Hello and welcome back to the next chapter of Tales of Tamers Xilla. Last we learn about the Schism and how the Tamers came to this world. Things are going to be intense. At the rate I'm going getting the story type up, I might be able to finish before the end of next month. Maybe sooner if I'm not busy, with stuff. Also I started watching Digimon ghost game and it kind of dark, it a much more serious tone you normally get from Digimon. Anyway enough about that let get to the chapter. Recap
Last time on Tales of Tamers Xilla, after defeating Darkdramon Takato was greeted by his old friend Beelzebumon. He has ask the Digimon how thy came to this world. Beelzebumon said Erika would fill them in at the Xiaolin temple. When they arrive they found their friends have met up there after escaping the marsh. They also met the spirit Muzet who claim to be Milla elder sister. From there they ran into Gaius and the Chimaerid. Gaius question both Milla and Takato about what happen in Fezebel marsh. Milla reveal she cast a spirit arte call Schism to create Rieze Maxia to separated it from a world call Elympios in order to protect spirits from the Spyrixes. As for Takato he told them about his past life as a Digimon tamer. But he was still missing some memories as to how he came to Rieze Maxia. Fortunely Erika appear to fill in the blanks. She told them the Tamers were kill by a group of Digimon call the Seven demon lords.
They were targeting Takato, why she wouldn't say. Erika and several others has the Tamers reincarnated between the two worlds because the demon lord are going to return for revenge against the Tamers. This left everyone with much to think about as they rest for the night in order to ready themselves to face Exodus and retake Kalanbar. Mean while Takato vows to get to Elympios to find Rika.

Chapter 22
Air assult
Takato POV: The next morning we all met outside the temple. "How do you intend to hijack a ship dock in the sky?" Rowen ask. "We'll use the wyverns in the castle." Wingul said. "Oh sweet!" I shout in glee. "Your still not allow to ride them." Father said. 'Shit, still mad about huh." I said. "What the problem?" Impmon ask. "When I was 13 me and Agria took one of the wyverns on a joy ride around town." I said. "I still don't get how you got it into the Inn." Presa said as she face palm. "You have to get there first." Milla said. "I have no intention of sneaking into my own castles." Father said. "We shall march up the main road and reclaim it." Wingul said. "What you can't be serious." Jude said. "Of course they are goody two shoes." I said. "Indeed at the very least you should spilt into two groups and cause a diversion." Rowen said. "Keep your tactics to yourself you old fart." Agria said. "Takato, Jude you know what you have to do." Father said.
"Of course I have to help Milla win it that simple." Jude said while I didn't say anything. "Then let be off." Father said as he and his guards went on ahead. Presa wait for a second. 'There a path into the city off the side of the temple." She said as she went to join her comrades. "Why can't we all go together?" Ask Teepo as he whines. "Hehehe what shall we do?" Ask Muzet as she giggles. "Let see." Milla said. "We can take that side path from the temple into the city, then move across the roof tops to the castle. From there we can both capture the flying battleship and retake the castle and it soldiers." Rowen said. "Just what I expect from the Conductor." I said. "Mean while Gaius and the others will create their diversion." Yoruichi said. "Sure would be nice it they let us in on their plan." Leia said. "Let go." Milla said. We took the path that was led us to the roof top of Kalanbar.
We saw there were some Exodus agents up here. Yoruichi grin. "I got this." She said as she vanish. She soon reappear behind one of them. She tap his shoulder to get him to look at her. "Hi." She said as she punch him in the face causing him to fall of the roof. Another saw her as he open fire. She grin as she ran past the shots and knee him in the gut. She then grab him and threw him into another. "She so fast." Elize said amaze. "She isn't call the goddess of flash for nothing." I said with amuse grin. "Everyone get down." Jude said as we all lay on the roof. We look to the streets seeing father taking down the Exodus agents with ease. "He sure is strong." Elize said amaze watching him. "Yeah he is, make me wonder if he was holding back when we fought." I said. "Jude watch out!" Milla shout as we saw an Exodus agent about to shoot him. But then Father shot a light base spirit arte at the grunt taking him out.
"Don't gawk all day kid let go." Alvin said as we continue to move across the roof tops. Were getting close to the castle. I look to see Father group surrounded by Exodus. "That not good." I said. "Shouldn't we help them?" Leia ask. "Their diversion will for naught if we join them." Milla said. We soon see a group of civilians coming to Father aid. "The people really do love their king." Leia said. "They sure do." Jude said. "If I'm not mistaken isn't your job is to help Milla?" Alvin ask. "So let yo ya wimps." Impmon said. We soon got to the castle as we jump into the courtyard. We head to the wyverns cages and got them out. We soon took to the air. From there we flew to the Exodus airship. We jump off the wyverns and land on the deck of the ship. "We must commandeer the bridge." Rowen said. "Is that it up there?" Ask Alvin as he point up to a tower. "Yep that look important." I said. "Repel the hostiles" An Exodus agent said as we saw them coming.
"Show time boy" I said. "Okie doki Pyro sphere!" Guilmon shout as he shot a red energy ball from his mouth as it slam into an agent knocking him back. "Come get some ya bitches Badda boom!" Impmon shout as he threw a fire ball at one. "Palm strike!" Jude shout as he strike one in the chest. "Blade torrent!" Milla shout as she sent a yellow energy blade down onto one of them. "Dragon swarm!" Alvin shout as he use both of his weapons to cut agents down. "Teepo quake!" Elize shout as Teepo jump out of the floor and cause the ground to shake, tripping the agents. "Wind lance!" Rowen shout as he sent the wind arte to force a few of them back. "Staff rain!" Leia shout as she rapidly jabs her staff at two of them. "Fang strike!" I shout as I as I thrust my sword at one using a chain saw and knock him back. Damnit they keep coming. "Come on how many soldiers does this tub carry?" Leia ask.
"Let spilt into two groups." Jude suggested. "One group run over to the bridge and bring the ship to the ground level." He said. Alvin quickly shot down another agent. "Good Idea that way Gaius and his group can reinforce us. Then we can break through these troops." He said. "Shakkaho!" I shout as I blast an agent. "Let hope it work." I said. "All right question is who should go?" Rowen ask. Jude jump onto a agent and pin him to the ground as he punch at him. "I'm gonna stay here and fight, Milla you should go." He said. "Are you sure Jude?" Milla ask. That when we all heard a roar. "Hahaha I couldn't but hear your plan with these perfect ears of my." An annoying voice said out of n where. "Who that?" Ask Impmon. "A real pain in our ass." I said as I sigh and saw Ivar drop down in front of us. He has a large bumb on his head as he got up. "Wow that moron survive?" Alvin ask. "Damnit I was hoping he would have bit it back in the marsh." I said.
"Hit the showers fraud, the curtain just close on you. The real star of the show is here." Ivar said in a smug tone. "Thanks Ivar I could use a breather." Jude said. That seem to piss Ivar off. "No no no, this is all wrong. You're suppose to explode into a jealous rage!" Ivar shout. "Jude don't say anything." I said. "Hah you thing I'm gonna just let you play hero gangway." Ivar said as he ran for the bridge. "Let me guess that moron have a hate boner for Mr. goodie two shoes?" Impmon ask me. "You have no idea." I said. "You gotten pretty good at handling him." Alvin said to Jude. "Ivar is almost annoying as Kurosaki." I said. Yoruichi does a spin kick to knock down a few agents. "Come now Takato, Ichigo isn't that. Overall I thing the two of you are a lot of alike." She said. "I'm nothing like that strawberry hair basture." I said. "Uh." Jude said as he look at us confuse. "Don't ask just don't." I said as I saw more agent coming at us.
"Get lost!" I shout as I quickly cut them down. That better. "You good?" Moeru Ryu ask. Much better. That when we heard the ship intercom buzz. "Finally." Milla said. "I have seize control of the ship, drop your weapons and surrender." Ivar said from the bridge s the remaining agents ran off. "Ivar set us down on the ground." Jude said. "What do you think I'm trying to do, fly loop de loops? Is it this button no? This must be it." He said as part of the ship deck opens. Rising out of it was a pair of robotic tanks on four legs and on top. "For fucks sake Ivar I'm going to kill you!" I shout. "Great just what we needed today." Alvin said. "If only I have my modify cards." I said until Impmon toss me a pack of blue and green cards. "Your welcome now kick their asses." He said. I grin. go Guilmon." I said. "Right." He said. "Digi-modify Digivolvtion activate." I said as I swipe the Digivolvtion card through my D-arc as Guilmon start to glow.

Guilmon digivolve to Growlmon
My partner was now twice as big as before. He has a pair of spikes on his elbows and long white hair and two horns on his head. "So this is Digivolvtion." Milla said. "That right now go Growlmon!" I shout. "Right Dragon slash!" He shout as he swung a lighting charge claw at the first tank smashing it to bits. The second tank turn and fire a green beam at us. Growlmon use his tail to block it. "Pyro blaster!" Growlmon shout as he shot a fire blast from his mouth to destroy the machine. With them down the ship is ours. "Glad that over.' Milla said as Father and his group land next to us. "We'll take over from here." Wingul said as they walk away. "Gaius probably didn't need us at all." Jude said. "Forget him Jude." I said as Growlmon change back to normal. Father came back to us and stare. 'The ship is ours." He said as the soldiers cheer. "Let us return to the castle." He said as the ship head to the city and land by the castle.
Awhile later we found ourselves in the castle's throne room. "How long until we set sail?" Father ask. "I have every man working on the ship. It may take a few hours." Wingul said. "Well we have some time, I'm going to get some air." I said as me and Guilmon head outside. We went to the wyverns cages. I watch as Guilmon try to make friends with them. I soon heard someone behind me. I turn to see it was Milla. "Out for a walk?" I ask. "Yes I thought it will help me prepare for the coming battle." Milla said as she look at Guilmon. "He doesn't seem like the other Digimon we encounter." She said. I chuckle. "Guilmon one of a kind he couldn't hurt a fly if he wanted. But that doesn't mean he isn't helpful in a fight. He my best friend and partner, I trust him with my life." I said. "Loyalty like that is rare in this world, from what I saw from watching humans, some of them only care for themselves." She said. "It true some humans are cruel but we met some good ones like Jude and the others." I said.
She let out a smile. "Yes they are people we can count on." She said as she look at me. "You as well Takato." She said. "Good to know, then can I ask you something?" I ask. "What is it?" She ask. "Is there any means that can let you open the Schism to Elympios?" I ask. "This about wanting to see your lover isn't it, I'm afraid I'll understand human love." She said. "Love can make a man do crazy things Milla." I said. "You must really want to see her again." She said. "I do more then anything. Can you help me, I prefer not having to use the lance to do it." I said. She look away from me. "I'm sorry I cannot Takato, I must protect the Schism at all cost." She said. I sigh. "I understand stand Milla, I'm gonna see if the ship is ready. Come on boy." I said as me and Guilmon head inside. Once inside we ran into a guard. "My prince." He said. "Yes?" I ask. "I have word that the ship is ready. The king requested everyone in the throne room." He said. "Ok.' I said.
So the time has come huh. time to put an end to Exodus once and for all. I head to the throne room. I saw everyone except Milla and Jude. Jude soon came in. "Milla not with you?' Leia ask. "She spending some time with Muzet." He said. Hm Muzet from what the others told me, she appear to Jude when everyone got separated in the marsh. There something about her that make me uneasy, best to keep an eye on her. "Sorry to keep you waiting." Muzet said as she and Milla enter the room. "That was quick." Jude said. "You could say that." Milla said. "The whole gang is here let go see Gaius." Alvin said. "Hang on everyone, my father and everyone are taking this fight very seriously, we need to make sure were fully prepare." I said. "I think we are ready let go." Teepo said as we enter the throne room. There we see Wingul giving orders to the soldiers as they went to carry them out. "I see your keeping busy." Milla said.
"OF course 90% of all battles are won before they start." He said. "So at this point the fighting is a formality." Milla said. "I leave nothing to chance, that why I haven't accounted for your group yet." He said as he cross his arms. " All I expect from you is a distraction. Should you die in the process will not be disrupted." he said. "Well it nice to see that you care Wingul." I said with a roll of my eyes. "Fair enough." Milla said. "Was that true about Jiao? Did his death not disrupt your plans." Elize said. "It was not, Jiao strength was a trusted resource not a destabilizing facto like your own." Wingul said. "Jiao was not only the best Wingul, but challenge my father one on one." I said. "Were you two friends?" Teepo ask. "Friends, ah this must be how a child see the world. It doesn't matter what we were what matter now is that our military strength doesn't waver from his loss." He said. "You certainly don't make your emotions easy to read." Milla said.
"The time of battle is at hand let go." He said. We follow him to the ship. Ok it time, let do this for Rieze Maxia. Let hope we can do this with out dying. Normal POV: In the middle of the ocean was a large metal ship, this is the Zenethra the home base of Exodus. Standing on the ship deck was Ryo. He was looking out to the ocean. He heard foot steps as he turn around to see Erika. "So what the word with Takato?" He ask. "He remembers everything and I just inform him about the demons lords." She said. "It good to have him back at least we won't get caught with our pants down." He said. "They are planning to attack the Zenethra soon." She said. "Really then I should get ready then.' Ryo said. "Will you be able to turn against your father?" Erika ask. "My dad is insane, beside I know what side I'm on no need to ask." He said. "Very well best of luck then." She said as she disappear. "Well time to get to work." He said as he enter the ship.

Takato: The time has come to take down Exodus, but it prove harder then we thought. Lucky an old friend come to lend us a hand. But them things take a sudden turn as we are force to say good bye to one of our own. Next time on Tales of Tamers Xilla: Chapter 23: The end of Exodus. Damn it why is this happening.
And done. Well were getting closer to the end of this arc, only 2 chapters left to go. Will our heroes be able to defeat Exodus find out in the next chapter. Until then this been Crimson Dragonic blazing out!
