhere, Just go run'em under some water and they will wash right off, then come back here, I got a story to tell" Eli said. "You want use to wash off….in a sewer?" Skye backed away slightly, being sort of shocked that Eli would suggest basically bathing in sewer water.
"Theres clean water down here, trust me, If these people actually bathed in sewer water this cause would go down the drain fast….no pun intended" Eli said. "Alevia darling, Show these people where they can settle in" The Shibu asked turning to his granddaughter.
Alevia motion for the small pack to follow her as she left Rocky and Zuma's side. As the Shibu tried to talk with the German Shepherd in the background, Marshall started to walk with the young female Shibu to where they may reside for the time being while they were there.
"Cmon Skye" Marshall asked until looking back to her and seeing her eyeing Rocky on the other side of the room. At first glance, Marshall didn't approve, thinking she was seeking another relationship instead of the Dalmation, but the looks on her face looked more puzzled than any other romantic emotion. "Skye?" Marshall placed his paw on her back to get her attention, luckily for him, it did.
"What huh…Oh Sorry….I was just thinking of something" Skye said walking back with Marshall and Alevia to their new quarters. As Skye began to walk, she slightly turned her head back to Rocky and Zuma. Thinking that they looked so familiar to her somehow, somewhere she knew she had seen them.
MOMENTS LATER
"Alright, I've strung you guys long enough, Time for you to know what this place is" Eli stated as he motioned for everyone to gather around a large stone slab in the middle of a room, acting as a table to de-brief around.
"Yeah Eli, What happened between you and this guy?" Marshall asked.
"And why did you leave this place, and you hate it so much?" Skye replied as well, adding onto Marshall's question to the German Shepherd. "Yeah Yeah, I'll talk about that, Just listen" Eli said talking in a deep breathe from the bottom of his lungs and letting it all out.
"Eli…We must talk" The Shibu stated as he walking inside and saw the German Shepherd already getting himself ready to sleep for the night. "Yes Elder?" He turned around and asked with a tired face.
"Where are they Eli" He asked very sternly.
"Where are who?" Eli asked back as he started to take the Shibu's sudden visit much more seriously than before, judging by his unannounced stop and his sudden questioning of the German Shepherd, Eli had gotten the strike that he had wronged someone. "Maximus and Mary, The Labradors you confronted last night, Where are they Eli" He asked again.
"It was just a small grudge that had to get off my chest last night, I don't know where they are, I don't know why you're accusing me of such a-" The German Shepherd claimed as he started to tense up through out his body.
"Im not accusing you, Im just asking, but now that you mention it…" The Shibu coldly stated as he menacingly approached Eli, making the German Shepherd back up to just inches away from the cold hard wall behind him.
"Why did you force them to leave" The Shibu demanded for an answer. Eli started to look around before starring back at the Shibu directly in his eyes and telling him what he finally needed to hear. "I didn't force them to leave, I advised it"
"Why did you do it, They are welcome here!" The Shibu shouted. "Because…Its just..I-" Eli stuttered before the Shibu spoke again. "It was because you liked Mary, wasn't it…you didn't want to see her with her new pup so you didn't want to see her at all" He question the motive of the German Shepherd before Eli suddenly started to growl. "Don't you dare talk about her!" Eli shouted as he sudden grabbed the Shibu by the throat and dragged him across the side of the room.
"Eli, Stop!" Shibu tried to shout out to the German Shepherd for him to cease his violent acts, but he did not respond or refrain in any way. Finally with effort, He was able to shove Eli away from him, putting a good amount of distance in between him and crazy German Shepherd that was not out for blood.
Fortunately for him, His strength was enough to push away the German Shepherd from him but making him fall to the ground on his back. Looking ahead of him and seeing Eli violently hit the wall that he slammed against. Eli growled once more as he set his eyes back on the Shibu.
"Eli, Stop this…These Emotion aren't your own" The Shibu said as he slowly back away still on the ground, The German Shepherd however started to close the gap between them as he slowly approached him, bearing his teeth like a wild animal. Within moments, Eli slowly ramped up his pace to the Shibu and was dangerously closing in on him.
Crawl backward, still on his back and genuinely too afraid to get back on his feet, The Shibu kept going back until he was pressed against a bookshelf and himself. Eli, now enraged even more, grasped the Shibu canine by his neck and pulled him up from off the ground and slamming him against the bookshelf multiple times.
"Im in Complete control of what Im doing John, Im not sorry for what I did and Im not sorry for what Im about to do now" Eli said as he began to strangle the Shibu once more and finally pushing him against the Bookshelf with all the force he had. Causing him to fall once more back to the ground and even shaking the bookshelf, making books and pots fall off.
The Shibu began to lay down on the ground as Books and other items began to fall down all around him until hearing a slight metallic sound make itself known by falling right next to him. The Shibu looks to his side to see it was a small combat knife that had that must have been tucked away inside the bookshelf. With no thought running through his head, The Shibu grabbed the knife and lunged back up from the ground, swinging the small blade in front of him once and seeing the Enraged German Shepherd now backing away.
Eli back away, holding his paw up to one of his eyes as his brown paws began to become stained in crimson red. Within a few seconds, John the Shibu had seen and witnessed what he had down with his own paws. He slowly began to let go off the knife until it fell from his grip and dropped down to the ground. "Oh…Oh my Goodness, Eli, I am so sorry" The Shibu said as he brought his paw up to his mouth, horrified by his actions of violence.
"Get away from me!" Eli shouted as he pushed away the Shibu with his paws, One of his paws rubbing the blood from the wound on his face onto John. Letting the Shibu see the wound cutting across one of his eyes. Eli slowly started to walk towards the Shibu with a gaze filled with wrath, The Shibu froze before seeing Eli pass right by him and walking out of the room, blood running down his fur and dripping onto the floor.
"What happened after that?" Skye asked. "I ran…As far away as I could from this place, I caught a train to Canada then Wyoming, Then I met Lupe. I'm sure I don't need to tell the rest" Eli explained as he slowly began to rub his wound.
"Im sorry Eli, For everything I did to you, I just…didn't mean to-" The Elder Shibu started to apologized what he had done so long ago, until Eli raised his paw up, motioning him for him to cease his apology. "It doesn't matter, Im willing to work with you and Lupe when he gets here"
"Well that wont be too long, wouldn't it?" A voice came from the door of the room, looking back revealing to be Lupe, Bellion, Lambeth and Everest. "Lupe, Good to see you, How did you know how to get in here?" Marshall asked, walking over and wrapping a paw over the wolf in a friendly greeting.
"Eli told us on where it was and how to get in" Lupe explained. "Its good to see you Skye and Marshall, very much a pleasure" Lambeth walked in, no longer suffering from his injury, fully health and walking like he used to.
"Now that we're all here, We can get to the Details on what we can do to push this Revolution into action" Lupe said, leaning against the large table with a small grin on his face. "A Revolution, Wouldn't we need more planning?" Skye questioned.
"No need, We have everything we need. Numbers, Weapons, Strategy and these people have the Morale to take over a small Nation. But in this case, We're going to take back the State, Alaska" Lupe suggested, pulling out a small map of the entire state.
"I can train these people in how to fight in the Snow" Everest offered
"Great, I've supplied my Resistance forces in Alaska for awhile now, Once they see a spark of action, they'll step forward and aid us" He stated.
"Where are they?" Bellion asked, looking all the map. "Hard to say, the supplies usually end up somewhere uninhabited for them to pick up, like under a bridge or near a lake, But I do know that some supplies go to some small towns" Lupe stated as he pointed the certain towns on the map.
"My people have been waiting this day, The Time when the Dove takes the sword instead of the olive branch, We'll be ready when you need us to be" The Shibu said.
"What?"
"Don't mind his Religious shit, We'll stand await your command Sir" Eli said to the Grey Wolf.
"Great, I want to look over what weapons you people have, Maybe there's something here we can use that can greatly even the battlefield when it happens" Lupe said motioning for the Old Shibu to follow him. "Rest up guys, Tomorrow is going to be a day filled with Mud and Blood…Or Snow and Blood I guess" Lambeth said as he exited the room the same as Lupe.
Skye smiled before also heading out the room before being tugged back by her neck suddenly by a Familiar Huskey. Everest turned her around so she could face her head on, just a few inches away from each other, so close they could feel the heat from their breathe brushing against each other's faces. "Oh…H-Hi Everest" Skye said very timidly.
"I should break your limbs for you lying to me about offering me to join the Resistance, But….I guess it was more of a blessing in disguise" She said as she sighed off her sudden anger, leaving the cockapoo quite confused.
"If I didn't meet you, I'd probably be dead or suffering in one of those horrible camps, Thanks…I guess" Everest said, letting go of Skye and walking out the room, leaving just Skye and Marshall. "Hmm…You knew her?" Marshall asked.
"Uh huh…Long story, but for now, Time for some sleep" Skye said planting a small on the Dalmation's cheek. "Good night Marshall"
"Night Skye"
