Hey, guys! So this is incomplete and just what I have so far like I promised yesterday. Feel free to critique and offer up suggestions.
Everyone who does will be given credit, I promise.
Cat Dubh prowled around the arena. He felt so useless. It was strange that he hasn't felt like this since… he traveled back in time, trying to stop his younger self. He watched as Marihøne used the giant robot to battle The Gamer. He was able to get Marinette and Adrien to safety but besides that he was completely useless! He frowned when the bot got hit and sent her flying into the other end of the stadium.
"She is going to get herself killed," he growled to himself. He paused as he realized something he might be able to do after all.
That stupid cat was lucky he was cute. What kind of teenage boy doesn't play video games!? Marihøne blocked a blast and had the bot duck to avoid a blow. What she would give to have Marinette's video game skills. Maybe… Marihøne pulled out her yoyo and used it as a phone. It rang once before it picked it up.
"Cat, I'm sorry, I know you just got Marinette to safety but I kind of need her back," she said.
"No, it will endanger her." Cat argued.
"But you can't fight and I can't handle him on my own!"
"I already have a plan and it does not involve endangering civilians," Cat Dubh told her. Marihøne sighed and hung her head. "I believe you enjoy graffiti art, am I correct?"
"I didn't take you as a tagger, Kitty." her tone was a bit down trodden. Cat Dubh didn't notice.
"I need to have everything to be perfect for this to work so please pay close attention."
"Lucky Charm!" Marihøne called out.
"What is it?" Cat Dubh asked.
"…. I don't remember the word for it French….." she said sheepishly.
Cat sighed. "Do you know what it does?" he asked.
"Um…. vaguely."
"Can you describe what it does?"
"It fixes the things that people wear to see." he could hear the frustration at her inability to think of the right words.
"Glasses repair kit?" Cat asked.
"I don't know maybe!" he sighed.
"Keep him occupied a little bit longer. I will be there soon enough."
"You need to be an adult with an ID to purchase spray paint, super hero or not." the employee winced apologetically.
"I can not provide you ID because of my identity." Cat Dubh argued.
Artemis isn't that good at video games XD. Just a warning I do ship him with my OC. I am probably going to change her lucky charm and I am open for suggestions.
I hope you have a great Valentine's Day!
"I know, I'm really sorry but I could lose my job if I don't check." Cat frowned, usually he predicted how people would respond but his secret identity was causing issues.
