Days later at the office, John looked through a couple of files that were on his desk, when there was a knock on the door and saw Penelope and Alvez walking in.

"A little." Penelope admitted. She lied. She was so nervous she thought her heart was going to come out of her chest.

"So, what's the verdict doc?" Alvez asked not being able to wait any longer.

"Well, here I have the file where Luke donated his sperm and here is the file that Penelope chose for the sperm donor." John showed them.

"And? What does it say?" Penelope asked impatiently.

"They match," John chuckled in disbelief.

A disbelief laugh that sounded more like a sob escaped her mouth and she looked at Alvez.

"Looks like you're having my babies." He said with a smile.

Tears were in her eyes. "Excuse me. I need some air." She got up and waddled out of the office.

"You okay?" John asked.

"Yea we just have a lot to work out but she's the one that got away and I will never let that happen again even if it means waiting for her for a lifetime." He admitted and it finally felt good to say out loud.

"You love her." John stated with a smile.

He sighed. "I never stopped."

"Then go get her." John grinned.

Alvez smiled and walked out the office.

Alvez finished cleaning the kitchen and made sure all the lights were out before he went to check on Emery. He caressed her small face and tucked her in. Then he went to Oliver's, and he was passed out, same with Isabel then to Kaden's door and knocked first. When no answer came, he opened slowly and saw his son asleep. He loved those kids. He closed the door and went to check on Penelope. He opened her door and saw her on the bed lying on her side.

"Penelope, you awake?" he asked softly.

"I can't sleep." She said annoyed. "They're moving a lot."

"Can I do anything?" he asked.

"No. I'll be fine." She said frustrated.

"Okay. Good night Penelope."

"Night."

He left the room. After the reveal at the office a couple of days ago, Alvez and Penelope had decided to sleep in separate rooms for a little while until they talked about everything between them and more importantly not to confuse the kids.

Penelope was feeling very uncomfortable lying on the bed and she was stressing out as well about the fact that Alvez was the father of her unborn baby twins. She closed her eyes and tried to calm down, but it was just too much.

She sat up slowly her huge stomach making it difficult but was able to get up. When she stood up, she felt a gush of fluid down her legs and gasped. "LUKE!" she yelled and not even a second passed and he opened the door and was on her side in seconds. "Where you standing by my door?"

"Shut it P… Let's get you to the hospital." He said grabbing the hospital bag. "Kaden!" Alvez yelled out as he helped Penelope out the bedroom and into the living room.

Kaden still half asleep, joined them and saw his mother barely standing up and Alvez holding the bag and coat. "What's wrong?"

"I'm in labor." Penelope said calmly.

"Can you get the kids? We need to leave now."

"Sure." Kaden said as he ran to Oliver's room first. "Hey bro get up mom is going to have the babies." Oliver groaned in annoyance but got up from the bed sleepily. "Put your shoes on." Kaden grabbed Oliver's coat and left the room and went to Isabel's room. "Izzy wake up we have to leave. Sis come on wake up." Kaden shook her softly and Isabel whined as she opened her eyes. "Put your shoes on." When he saw that she was barely awake but putting her shoes on, he grabbed her coat as well and headed to Emery's room. He chuckled when he saw her wide awake. "Now that's a miracle. Come on princess." He said as he grabbed her shoes put them on picked her up, grabbed her small coat and walked out of the room. As the siblings headed to the front of the house, Kaden gave the coats to Oliver and Isabel and they put them on as they walked out of the house, Kaden put on his coat then helped Emery with hers. He locked the door on his way out and got in the back of the van where his family waited for him.

"All right! Let's go have some babies!" Kaden grinned happily.

Half hour later, they arrived at the hospital. The nurses were waiting for them with a wheelchair and took her to the suite. Kaden held Emery and Oliver and Isabel stood next to him and sat down on the couch while the nurses hooked cables all over Penelope's stomach and an IV on her arm. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath.

"You okay? Anything hurts?" one of the nurses asked.

"Just uncomfortable." Penelope said.

"You'll feel a lot better soon." Another nurse said.

"Thanks."

"I feel helpless. What can I do?" Alvez asked.

"Nothing," Penelope said softly.

"Penelope…"

"Dammit Luke why are you still here?" Penelope asked annoyed.

"Because I want to be." Alvez said confidently. "Do you want me to leave?"

"I don't care what you do," she closed her eyes.

"Right…" he paused. "I'm going to get coffee," Alvez said and left the room.

Kaden shook his head in disbelief and swayed keeping Emery asleep. Oliver and Isabel were asleep as well. "You're being a b…i…t…c…h…"

Penelope eye's widened in shock. "Kaden."

"Sorry mom but it's true."

Penelope rolled her eyes and caressed her stomach. "I can't help it."

"You love him."

"Shut it Kaden."

Kaden rolled his eyes and then looked at Emery who was still asleep. "Your mother is crazy."

"I heard that." Penelope said even though her eyes were closed.

The suite door opened, and Pamela walked in with Amy.

"Hey aunt Pam." Kaden smiled.

"Hey you." Pamela smiled and walked towards her sister while Amy sat next to Kaden. "How are you feeling?"

"Like shit." Penelope admitted.

"Is there anything you need me to do?"

"Water and can you ask the doctor how much longer? I'm going crazy here."

Pamela chuckled and nodded. "Be right back."

Two hours later, Kaden, Amy, Emery, Oliver, Isabel and Alvez waited outside while Pamela was inside the room with Penelope.

"Did you guys call the rest of Penelope's family?" Alvez asked.

"Yea they should be here soon." Amy said as she rocked Emery in her arms.

It felt like forever when finally, Pamela came out of the room with a big smile. "Would you like to meet your sisters?" she asked Kaden, Isabel and Oliver.

Kaden smiled widely and jugged towards the room with his siblings behind him. He opened the door and gasped. "Oh my God."

"Hey honey." Penelope said as she held one of the girls while the other slept next to her on the bassinet.

"They're so cute." Kaden said and picked up the one on the crib and sat on the bed facing his mother. "How are you feeling?"

"I am exhausted." Penelope said while Oliver sat on the bed next to her.

"Are you okay? Was it an easy labor?" Kaden asked.

"It wasn't easy because it hurt like crap but thank God no complications."

"Good," Kaden smiled and kissed his mother's cheek. "What are their names?"

"Well, I've picked the first name for both. Would you like to pick their middle names?" Penelope asked with a smile.

"Heck yea!"

"So, this one is Genevieve and was born a minute earlier than Áily."

"Hmm I like Evangely for Genevieve."

"I like it too." Penelope smiled. "What would you like for Áily's second name?"

"What about Beth?" Kaden asked unsure.

"That's a great name." Penelope smiled.

"I like it mami." Isabel grinned.

"Me too." Oliver said.

"I love it too!" Penelope smiled and Kaden grinned proudly.

Pamela came into the room. "Can everyone else come inside?"

Penelope sighed and nodded. "I guess but I look like crap."

"Mom you look beautiful." Kaden said.

"Aw thanks but your full of it." Penelope teased her oldest son.

Kaden laughed as Amy, Alvez holding Emery and Penelope's parents walked in.

"Aw they are so precious." Amy smiled. "Congrats Penelope."

"Thanks Ames."

"So beautiful. Give me give me." Sandra said excitedly.

"Mom chill jeez." Pamela told Sandra.

Sandra picked Genevieve and Antonio picked Áily.

"What are their names?" Sandra asked.

"She's Genevieve Evangely and dad's holding Áily Beth."

"Those are very unique names." Antonio smiled as he cooed his granddaughter.

Penelope held her arms out when she saw Emery reaching out to her. "Ay mi amor you feel left out?" she asked and kissed Emery's forehead.

Hours later, Penelope's parents left but promised to visit once the twins were home. Pamela and Amy left to get changed but they would be back later that night. Kaden was sleeping on the big couch while Emery slept between Kaden and the couch. And Oliver and Isabel slept next to Penelope on the bed.

Alvez was holding Áily in his arms rocking her back and forth and singing to her lightly while Genevieve slept on the bassinet that was close to him. He looked at Penelope and she was asleep, so he enjoyed the time he had with his daughters.

He couldn't believe it. They were really his daughters or at least that's what John said. He knew Penelope would want to run a DNA test just to be sure. This was his time to be a part of his daughters' lives. He was going to watch them grow and teach them so many things, he was even thinking about buying a couple of baseball bats to scare the boys once they noticed them. He chuckled at his thought and kissed Áily's forehead and whispered. "Daddy loves you." And then he caressed Genevieve's cheek.

The door opened and he saw Angel and Pat walk into the suite.

"Hey guys." Alvez smiled.

"Aw they are so cute." Angel smiled.

"Nice Alvez, they look just like you two." Pat smiled.

Penelope opened her eyes and smiled when she saw her friends. "Hey."

"How you feeling?"

"Like I pushed two watermelons through a pea sized hole." Penelope said.

Pat, Angel and Alvez chuckled.

"Thanks for coming guys."

"Of course. We wouldn't miss this for the world. We have to have a welcome party for the twins once you guys are discharged." Angel smiled excitedly. "You wouldn't have to do anything. I would take care of everything of course."

"Of course you would," Penelope teased.

"That sounds like fun!" Pat said.

"Would it be too much to ask if you can stay here with Penelope while I take the kids home? They haven't slept that well." Alvez asked his friends.

"Go. We got her."

"Thanks guys." Alvez woke up Oliver and picked him up while Kaden picked up Emery and Isabel and they left the room.

"So how are you really doing?" Angel asked.

"I don't know." Penelope sighed. "John says they are Luke's, but I want to run DNA"

"You're being ridiculous." Angel rolled her eyes. "You know that is just a waste of resources. They are the spitting image of you both."

Penelope shrugged her shoulders. "I know but still."

"He's being careful around you. I've never seen him like that." Pat said seriously.

"Yea well I've been a bitch to him after he was an asshole when we first saw Kaden for the first time." She sighed.

"So, you're taking it out on him now that the twins are born?" Angel asked.

"Oh, just you wait. I'm going to give him a piece of my mind the moment I have the green light that I'm healed." Penelope said.

"Pen seriously."

"No. I stayed quiet and barely expressed myself because of the babies while he screamed and yelled at me about how I was being a selfish heartless bitch but now huh!" She said seriously.

"Ay Nena you guys are meant to be." Angel smirked.

"Yea you two are so alike and yet so different it works." Pat added.

"Whatever."

Later Michelle and Kat arrived with gifts and so did Max and Jessica. The eight friends caught up on good times, but it was obvious there was some tension between Luke and Penelope, but no one was going to bring it up. They knew now wasn't a good time for anything else except celebrating.

Three days later, Penelope and the twins were finally allowed to go home.
