Hello and welcome back to the next chapter of Tales of Tamers Xilla. Today we'll be doing the final chapter of arc 3 war. As I said last time, This chapter will be intense and crazy. Recap
Last time on Tales of Tamers Xilla, the gang continue on through Fezebel marsh in the effort to stop Giland and destroy the lance of Kresnik. Of course they have to fight through both armies. After wards they have a run in with the Chimaerid members Wingul, Presa, and Jiao. Wingul was berating Rowen about his inactions that lead Nachtigal down the path that cause him to become the tyrant he was. They then went on about Gaius plan to use the lance of Kresnik to unite Rieze Maxia now that Rashugal have lost their king. Deciding they won't let them claim the lance for themselves, the gang face off with the Chimaerid. They defeated the warriors and continue their hunt for Giland and the lance. Unknown to them Erika and an unknown figure plot behind the scenes.

Chapter 20
Return of the knight
Takato Pov: After defeating the Chimaerid, we came to a basin where the lance of Kresnik sat on a chiff. We saw below if was my father, surrounding him were the bodies of several dozen Rashugal soldiers. "Look like your old man didn't hold back against them." Moeru Ryu said. That just like him Ryu, he never shows mercy to his foes. "Father!" I shout getting his attention. He turn and look at us. "So you defeated the Chimaerid." He said. "I cannot say I'm surprise you came to the battle yourself." Rowen said. "Of course it my path." Father said. Milla look at me and Jude as we nod at her. She nod back and walk to father. "Answer me, why do you want the lance of Kresnik?" She ask. "With it I will protect the people of this world. I shall gather all such sources of power and place them under my control." He said. "You plan to control them with that." I said. "He right there a fine line between protecting and domination. The lance will become the bane of the very people you seek to protect. This path of yours of yours will lead to ruin." Milla said.
"Preposterous I will never falter as long I have the will" Father said. "And yet you over look one crucial fact." Milla said. "And that is?" He ask. "Power corrupts it always does." I said. "Indeed can you guarantee who ever inherit the lance will share your vision and your will. I'm sure Takato will not." Milla said. "Damn right I won't, it I become king I'm gonna have the lance destroy so no one can abuse it power." I said. My father didn't say anything. "Eventually those who follow will succumb to the lance's power. They will destroy your legacy and themselves, it just human nature your history prove this." Milla said. Harsh Milla but kind of true. My father turn around to face us. "Then I will change the course for history." He said. "In the end you too show yourself to be human." She said. He huff. "Of course it because I'm human that I yearn for a peaceful Rieze Maxia just like Maiko." He said. "Maiko?" Elize ask. 'My mother." I said as I look at father.
"She always wanted the world to be at peace but not like this." I said. "But I suppose you only see it as greed and ambition." He said. "Gaius for the last time I will not give you the lance. Will you stand down?" Milla ask. Father pull out his long sword. "Never." He said as he got into a stance. "I thought you might understand. But regardless the lance of Kresnik must be destroy." Jude said. "Yes for the state of future generations." Rowen said. "We need to end this here and now." Leia said. "Yes we can't stop now." Elize said. "We'll stand by Milla, I thing you know what happen next." Alvin said. "We will prevail." Milla said. But I step infront of them. "No let me handle this." I said. "What you can't be serious!" Leia shout. Milla put her sword away. "Takato have made his choice. This his his battle, we must respect his decision." She said. "You sure about this?" Jude ask. "I am I need to do this." I said. "Very well best of luck." Rowen said.
"Thank you." I said as I walk up to father until I was a few feet from him. "So you intend to face alone Takato?" Father ask. "I do, I'm going to be the one to stop you." I said. He smirk. "Well then my son, I'm curious on how much you improve. Show me your strength and resolve." He said. "You ready partner?" I ask my zanpaktuo. "Always my friend let show him what we're made of." he said. I draw my sword and stab it into the ground. "Gladly father, behold this is my full power as a soul reaper BanKai!" I shout as I was engulf by a twister of flames. When it clear I has change. I was now wearing red and sliver armor. The chest plate has a red dragon head symbol in the center while red lines ran down the sides. On my forearms were sliver gauntlets with red finger like claws and three red spikes on the elbow. My shoulders pads were a pair of dragons heads. My legs were cover by sliver armor with red rings on the shins and three claws like toes.
On my back were a pair of vents. My helmet was a dragon head with gold eyes. There were two horns on the back of it. My sword look like it seal state. only with small red blades pointing upward to the tip of the sword. The hilt was a dragon head with the blade leaving the mouth. "So cool." Elize and Teepo said. "There so much Mana coming of of him." Milla said. "It over whelming." Jude said. "Impress father, This my BanKai Shinku Moeru Ryuo no Ha!" I shout. He only smirk at me. "I am, now let see what your capable of!' He shout as we charge at each other.
Takato vs Gaius
I flash step to get close to him. I quickly slash my sword at him. He was able to block my strike in time. "Beast!" He shout as he create a red energy lion head as it try to bite at me. I smirk as I simply punch at it shattering it. I then jump back as my sword was cover in flames. "Nensho Surasshu!" I shout as I shot the fire slash at him. He roll out of the way in time. "Hm take this Demon wave!" He shout as swung and sent a shockwave at me. I just side step it. "My turn." I said as fire burst from the vents on my back as the became a pair of fire wings. "Moeru danmaku!" I shout as my wings flap and sent several fire blast at my father. Father stood his ground as he swiftly cut through each blast with ease. "Not a bad effort my son, you have grow strong. But not strong enough to match me, but it time to end this." He said. "For once I agree." I said as I switch to a reverse grip. This will be it the last strike. Let hope I can make it count. "Let give it all we got." Moeru Ryu said. Right! My blade was soon cover by red energy.
"Awaken! The inferno cries out into oblivion!" Father shout as he hurls a large fire ball at me. "Beware the sword of the dragon king!" I shout as we charge at it and each other. "Absolute domination!/Ryugonken!" We shout as we both slash at the fire ball. Our clash cause an explosion. When the smoke clears the two of us were a few feet from each other with our back turn. I soon fell to my knees as My armor shatters and my sword return to normal. Guess I lost this one. I notice father has a cut on his right shoulder. He smirk. "Well done Takato but you still have much to learn." He said. "I'll beat you next time." I said as the others ran to us. "Father saw this and fire a shock wave to stop them in their tracks. "You are formidable." Milla said. "And are no less then I expected if you withstand that attack." He said. "Never the less the lance of Kresnik will be mine!" He shout as he glow red. "I don't like the look of that." Leia said worry.
"Damn where is he?" I heard Alvin whisper to himself. Huh what he talking about. Something doesn't feel right about this. "Farwell." Father said as suddenly a pair of swords came at him. He quickly parry them away. "Who dares?" He ask. That when some one land in front of the lance of Kresnik. It was Ivar. Great why is this dumbass here? "Ivar to the rescue." The handmaid said. "Ivar why are you here? " Milla ask confuse. "Lady Milla once your powers are restore, you be able to give that pretender a serious smiting." He said as he show the key to the lance. "What are you doing!" Father shout. "Oh shit!" I shout. It Ivar put the key in the lance were done for. 'Hahaha pay attention Jude, I show you what separate the handmaid from the boys." Ivar said as he ran to the lance and slam the key into it. "No you stuid fucker!" I shout. The lance start to power up. No this is not good. We watch as the barrel open up as the device activated.
"See what I did phony, if call saving the day look it up." Ivar said smugly. That it if I don't die from this I'm gonna kill him and his soul! 'Now the power of the 4 great spirits shall be revived!' He shout. We all start to glow purple as we can feel the lance start to absorb our mana. I could barley stand let alone move. The draining soon stop as we saw the lance shot a large energy beam into the sky. In the distance the beam punch a whole in the sky leaving a large hole? A large gust of wind blew against us. "What happen?" Jude ask. "It can't be. I-it broke through it all." Milla said with a fearful look. This is the first time I saw her being afraid. What is she talking about, what was broken?" "So I was mistaken, the lance was never a weapon at all." She said. "It the lance not a weapon then what the hell is? Milla what are you not telling us?" I ask. But then an explosion went off near of as something shot at us. "Takato above you!" Moeru Ryu said as I look up. What look like energy shots rain out of the hole and hitting the ground.
We watch coming out of the hole appear to be flying ships? Can today get any crazier. For spirits sake what the hell is going on! "Takato do you sense that a massive source of mana have appear by the hole." Moeru Ryu said as I look at the hole. I could see a glowing figure. Suddenly a massive blue orb appear. It look like it start to crush the fying ship to bits as the hole as close Stup. 'What are those?" Leia ask. "Someone please cover my eyes I'm scare.' Teepo cry. "A fleet of ships that sail in the sky." Father said. "I finally done it." A voice said. We look to see Giland by the lance. He was different. He was wearing a blue coat and black pants. His hair was comb back to reveal na white mark on the left halve of his face. "Giland what is going on?' Alvin ask. "Your telling me that Giland?" Milla ask. "If Argo's info is was right he the leading of Exodus, I'll explain later." I said. "Damn it you son of a bitch!" Alvin shout as he try to shoot at Giland. But suddenly an icicle shot by his head. What the, how did he do that?
"Were you the one that attack Hamil?" Father ask. "Yes that was the handy work of my spirit Celsius." Giland said as we took out a device. It glow blue as a woman appear next to him. She her shin was a dark tan. She wore a black sleeveless top and a long white skirt that was cut in the middle. Her left arm was cover by long blue glove while the other was bare. Her left leg has a knee high black stocking with a pair of blue boots. Her hair was an icy blue tie into two spikey pig tails. Her left eye was cover by an white eye patch while the other was red. So this is the spirit that attack Hamil. "The spirit Celsius, I never heard the name before." Milla said. "You dare lay a hand on my people for that you will pay!" Father shout as he try to charge at Giland. But a ship shot at him to stop him where he was. More shot came down at us as we saw people in black floating down to Giland. "There outfits their like Sliver's, are they Exodus agents?
One of them walk to Giland. "Are you Giland of Exodus?" He ask. "Yes I am, that the woman right over there." He said as he point at Milla. "Exodus!" Milla shout. She glare at him. "Where you the one who told Nachtigal about spyrix!" She shout. Giland grin at her. "Don't kill that woman, it could ruin everything. Do what you wish with the others." He said.. That when something land behind Giland. It was a large lizard man with black skin. It wore black, blue and grey armor on it body that has yellow lighting bolts mark on it. There was a lone tail that lash around behind it. It has short red hair and yellow eyes. On it back was a pair of wings made of white energy. In it right arm was a large lance. "Remember our deal human." He said. 'Of course Darkdramon, he right over there." Giland said as he point to me. Darkdramon? Shit he a Digimon. Darkdramon look at me and grin. "So I finally found you Tamer of the Hazard." He said. "So you did. So did the 7 sent you like your pals, Apemon and Digmon?' I said. "They did, but I'm little disappointed." He said.
"Oh how that?" I ask. "I came to face a legend. The one who face the twelve Devas. The one would would rebel against Zhuqiaomon one of the 4 sovereigns. The one who lead the charge against the chaos D-reaper! The royal knight Gallentmon! Not some weak human, Why are you like this? Why are you so weak answer me Takato Matsuki!" He scream at me. "Gallentmon, Matsuki what are you talki-" I stop as my head suddenly start to hurts. I grab the side of my head. "Moeru Ryu what happening? My head." I said. "I don't know hang on." He said. That when it happen, like a dam breaking hundreds of images and voices exploded into my head. "I have a plan leave it to me." One said. Henry. "I'm with you Takato." A girl voice said. Jeri. "We got your back Chumley." "You can count on us." Two more said. Kazu and Kenta. "It been awhile guys." Ryo. It then went all black. I turn around to see the red hair girl from my Visions. Her face finally clear to me. Her blue eyes looking at me with a deep kindness as he smile at me. I can feel my heart breaking.
"Thanks for always being there for me gogglehead." she said. "Rika!" I scream as I try to reach for her. Suddenly I found myself back in the marsh. i remember everything and I know what I need to do. "Takato are you ok?" Jude ask concern. "I'm fine, in fact I'm better then ever." I said as I pull out my device, no my D-arc. i point in infront of me. "Guilmon realize!" I shout as it flash and a figure form in front of us. It was a red dinosaur a bit bigger then Elize. He has a white belly with a black hazard mark on his chest. There are black ring on it arms, thighs and the base of it tail. It eyes were yellow while it has a pair of bat wing ears. This is my oldest friend and my partner Guilmon. "It been a long time hasn't it Guilmon." I said with a smile. 'Takatomon is it playtime?" He ask me. "No boy, we got work to do." I said as we look at Darkdramon. The mega was laughing now. "Yes now we're talking. Now killing you will be wroth it." He said.
'Takato what is going on?" Ash a confuse Leia. "Watch and be amaze.' I said as I look at Darkdramon. "I hope your ready your able because I'm about to show you what a Digimon tamer can do." I said as I look at Guilmon. "You with me boy?" I ask. "Always." He said. I press my D-arc to my chest. "Biomerge activate!" I shout as we were cover by a flash of light.

When the light clear the two of us have became one. I was a tall knight with white armor with Guilmon hazard mark on my chest. My shoulders and kneecap were red with gold edges. There was a red cape hanging off my back. Guilmon face became my helmet helm. In my right hand was a lance and a large round shield in my left. I look at my friends with my golden eyes. They look quite shock. "By the spirits." Rowen said. "So cool!" Shout Teepo amaze by what he saw. "Takato?" Jude ask. "I'll explain everything later, get out of here. We'll meet at Kalanbar." I said as I turn to Darkdramon. "Follow me, we're goin to some where with more room." I said "Gladly." He said as we flew away from the others. We soon came to a clearing a bit always. We stare each other down. "Finally I get to fight the mighty Gallentmon." He said. "Then come at me." I said.
Gallentmon vs Darkdramon
"With pleasure Gigastick lance!" He shout as he charge at me and stab his lance toward me. I use my own to parry of all of his attacks. I then kick him in the chest to knock him back. I then quickly slab him in the shoulder. "Not bad." He said. "You haven't see anything yet." I said as I held my lance up as blue energy begin to build up in it. "Lighting joust!" I shout as I thrust forward and fire a blue beam of lighting at him. Darkdramon use his lance to block as it force him back. "Die Terrible gaze!" He shout as he shot a pair of lasers from his eyes. I quickly jump to the side to dodge it. I notice they turn around and came back. I turn and use my shield to block. Darkdramon let out a enrage growl as I look at him. "Is that all you got?" I ask him. "Enough of this, no more playing around. I will kill you here and now. Dark roar!" He shout as he shot a large black energy ball at me. I swung my lance upward to cut it in half. The halves flew pass me as they explode on the ground. "No this can't be happening to me." He said in fear.
I raise my shield up as the symbols on it start to light up. "It over Shield of the just!" I shout as I fire a red beam from my shield. It slam into Darkdramon as he cry out being dissolve into data bits. Look like we still got it boy. "That we do Takatomon." he said. 'So care to explain this partner?" Ask Moeru Ryu. "Who was that Takatomon?" Guilmon ask. "I'll explain later boy, right now we have company." I said as I saw someone driving a motorcycle to me. "It been awhile huh Beelzebumon." I said as he grin at me.

Rowen: The battle of Fezebel marsh came to a strange end as group reunite in Kalanbar. There Takato and Milla wish to reveal something that could change how we view the world. Next time on Tales of Tamers Xilla: Chapter 21: The truth of it all. I wonder how it will turn out.
And done. Man this chapter was crazy. Takato is back to his old self, question is how and why. Any way next it the Exodus arc which will be a short one, about 4 chapters. Until then this been Crimson Dragonic blazing out!
