hey gang. it's me CJ. I thought I'd let you all know that I am now working on a new chapter for my Autumn Rain, a Sonadow P.O.V right now. But I thought it would be a good idea to also let you know it's very slow going as well. the reason being is because of the summertime weather.
we don't have very good air conditioning right now, and the tempters are nearing up nearly a 107F tops. so that makes my home feel like a sauna at times. I've been trying to work on my stories, and my art during the mornings till I go lay down for a nap in the afternoons, then in the later evenings, and staying up till 4 to 6am in the morning, anything to beat the heatwave we're having right now.
I'm doing alright, barely surviving, but melting a lot, and trying my best to stay cool and put in as much work as I can for all of you, because you all mean a lot to me.
so I think that is everything, I'm doing the best I can, and I did say I would work on a new chapter when I could and I am. it's just taking me a bit longer than I would like. I am doing my best at staying cool, and drinking at least 6 Niagra falls things of water a day just to keep cool and hydrated as best as I can. I will keep at it and rest when it becomes too hot but it may take me some time.
right now my top priority is staying cool as much as I can. so bear with me everyone.

And remember if you have any pets, dogs or cats mostly, keep them inside and don't let them out in this heat, and walk your dogs in the early morning hours and late at night when things have cooled off. Dog's sweat through their paw pads, so walking on the sidewalk is bad for them. but if you must take them with you, bring extra water and a bowl for them.. and always make sure to check INSIDE your vehicle every time you bring in food or whatever other shopping or work-related items before closing up. they will find the closest thing to them and use it as shade.
