Baron sighed, nuzzling into my hair as we slept, his arm protectively around me. Everything was perfect in the moment. Baron and I had finally admitted our feelings for each other and was finally together, despite the rough things that had to happen just to get us to where we are now. There was a loud knock at the door, but neither of us wanted to move, not wanting to ruin this blissful morning. There was another knock at the door. Baron mumbled as he sat up and got out of bed, pulling on his shorts as he made his way to the door. There was a third knock at the door, probably an impatient maid wanting to clean up. Without thinking, Baron swung the door wide open. "Yeah?" AJ stared in shock when he saw a shirtless Baron standing in the door. Baron froze as AJ looked at him then peeked into the room. Clothes were scattered all on the floor and there I was, fast asleep in bed and given that my bare back was showing, I was naked under the sheets. "Oh my God," AJ finally said, breaking the awkward silence, "that's not what I meant!" "Shh. Hold on, AJ," Baron hushed him, stepping inside to grab his shirt and put it on before stepping out of the room, "I can explain." "Explain what, that you two slept together?! After what happened last night? Don't tell me that you just decided to do it because she was upset," AJ said, shaking his head. "Hell no. I wouldn't screw with her head like that. I finally grew a pair and I told her the truth. I told her that I liked her and the feeling was mutual and it...just happened." AJ sighed, rubbing his jaw. "Just...tell her that I came to check on her," he said before walking off. I yawned and sat up, the bedsheet sliding off of me and exposed my naked body, as Baron shut the door. "Who was that," I asked, rubbing my eyes. "AJ. He just..." Baron paused as he stared at me. I paid no attention to his strange behavior as I ran my fingers through my hair. "What did AJ want," I asked as he walked towards me, climbing into bed before gently pushing me down, hovering over me. "Just checking on you. That's all," he said before he kissed on my neck, pushing my legs apart with his knee. "Baron, what's gotten into you," I giggled, exposing more of my neck as his tongue slid up and down my skin. "Seeing your beautiful self," he smirked, pushing inside of me. I smirked and moaned softly as he started moving, his groans filling my ears as he thrust. "God, I will never get tired of this," he groaned, gripping the pillow. "That makes two of us," I gasped, wrapping my legs around his waist, "don't stop, Baron." He smirked and licked the valley between my breast, massaging my breast. I moaned his name louder and louder as we enjoyed a very pleasurable morning in bed. After our morning fun, Baron returned to his room to get a fresh change of clothes. I got dressed and was in front of the mirror, brushing my hair when there was a knock at the door. I walked over and opened it, AJ covering his eyes. "It's okay, AJ. I'm in clothes," I teased as he uncovered his eyes slowly as I put my brush down on the dresser. "Thank God. We need to talk," he said as he stepped inside. "About what?" He cleared his throat, staring at me as I put my black choker on. "Are you okay? Last night was...something," he said. "I don't even want to think about last night. I'm over it and just want to move on, AJ," I sighed, pushing my hair back. "Move on with Baron," he asked, making me freeze. "Maybe. Who knows? We'll just have to see where this goes," I shrugged. "Apparently, it's going pretty good if you're already sleeping together," he said bluntly, "what happened to the Ashley that was extra careful when it came to relationships?" I sighed and turned to him. "AJ, I'm fine. I don't think he will hurt me. I think that we will make it, honestly. I feel it in my heart," I said, pointing to my chest. AJ sighed, putting his hand on my shoulder. "I'm just glad that you're happy again. I have faith that I don't have anything to worry about anything when it comes to him so I'm happy for you both." The door opened and Baron walked in, raising an eyebrow. "Am I interrupting," he asked as AJ took his hand off of my shoulder. "No. I was wondering if you two wanted to go get something to eat," AJ said. Baron looked at me and shrugged. "Sure, man. Let's go," he said as I grabbed my bag and phone before we walked out of my room and headed to the elevator, Baron keeping close to me as we rode down to the lobby. "I'll drive. A lot of people are at the same restaurant right now," AJ said as we walked outside and went to his car, Baron riding shot gun while I rode behind him. "Oh great. I guess that means that we'll have to see him," I scoffed, rolling my eyes. "No worries, Ash. It's a big restaurant and there's some outside tables so he'll have to search for you," AJ reassured me as he drove. "Good. I'm not in the mood to get arrested today," Baron scoffed. "Don't worry. I'll bail you out," I teased as he rolled his eyes. "Great. I can go around and tell the world that my girlfriend keeps bail money around just in case," he said, making AJ and I as we rode to the restaurant. AJ parked and we got out, walking towards the restaurant. "Ashley!" I spotted a very familiar face and waved. "Hey, Becky," I yelled out to her, smiling as AJ went ahead. "We have a spot with your name on it," Naomi called out to me. "Go have breakfast with them, baby. I'm sure that it'll be a lot better out here with them than with us inside," Baron said, rubbing my lower back. "Really? You don't mind," I asked as he shook his head. "Not at all, baby. Besides, Dolph won't be able to find you so go be with your friends and I'll see you when we get ready to leave." I smiled up at him before he leaned down and kissed me, gently tugging my bottom lip between his teeth. "Be a good girl while I'm gone. I'll see you soon," he whispered before going inside. I sighed, calming my racing heart and walked towards where the girls were sitting, Becky and Naomi both smirking at me. "Hey, gorgeous. How are you doing," Nattie asked, giving me a side hug as I sat between her and Alexa. "I'm good. Last night was just drama city," I sighed, shaking my head. "I bet you are, Ms. Corbin," Becky teased, making it very obvious, "so I'm guessing that you two finally told each other?" I smiled at the thought, thinking about Baron's confession as I nodded. "Yeah. He told me how he felt last night after I left," I told them, Naomi and Becky grinning. "I told you that he would be the one to say something," Becky said, Naomi rolling her eyes. "Who cares? They're finally together. They look cute together," Alexa said. "How long until you two get matching tattoos," Carmella teased. "We're going to take things slow. I don't want to jump straight into matching tattoos just yet," I giggled. "This calls for a celebration! To another cute couple in the company," Becky stated. A waiter came out and we ordered drinks and food as everyone started talking about double dates and matching ring gear for the two of us. Baron's POV: Baron walked inside of the restaurant after kissing her goodbye. He spotted AJ who was sitting at a large table with New Day and Breezango and joined them. "What's up, Baron? You good, man," Kofi asked as soon as he sat down. "Yeah, man. I'm just chilling. Everything's good," he said, nonchalantly. AJ smirked at him as the others talked about last night. "Last night was crazy, wasn't it," Tyler said as they ordered their drinks and food. "Yeah. It got out of control. I was actually waiting for you to put Dolph through a table," Big E chuckled. "I was thinking about it, but my girl was pissed. I think she would've done it herself if she could," Baron chuckled as the table fell silent. "Your girl? Are you talking about Ashley," Xavier asked. "You finally asked her out? Dude!" Tyler gave him a knuckle bump as the waiters dropped off their food and drinks. "I can't believe it. I'm so glad I didn't make that bet," Big E sighed. "What bet," Baron asked. "There was a bet going around that you would ask her out either before the end of the year, the beginning of next year, or never," Xavier said. "Wow. Who's placing bets," Baron scoffed, rolling his eyes. "Almost the entire locker room and some of the guys on Raw," Tyler chuckled as he started texting people, "and a lot of people have to pay up." "Wow. I thought you guys were my boys. You betting against me," Baron said, shaking his head. "I had faith in you," Xavier said, trying to stay on his good side. "I just knew better than to get," Big E shrugged. "I just knew better not to get involved since I knew the circumstances," AJ smirked. "I'm going to need a list of everyone to cuss out," Baron said, making everyone laugh. Baron looked around and spotted Dolph who was sitting at a booth with other members of the roster. He felt his blood boil at the sight of him. He wanted to walk over to him and knock him out, but took a deep breath. There was no point in staying pissed. He got the woman and Dolph didn't. The war was over between them. Or so he thought.
