Piper finished the last of her classes around one and went back to her dorm after checking out a couple of books from the library. She really liked the vibe of the library, perfect for study groups or finishing projects. Piper decided to hole up in there for an entire day in the weekends, just flipping through her favorite books. It'll sort of make up for her lack of conventional childhood.

But today, she had something important to do. Namely, get the brownies back before Jason did.

She pushed through the door of room 4C, sighing in relief when she saw that she was the only on there. Nobody really locks the door to their dormitories. It makes it easier for people visiting them and takes less time. Besides, college is a safe place, no thieves or burglars to steal your stuff.

Placing the bag of brownies and peach jam in an extremely obvious place on the counter. She made herself a milkshake and sat down on a comfy place on the couch. College teachers apparently decided the second day of classes were the perfect time to get the students used to college. And by that, I mean the amount of homework. Piper typed away her report on her laptop, occasionally googling info and citing websites.

She was halfway done with her report when the door opened and a tall blonde came walking in.

"Finally done with Crime and Public Policy! I swear the teachers are having a contest to see who assigns more homework." Jason grumbled as he collapsed on the couch next to Piper. "Why do I have so many classes on Tuesday? I'm literally packed with classes and lectures nonstop from eight thirty to two thirty. My brain is going to go short circuited soon."

Piper smirked amused at her roommate's behavior as she glanced at the clock on the wall. It had many different handles for different reasons and runs on solar energy. Apparently Leo built it for a project in robotic class before.

2:45. Had she really been working on this report for over an hour? Time sure flies.

"Well sparky, I may be no mechanic, but I do know what can fix your short circuited brain. Go see what's in that bag on the counter." Piper gestured to the paper bag and closed her labtop.

Jason frowned wondering what it could be and got off the couch. He hesitated before opening it. "Is this going to punch me in the face?" He asked warily.

Piper frowned. "No, why?"

"I have Thalia for a sister. She has a pretty twisted sense of humor. You could never be too sure." He sighed and opened it. And then his eyes widened. "Holy shit! Thank you Piper! How could...this...so...mmmmmmm." He was at an utter loss of words. It was THE best brownies he ever had. Smooth and creamy with just the right amount of chewiness...

Piper grinned. "So I take your brain is functioning again? Good, come help me. I'm stuck on the fourth paragraph of this report."

After school, the four boys met at the parking lot. After talking it over, they decided to go to one of the arcade nearby, just a ten minute drive.

"I still don't get why we can't take my bike to the arcade." Sirius complained as he pulled a fancy handkerchief out of nowhere and started to polish the handles of his 'bike'. Remus just called it a suicide machine.

"Because, that thing carries at most two people and I doubt any of us wait to hold on to your waist." Remus sighed, wondering where did his best mate's common sense go. Sirius had the dignity to look offended. One more thing to add to the list of things Sirius Black lacked, maturity.

"I don't mind." James piped up unhelpfully. Sirius grinned at him.

"See Moony? At least someone still love me." Sirius swung an arm around James who immediately wrapped his arms and legs around Sirius' waist playfully, knocking them both over.

"Oi! That was uncalled for!" Sirius shoved James over as payback, James shoved back, starting a wrestling match.

"Is it just me, or did you all notice that this is the second time you two ended up in a tangled mess in the last two days?" Remus raised his eyebrows at the two squirming boys on the ground.

"It's not exactly a crime to ship your friends." Peter shrugged. James vaguely wondered when did his little, innocent Petey become a smart ass. He blamed it on puberty. And then Sirius was pinning him against the floor so he had to tickle him back, forgetting completely about his internal monologue.

Remus cleared his throat. "Are we going to the arcade or not? Make up your mind, cause I'm going to leave with Petey if you two are just going to wrestle around." That made them stop and stood up, brushing off the dirt.

The dark haired boy straightened his glasses and ruffled his hair. "Of course we're going, Remy, I've been wanting to go to this place ever since I landed in New York! C'mon, my car's that way." James led the Marauders over to the other side of the parking lot, talking along the way. He was the only with a car, reason being Sirius and his bike and Remus' parents not trusting him with one. (Think of all the horrifying accidents could happen!) Peter's parents were not that well off so he couldn't afford one.

So they all piled into the black Audi, fighting over who get to drive (James and Sirius) and fighting over who gets shotgun (Peter and Sirius, Remus was fine with sitting in the back). In the end, Sirius didn't win anything and sat in the backseat with Remus, pouting.

Ten minutes and nearly running over a grumpy old man later, they arrived in one of the most famous place on Long Island- the Sidewalk(not a real place, don't look it up). It was this long street with all sort of entertainment, from movie theaters to malls, restaurants to ice skating rinks... Whatever you want, it have.

Tucked in the center of it all was a shop with blinking lights and neon sign on the outside.

"Zonko's Arcade and Joke Shop," James read. "Traps lurking in every corner, enter at your own risk. Sweet! We're actually here! C'mon, what are we waiting for. Let's go."

Peter gulped, visibly nervous. "Are you sure James? It does say 'enter at your own risk'."

"Wormy, it's not like something is going to jump out and kill us. We are the Marauders after all. You coming or not?" Peter looked even more nervous. Sirius pushed open the door and immediately a bucket of water dumped itself on his head. Cursing under his breath Sirius stepped back out.

"On second thoughts, James you go first. You know, it's always good manners to let ladies go first."

James glared and flipped him off, though he did open the door slowly and cautiously checking for water. When he realized there is none left, he walked in casually beckoning to his friends who followed.

The inside was sort of dark, with a counter where you pay your entrance fee and a vending machine where you can get soda. After paying forty dollars (ten bucks each), they entered the arcade which was filled with rows and rows of different games. A couple people were seated in front of the machines, focused on the task at hand. They exchanged some money for game coins and found their favorite games to enjoy the rest of their evening.

After two long boring class in the morning, a band practice after lunch, and two more classes in the evening. Kat was thoroughly exhausted. She dropped her bag onto the couch when she noticed the dorm was deadly quiet. It was four thirty, at least one of her roomies should be back. Checking the bathroom and knocking on call of their doors, it soon became clear that it was empty.

Naturally Kat's imagination ran away, going from alien abductions to an ax murderer. She pulled out her phone and dialed Remus' number.

"Who are you and what have you done with my roommates?!" It was the first she said the moment someone picked up.

"Ummmm, Kat? It's me, Remus. Nothing bad happened to us. We're in the arcade, catching up with Petey." The sound of coins rolling through slots and the background music of Super Mario Cart could be heard in the background.

"Okay, how long are you guys going to be out?" Kat asked, trying very hard to not hum along to the song that was stuck in her head.

"Probably until night. Oh and Kat? Don't think I didn't notice what you did this morning at the bakery. I will get you ba-" Kat hang up before he finished what he was saying before dashing to the room next door.

Remus was rudely cut of by the beep on his phone, signaling the call has ended. Don't say he didn't warn her.

"Who was that?" James asked from the bean bag chair he was sitting in, eyes glued to the screen.

"Kat. She wanted to know where we are."

"What do you mean about what happened this morning though." Sirius, ever so nosy, asked. Remus mumbled something unintelligible. Peter cheered as James tossed a banana peel at Sirius, slowing him down. He was just about to cross the finishing line and beat Sirius when the ceiling above his head opened and dumped a gallon of slime on him.

"Oh come ON! I was this close to beating Pads." He held his thumb and index finger barely apart to show how close he meant.

"What can I say, I'm undefeatable." Sirius grinned and gave a frivolous bow.

"Move your butt over James, let me show you how the master do it." Remus cracked his knuckles and sat down, taking the controller into his hands.

Alice was quietly writing her homework. Annabeth was reading a book in the armchair. Percy and Frank were fighting over a Nintendo switch. The door burst open and Kat hurled in, making them look up and drop the switch.

"My roomies are out! I'm going to kidnap those two." With that she hooked one arm around Alice and one arm around Annabeth, dragging them out the door into 4D. Alice marveled her strength.

Once they reach her room, she let them go. "I've already texted Rachel, Hazel, Lily, Piper, and Marlene. How do you feel about a Girl's Night?"

It all happened like a blur but suddenly he was alone in his dorm with Percy. Frank reached down and picked up his switch.

"I sure do hope it's not broken." He muttered, brushing it off.

"I think I'm stuck." Peter struggled to rise from his seat in front of Pac man.

"I could of sworn there was gorilla glue on that seat. Wormtail, take off your pants." James muttered, trying to pry his best mate from the seat. Finally after a lot of wiggling, they got Peter out of that chair, albeit clad in a pair of boxers.

It was about seven thirty when they left, James with slime all over his hair, Remus with pink feathers stuck in random places, Sirius had nearly dried, and Peter was still in his underwear. They decided (after several games of rock scissor paper) to go to ChickFillA for dinner. After they got Peter a new pants of course. He can't go around with Sirius' jacket around his waist forever.

They all ordered and sat in a booth, listening to James rant about why Lily Evans is absolutely in love with him. They were all secretly cheering when the food finally arrived, making even James Potter's big mouth shut up.

"England didn't have fast food this good, sure beats fish and chips!" Sirius said, mouth full of food, earning a frown from Remus. Remus had always been the mother hen of their group, making them behave and reeling them in when they crossed the line.

"Hmmph, I still think normal fries is better than waffle fries." James mumbled, though it didn't stop him from stealing a couple of Peter's.

"Only because this way you can't see how many fries you can shove in your nose." Remus stated as he swatted James' stray hand that came close to his food.

Even after all the food was gone, the four boys sat there sipping cokes, talking about the past two weeks and helping Peter catch up on what happened. In return, Peter told them about his roommates in the all boys dorm.

"...huge, muscular guys named Crabbe and Goyle. They're really scary and not all that bright but are extremely tough. We watched a scary movie and they barely flinched. There's also Mulciber, he got a whole bunch of tattoos and a twisted sense of humor. He also a a hairless cat that really likes me(because his animagus form is a rat, get it?). They also hang out with your brother a lot, Sirius."

Sirius rolled his eyes. "Ah, I see. Itty bitty Reggy got himself a couple groupies. How nice." Sirius never really liked his brother, who was only ten months younger then him so was in the same year as him. Being the younger and more obedient one of the Black brothers, he was the one their parents spoiled and fuzzed over. Sometimes Sirius thinks his brother does it on purpose, all to show him who's better. It annoyed him to no end.

Remus cleared his throat, finally breaking the uncomfortable silence that settled upon them. "It's getting late, we should head back."

The girls were all decked out in pajamas and chilling in Kat's dorm. Marlene was giving Hazel a gold pedicure on the rug as they giggled about Freddie Stroma. Lily was wrapping her wet hair in a green towel after taking a shower (she showers in the evening, just like that weirdo James).

"Very Christmasy." Kat commented on the combination of red and green.

"Christmasy isn't a word." Annabeth called from the couch she was lying on, in a pile of blankets, hugging Kat's giant crocodile plushie.

"Is too."

"Nope, I just looked it up. Nonexistent." Annabeth held a dictionary up in the air.

"Are you reading a dictionary? Annie, I expect better of you. This is a sleepover, a girl's night. You, are supposed to be having fun. Not read an Oxford dictionary." Rachel shook her head disapprovingly, snatching away the heavy book against the blonde girl's protest.

Alice was going through Kat's CD collection on the shelf by the door. "Ooooh, I love this song." She popped the disk into the stereo as music began to play. The girls looked up as a familiar song began to play.

"You don't have to look like a movie star

Ooh I think you're good just they way you are

Tell me if you could would you up and run away with me

You don't have to roll like a billionaire

Baby I would go with you anywhere

We don't need no gold we'll be shining anyway we'll see.." They laughed as they sang along to Britney Spears. Piper grab Annabeth's hand and pulled her off the couch, spinning her around in a circle when they got to the chorus. Soon all of them were dancing or at least swaying to the beat(Hazel did just get a pedicure).

"What is it? A T-Rex? Oh, a bear. Goldilocks and The Three Bears." Alice guessed correctly and Hazel swiped her finger across the phone for the next card.

The were playing charades on an app on Piper's phone. One person guessing, another holding the phone which is showing them what the should act, and the rest of them acting it out. Currently, they were playing the fairytale mode. The next one was Rapunzel. Piper was pretending to brush Marlene's hair as Kat pretended to ride her crocodile. Lily and Rachel were miming tripping over the long hair and Annabeth found a flashlight out of nowhere and was shining it on Marley's hair. The combination of actions was very confusing.

"What the heck is that?" Alice surveyed the scene in front of her confusedly. "I give up." She groaned and lobbed a pillow over to make them stop. It was giving her a headache.

"Flowers gleam and glow..." Hazel sang as Alice buried her face in her hand, laughing. Only after Hazel's singing did she finally recognize what the others were acting.

Suddenly the door opened and three boys walked in. "Holy shit.." The boys looked around, unable to believe their eyes. "Sorry, wrong room." The door closed and opened a minute later. "This is the right room. Kat..."

Said girl leaped up and shoved them all in to the hall and closed the door behind her. "Out. I can explain, but you are not going to interrupt my sleepover." She stated.

"But it's our room!" James protested.

Sirius just grinned lecherously. "You know, we don't mind sharing the room..." Remus stomped on his foot while James elbowed him in the stomach. "Padfoot!"

"Jeez, I was just kidding.."

Kat narrowed her eyes and glared at Sirius for one whole minute, not blinking, scaring the shist out of Sirius. With that out of the way, she grinned and turned to Remus and James. "You can go in to get your stuff and then go next door to Percy and Frank's room or go find Grover. Do whatever you bros do in your free time. Watch football, burp the alphabet, whatever. In return, you get to kick me out when you have Peter over. Deal? Good." After that was done, she ushered the boys in, keeping an eye on Sirius.

With that, the night continued.

Eh, not my best work. Tell me what you think. Just thought the last part was kind of fitting for Sirius, even if he meant it as a joke. Also no offense to the guys, but my sister was quite sure burping the alphabet is what all male species did at least once in their life... Artemis agrees, so yeah.

I'm not going write a long author's note because I have *goes and count* three reviews making me update my other fic.

So review. Peace out.
