Sorry for the long wait for an update. It has been more then 11 months since I updated this fanfiction. Tmr will be the start of 2022.
Mal and Jane were hanging out with each other. Jane was keeping Mal busy as everyone else was setting for Mal's birthday party.
Jane asked "Do you have any New Years Resolutions?"
Mal stated "Yeah I do"
Jane replied "Nice"
Mal asked "What about you have any New Years Resolution"
Jane said 'Yeah I do"
Mal asked "What is your New Years Resolution"
Jane said "To start journaling"
Mal said "That's a good one"
Jane said "Yeah it is"
Mal was thinking of her New Years Resolution.
Jane asked "What is your New Years Resolution?"
Mal replied "My New Years Resolution is to find a new hobby"
Jane stated "That's amazing"
Mal replied "Yep"
Few moments later Jane got a text message from Evie. Jane read the text message and put her phone away.
Jane said "Come on let's get to the lake"
Mal replied "Um okay"
Jane took Mal to the lake then Jane hid with the rest of the guest when Mal wasn't watching. Mal was looking around fro Jane.
Everyone jumped out of thier hiding spots and said "Surprise"
Mal was very suprised and asked "What's going on"
Evie replied "Why this is your birthday party"
Mal stated "Oh"
Carlos said "Happy birthday M"
Everyone else proceeded to wish Mal a happy birthday.
Mal stated "Thanks everyone"
The party was fun and later tonight there would be a New Years party.
