Hello and welcome back to the next chapter of Tales of Tamers Xilla. My hype for writing got kick into over drive since watching the latest episode of the Digimon reboot. It certainly spark some new ideas for me. Any way let get to the story. We have finally reach the return to Fenmount. Disclaimer: I don't own Digimon, Tales of Xilla, Bleach,, and Sword art online. They all belong to there respected creators. Now on with the show.
Recap
Last time on Tales of Tamers Xilla, the gang were able to escape the king guards and made it back to Xian Du. It was there they spoke to Yurgen to see if he can get the wyverns ready to go. They got quite the surprise when Alvin show up. He sent the guards on a wild goose chase to show the gang he was on there side. Being unsure of Alvin intentions they let him come back to keep an eye on him. They soon got to the wyverns and took to the skies. But when they were flying to their destination, they were attack by the monster nick name the king of the sky call the Predtobonrec. It force them to make a crash landing in the town of Sharilton. From there they fought the Predtobonrec and slay the monster. They son reunited with their old friend Driselle. They decide to rest for the night for the injure wyvern and Alvin to recover. During that time Takato told Jude how his mother was kill by a hollow call the Kuro Ryuga.
The prince made an oath that he will one day kill the hollow and avenge his mother. Jude offer his support to his friend as the two went to rest before they begin their return to Fenmount.

Chapter 16
Return to Fenmount
Takato POV: The next morning we all meet in the town plaza. I saw Jude and Milla coming. "Where Alvin?" Jude ask. "He not here yet." I said. "He probably figuring out his next lie." Elize said. "That not true." Jude said to her as he knell to her. "What does everyone else think of Alvin. Would you feel safe going in to battle with him?" Milla ask as she look at us. "He just trying to help out his mom right? I a sucker for that kind of stuff." Leia said. "I'm worry he'll be unable to deal with that way of life much longer." Rowen said. Elize huff. "Don't forget Alvin was the one to save me from the bad guys." Teepo said. "He made look shady, but deep down I know he a good guy." I said. "What do you think?" Jude ask her. "We need to keep up our guard around him until he reveal his hand. He remains trustworthy in battles at least." She said. "Now now it not cool to talk about someone behind their back." Alvin said as he show up. "I don't care." Elize said.
"What can I say you guys are my only allies." He said. "That make everyone let be off." Milla said. "Please wait." Elize said as she look at Rowen. "Rowen are you really going to fight with your old buddy?" Teepo ask. Rowen close his eyes. "It is my fault Nachtigal became the man he is now. I am prepare to fight him should the time comes." He said. "You have our support." Jude said. "Don't worry I got your back." Leia said. "I got your back too." Teepo said. "Thank you everyone." Rowen said. 'Don't worry I'll pick up your denture if you drop them old man." Alvin said. "Please do." Rowen said as he smirk. "Pff hahaha, walk right into that one." I said laughing at him. 'I guess we're all ready." Jude said. "One more thing, Takato do you still intent to kill Nachtigal? It won't bring back lord Cline.' Rowen said with a serious expression. "I close my eyes and look away. "Maybe not, but he need to be stop. Now let go." I said. "He is right let be off." Milla said as we got on the wyverns and took to the skies.
It only took us a few hours to reach the out skirts of Fenmount in the Barnauer highroad. "I believe we need to just follow this road to Fenmount." Milla said. "Yeah let go." Jude said as we got moving. After awhile of walking we notice it start to get dark. "It got dark all of a sudden." Leia said in surprise. I chuckle at her. "It the night clime, that mean that Fenmount is ahead." I said as we came to the city. When we did we saw the city look like it was in a panic. 'What going on?' Jude ask worry. "Hey look!" Leia shout as she point to the distance to see smoke. "Isn't that where the lab is?" I ask. "The lance of Kresnik is there, let go." Milla said. We rush over to the research district. When we got there we saw several people were outside hurt. One of them was a guard. "Are you ok?" Jude ask as he ran over and took off the guard helmet. "Mr. Eldin." He said.
"Doc? Doctor Jude?' Eldin ask. "Be still your hurt pretty bad." Jude said as he start to heal him. "Listen to me doc. She trick us, one of the researchers was actually an Auj Oule spy. When I try to arrest her, she blew up the entire testing chamber." Eldin said. "We'll carry the wounded to the hospital." A doctor said as he Eldin to move. "It look like Gaius is making a move." Jude said. "We can't waste ant time let hurry." I said as Milla stop me. "Hold on Takato, tell me why you were in Fenmount?" She ask me. I let out a sigh. "One of my father spies heard rumors of a new weapon so father sent me and one other to find out what." I said. I then grin. "But I'm done listening to that dick." I said. "Good to know we can count on you." Jude said. 'Now if were done grilling me let move." I said as we enter the lab. Once inside we quickly head to where the lance was. But when we got there, the door was seal tight.
"Now what, doesn't sound like knocking will get us in." Alvin said. "And my kido artes won't be enough to break through this." I said. Milla pull out her sword and started to slash at the door. "The lance of Kresnik is behind this door!" Milla shout piss. "There go to be another way in, let look for it." Jude said. "Let look for a computer, that could help follow me." I said. "You know where one is?" Alvin ask. "I was spring on this place duh." I said as we went to the upper level. Then when we heard a noise. "What was that?" Jude ask. "Let check it out." I said as we went into a room. It was a tank room like before. On the floor was the mayor of Hamil. We rush to the woman side. "Are you ok." Milla ask. "I don't know anything I'm sorry." The mayor said scare. "What she doing here?" Elize ask. "They did say that the Rashugal army invaded the village." Milla said. "Ah all the villagers frozen solid, he came back to us. Don't give up.' The mayor said as she went limp. Her body then dissolve into flecks of light.
"Oh no mayor." Elize cry as she grab onto me. I pat her head to comfort her. The villagers were frozen solid? Presa said a spirit power was use on the village. So it was cause by an ice spirit. This make no sense. "It prof. Haus all over again." Jude said. "They were frozen solid. This is what Gaius's henchwoman meant when she said the power of a great spirit was use." Rowen said.
This woman was knocking on death door. She might have been delusional." Alvin said. "I'm not sure about that Uncle. There could be a spirit that can use ice." I said. "Either way this is unforgivable." Milla said. "Jude there a computer." I said as I point to the platform. 'Right." He aid as we went up and he got to work. "Can this contraption help us." Milla ask. "It might let us look in on the lance, here the video feed." He said. We saw it show the room was empty. "There nothing there." Leia said. "The lance of Kresnik is gone. Did the explosion destroy it?" Milla ask. "Surely it would leave some wreckage behind.' Rowen said.
"Maybe it was move before the explosion. Question is where thou?" I ask. "Look.' Jude said as the video show Agria. "That the girl from last time." Milla said. "Hey what she got there? " Alvin said as the scene exploded. "It look like someone discover her ruse so she detonated a bomb.' Milla said. "But isn't she a Auj Oule spy. If I was in her shoes I wouldn't risk my life even if my cover was blown." Jude said. "In the game of espionage a dead body can still provide valuable intel." I said. "Then how about this, she plan ton blow up the lance all along. But Mr. Eldin finding her was a coincidence." Jude said. "If Jude theory is true, it likely she didn't knew the lance has left the facility." Rowen said. "With means she looking where the lance was taken." I said. "In eiter case we might find something out if we catch her." Milla said. "According to the time stamp on the video, the explosion happened half an hour ago." Jude said.
"Then she probably still in the city." Leia said. "Then let get looking." I said as we quickly left the lab and into the city plaza. "So where could she be?" Milla ask. ',Looking for someone Takbou." A voice said as we turn to see Argo be hind us. "Argo what you doing here?" I ask. "It a good think I ran into you. I got word from one of my contacts that Erika chick your looking for is in town.' She said. "What where?' I ask. 'No clue." She said as she shrug her shoulders. "Ah Takato care to introduce your friend?" Jude ask. "That kid, is Takato informant Argo the rat." Alvin said. Rowen walk up to Argo. 'Wait I know you your lady Amelia of house Raggos." He said. Argo grin "Figure you recognize me old man." She said. "She a member of one noble house?" ask Milla. 'Sure am blondie. See My family are a family of spymasters and info brokers. We get the dirt on on any one if the price is right. Me and my big bro are the best. So Takbou you look like you need a hand." Argo said.
Leia and Elize giggle. "Takbou?" The staff user ask. "Just a nick name she has for me." I said as I turn to Argo. "We're looking for Agria." I said. "Miss crazy hot head? I saw her by the hotel." She said. "Really thanks Argo I'll pay you later. Let move guys." I said as we ran for the hotel. When we got there we quickly spot Agria with 2 researchers who are most likely spies. "There she is the girl in red." Milla said Agria then turn and saw us. She let out a mad smile. "I know you, yes yes yes I finally finish you off and it not even my birthday." She said excited. She then look at me. "Hey runt why are you still hanging with these losers?" She ask. "Things changes Agria, besides I grown fond of them." I said. "Sorry to interrupt your little psychotic episode, but we really need to ask you something." Milla said. "Hahaha why would I answer you clods, not even the runt can tell me to." Agria said as she laugh. "I'm not short damnit!" I shout at her.
"Wait have I seen you before?" Rowen ask Agria. She look at him. "Is it possible are you lady Nadia of house Travis?" He ask. Agria look shock as she took a step back. "I seem to be correct." Rowen said. "So what she a noble?" I ask. " Yes, but what would compel the heiress of one of the 6 ruling houses to spy for Auj Oule?" He ask. Agria glare at him. "I don't know anything about that stinkin house. I'm Agria the shadowless of the Chimaerid." She said. "The Chimaerid again." Jude said as everyone look at me. "Guess I should have mention she was a member." I said nervously. "Which prove your working for Gaius." Milla said. "What it to you?" Agria ask. "You try to destroy the lance of Kresnik." Milla said. "Well duh hahaha." Agria said. "We what to destroy it too Agria, we can work together." I said. "It you know where the lance is then tell us." Milla said. Agria look like she was trying not to laugh at us. "Hahaha like I tell you anything." She said.
"Please you want to destroy it for the same reason we do right, cause it dangerous." Leia said. Agria glare at her. "You reek." She said as Leia guff. "Hahaha I got an great idea. Before I destroy the lance, I'll use it to blast Rashugal into itty bitty bits." Agria said. "What is your problem!" Leia shout. "You mean besides she completely out of her mind." Moeru Ryu said. "We're working our butts off to save the world and you think it funny to get in our way." Leia said. "You really do stink." Agria said. "What are you 5." Leia retort with her hands on her hips. Agria stand straight. "You think you can fill the world with rainbows and kittens just by working hard." She said as she bend backwards laughing. "That sweet reek of yours is giving me brain decay." She said. "What is your beef with hard work!" Leia shout. "Zip it you pimple or I'll pop you!" Agria shout. "Excuse me." Leia said. "Agria pull out her weapon.
"I still remember the pain you cause me that day." She said. "She making my head hurt." Milla said as we got ready for them. "Tell me about it, here they come." I said.
Heroes vs Agria
"Tiger blade!" Alvin shout as he took out the 1st goon with his sword. "Blue sphere!" Rowen shout as he drop a water ball on to the other one. That only leave us with Agria. "Grr if you want something done right you got to do it your self, Flare bomb!" She shout as she threw a fire bomb at us. "Teepo spray!" Elize shout as Teepo shot the green vomit to put it out. "Damn brat, Burning wheel!" Agria shout as she shot a flame ring at Elize. "Shit Rising fang!" I shout as I flash step in from of her and cut through the flames. Jude charge at Agria. "Aqua sweep!" He shout as he hit her in the chest with a water infuse kick. "Shimmer spin!" Milla shout as she spun and swung at the crazy girl. Agria quickly jump back to avoid being cut. "Enough of this Grand fire!" She shout as she shot a large fire blast at Leia. She roll out of the way and rush at Agria with her staff glowing white. "I spin like a tornedo." She said as she nail Agria with a barrage of strikes that send her into the air. Leia jump after her.
"And strike like a shooting star." She said as she dive at Agria. "Soul stoke celebration!" Leia shout as she slam her staff into Agria gut and slam her into the ground. Agria cry out and land on her back. Milla rush at her and hold her sword to Agria head. "I should warn you, I'm still getting use to the sensation of sweating during exertion." Milla said. "And with her clumsy sword grip and well it best you tell us what we want to know." I said. Agria huff. "There a secret passage way that run under the lab, it connect to Orda palace." She said. "And that is?" Milla ask. "It the palace Nachtigal rules from." Jude said. "So it there." I said. "I never heard of this passage." Rowen ask. "Is it still usable?" I ask. "Only if your a worm, it cave in now." Agria said. "Great." I said. "Agria then quickly crawl on the ground to move away from us. "Hey get back here!" Leia shout. "Maxwell one of these days I'm going to rip that pretty face of your into pieces!" Agria shout. She look at me. "And you my prince, I'll be sure to teach you some respect." She said as she then turn to Leia.
"And you pimple, work work work as hard as that scrawny body of yours can handle and you still wind up with only two things jack and shit." She said. "Why do you say things like that!" Leia shout at her as Agria ran off. " That girl has some serious issues." Leia said. I pat her on the back. "She always like that, don't let her get to you." I said. "Orda palace the enemy stronghold." Milla said. "We should be careful." Jude said. "I know let check it out." She said. "Right let go." I said. Nachtigal I hope your ready I'm coming for you.

Jude: The time have come to take down King Nachtigal once and for all. This is for the sake of everyone in Rieze Maxia. But I more concern in how far Takato is willing to go. I hope he don't lose himself in his hatred. Next time on Tales of Tamers Xilla: Chapter 17: The fall of a king. Let hope it all work out.
