Hello and welcome back the the Next chapter of Tales of Tamers Xilla. This is chapter 2 of the final arc. The way things are going we might be able to finish the story before the month is over. Recap
Last time on Tales of Tamers Xilla, with the gang minus Alvin they decided to search for the real Maxwell. Thanks Rowen intel they begin their search with Takato's father Gaius in Fenmount in order to find Muzet. once they arrive they ran into an Elympion soldier going nuts because he was being hunted by Muzet. They subdue the soldier as Gaius appear. The gang learns that Gaius is working with the Rashugal army in a salvage operation to recover the lance of Kresnik from the bottom of the ocean. They went with him to ask him about his in counter with Muzet. They found out that Milla made a strong impression on Gaius. Takato spoke to his father to that she should destroy the lance of at least leave it be. But suddenly Muzet appear and attack them. Our heroes defeated the spirit, from there they got her to confirm there really is a other Maxwell. Also that it look like Muzet may be going mad as she escape from them with Gaius following close behind. Because of this the gang decided to head to the hollow mount to continue their search for Maxwell.

Chapter 26
The road to Maxwell part 2
Takato POV: "After our battle at sea with Muzet, we all return to the Fenmount sea heaven. "Where are Gaius and Muzet?" Leia ask. "By the direction they were heading I say they're going to Nia Kiera." I said. "You sure is that why we're here?" Jude ask Wingul. But suddenly were surrounded by guards. "What?" Rowen said surprise. "Oh son of a bitch!" I shout. "Why?" Leia ask. "What the big idea feather neck!" Teepo shout. "Explain your self Wingul." I said. "Are you going to tell us why your doing this?" Jude ask. "Because it dangerous." Wingul said. "You mean us." I said. "No just Jude." Wingul said as he look at Jude. "Why would you say that?" Leia ask. "Because having Jude meet Maxwell would impede on my father progress." I said. Wingul turn around t face away from us. "You think I would get in Gaius way?" Jude ask "Don't let them escape." Wingul said as he walk away. "Now come quietly my prince." A guard said.
"The hell I will!" I shout as I punch him in the face. "Just who the hell do you think I am!" I shout at them. This distracted them as the others took out the guards. "Wait really?" Jude ask. "Now let us find Gaius." Rowen said. 'But where to ?" Leia ask. "One place comes to mind." Rowen said. "The Nia Kiera hallow mount." Elize said. "Then let get going the sooner we get there the better." I said as we got moving. After a few hours of running from Ahadi and through Hamil, we came to Nia Kiera. We saw someone here, it was Erika. 'Hello every one." She said. "Now not really the time gloomily, in case you haven't notice were in a hurry." I said. 'I am aware Takato, I just came to tell you that you should be careful on the mountain." She said. "What do you mean?" Jude said. "A rift lies on the mountain summit, it will lead you to Maxwell. But do note once you cross it it will be the point of no return." She said. "What do you mean young lady?" Rowen ask.
"You will not be able to return to Rieze Maxia until you finish your quest." Erika said. "Then it all or nothing then, Thanks for the heads up" I said as we walk past her. "One more thing Takato, I hope you find your way to Rika." She said. I stop. "Yeah me too." I said as we head into the spirit way. It didn't take was long to reach Milla shrine. And of course Ivar was standing in our way. "Hey it the little guy with the big mouth." Teepo said. "Ivar what are you doing here?" Jude ask. "Did Gaius and Muzet came here?" Rowen ask. Ivar jut look at us. "Is everything ok?" Jude ask. "Not just them Wingul headed to the hallow mount as well. He also left me a message." He said. "What message?" I ask. "Jude may come after all, dal with him as you wish." Ivar said. "I was gonna let that guy off because he look good in black, but now he on my hit list." Teepo said.
"Get in line." I said. I look to Ivar. "So father cast you aside huh." I said. "Yes you too huh." He said. "I don't expect you to understand our circumstance but please we don't have time for this." Jude said. "Silence!" Ivar shout as he twirl his arms. 'Jude why did it have to be you." Ivar said as he took out his swords. "Guy head up." Jude said as Ivar wyvern drop down.

"Deadly gaze!" Elize shout as she send a barrage og energy burst at the wyvern to force it back. Ivar jump at Jude and try to take his head off. "Whirlwind snap!" Jude shout as he use the wind arte to push Ivar away. The wyvern try to bit e at Leia. "Darting claw!" Leia shout as she jab the beast in the chin. "Meteoric waltz!" Rowen shout as he sent the large boulder at the wyvern taking it down for good. Ivar was slashing at me and Jude and he was not letting up. "Hazard edge!" I shout as I slash at his waist, he quickly use his sword to block and move back. "Pyro sphere!" Guilmon shout as he shot a red energy ball at him. Ivar use his sword to deflect it. "I will avenge Lady Milla!" He shout as his sword glows white. "Shimmering impact!" He shout as he jump into the air and stab into the ground causing a shockwave to force us back. This left him open as Jude got close. "Palm strike!' He shout as he struck Ivar in the chest as he was thrown back. He soon got up.
"Oh enough of this, bakudo #4 Hainewa!" I shout as I shot a gold rope of energy at Ivar and tie him up so he couldn't move. "Why why! Do you always defeat me, I curse you Jude!" Ivar shout as he struggles. "I'm the handmaid, I had a sacred duty to protect Lady Milla. I'm special damnit." He said. "Neither of us are special, not yet anywat Ivar." Jude said. "What did you say?" Ivar ask. "But that doesn't mean that I don't want to learn how to be like them like Milla, Takato, and Gaius." Jude said. 'I can give you some pointers." I joke to him. 'Someone like you will never be like them! Your the one who let Lady Milla die!' Ivar shout. "Ivar you love her too didn't you?" Jude ask. About time Jude admitted it. "It I really was special then I might have actually been able to save her, I'm sorry." Jude said sadly as he look at Ivar. Ivar let out a sigh. 'The hallow mount is right behind the shrine, now get me out of this please." He said as I snap my fingers and the arte broke freeing him.
He then ran off.. "He still a pain in the ass you know." I said. "Ivar must have been tormeted by all of this." Leia said. 'We might have given him some bitter medicine." Rowen said. "It the kick in the balls that he needed." I said. "Does that help Takatomon?" Guilmon ask. 'Some times boy." I said. "I hope you right, I look forward to see how he act the next time we see him." Leia said. 'I can do without that." I said. "Who knows there might not be a next time. Come on let hurry." Jude said as we enter the shrine. We head to the back as we saw the banner that bare the mark of Maxwell and the four. I pull it down to reveal a door. We went through it as we saw the mountain. "While it time to start climbing, Elize stay close to me and Guilmon." I said. "Ok." She said as we start to climb up. As we did it started to rain great. Once we got about half way up the mountain we felt the ground start to shake. We look up a head to see my father fighting with Muzet.
"You witness the depths of my suffering Lord Maxwell and yet you never answer me why why!" Muzet cry out in fury. Damn she must really be losing it. "Why have you forsaken me." She said sadly. "You are a mighty spirit and yet you are unable to think for your self." Father said. "I will not let you reach Lord Maxwell. His defense is all I have left!" She shout at him as she shot at him. He deflect it with ease. "Foolish no pitiful." He said. Muzet let out a cry as she flew away. My father took of after her. We came out of hiding. "Was that them fighting?" Teepo ask. "It seem we have witness all of Gaius true strength." Rowen said. "That right he was holding back when we fought back in Fezebel marsh." I said. "You know Muzet didn't seem to be in any condition to fight either." Leia said. "She clearly lost her mind." I said. "Yes but speculating on the matter will get us no where, we must hurry." Rowen said.
"Right." I said as we continue to climb up the mountain. We finally came to the summit. When we got there we saw what look like a black and blue hole floating in the air. That must be the rift that Erika spoke of, it can lead us to Maxwell. "There it is." I said. "What with this place the ir is all tingly." Teepo said. "Uh guys." Leia said as we saw Agria and Presa in front of the rift. It was not just them Alvin was here too. "What are you doing here?" He ask us. "We could ask you the same." I said. "Fair enough." He said. " And I see your not alone." Rowen said. "Look like we don't have to play nice anymore can't say I'm sad." Presa said. "Ha ha ha that mean I get to eat you to a pulp again." Agria said as she laugh. She then look at Leia. "Hey pimple how it feel when your buddy shot you?' She ask. "Knock it off Agria." Alvin said. "She laugh again. "I'm afraid your journey end here." She said. "No way in hell." I said. " We will help Jude reach Maxwell." Rowen said
"The reason people are drawn to people like Milla and my father is their will and convictions. They have the ability to live their lives as true adults." I said. "You gonna make me hurl." Agria said. "Oh stud it you." I said as I look at Alvin. "People can't change right Alvin?" I ask. "Can't give you an answer to that kid." He said. "Enough with the lecture brat you get to feed the worms 1st." Agria said as she star to use her artes But then Alvin got in her way. "Al." Presa said confuse. "You make a better door then window stud move." Agria said as she shot near him. Leia ran next to him. "Agria why are you doing this?" Leia ask. "Put a sock in it" She said as she shot at Leia and miss. "Clean the ear wax out already, cause I won't say it again I won't turn my back on his highness." She said as she look at Presa. "I know your with me on this, we got no where left to turn." She said. Presa nods. "Yes your right. When everyone else treated us like scum, he took us in. He allow us by his side." She said. "Presa!" Alvin shout.
'Sorry Al." She said. "Either we do this or we wing up back in the trash again." Agria said. "Then we got no choice." I said as we got ready for them.

"Burning wheel!" Agria shout as she sent the flame wheel at us. Elize quickly put up a barrier in time to block it. Jude use this to jump over her and at Agria. "Rising falcon!" He shout as he dive at her. "Grand fire!" Agria shout as she stab the ground to launch a pillar of fire to force him back. "Soaring vortex!" Leia shout as she was able to throw Agria into the air. Agria growl and dive down at Leia. Leia jump back to dodge. "That is it I will turn you all to ash Pyro storm!" She shout as she sent a massive fire ball at us. "HonÅ o taberu hito!" I shout as I adsorb the fire ball. Agria was shock. "Oh that is total bull shit!" She shout. "I like I gave a damn Nannesei!" I shout as I thrust my sword at her and blow her back. She hit the ground and was down. "Hydro current!" Presa shout as she shot a water blast at Alvin. He hurry and roll out of the way. "Punishing shot!" He shout as he use his sword to throw her into the air and shot at her.
Presa quickly use her spellbook to block it. "Aqua drop!" She shout as she rain water balls down on us. "Rock trine!" Rowen shout as he make a rock shield to defend us. Presa look to lose her cool. 'No more of this Dragon mare brood!" She shout as she sent a water dragon at us. I got infront of my friends. "Danku!" I shout as I put up a barrier to stop the dragon. "Alvin together." I said. "I'm with you kid." He said as we put our swords together. "Chaos blaze wave!" We shout as we brought them down and sent a fire wave at Presa. She was throw near Agria spot. They got to their knees. "Al I'm glad we could be together again, even if it was for a little awhile." Presa said. "Presa I." Alvin try to say. 'I'm happy for you Al. Open your eyes now you found your place as well." She said as the ground start to shake. Shit the chiff must have become unstable during the fight it gonna soon broke underneath them. "Presa!" Alvin shout as he try to ran to her
But it was to late as Presa went over the edge and disappears below. I saw Leia grab Agria before she fell off. "Agria. ang on I got you. " Leia said as she try to hold on to her. "Now you listen up you little eyesore. Somethings in this world you can't just fix no matter what how hard you try." Agria said as she force Leia to let her go. 'Fall into despair!" She shout as she fall her to death. They're gone I can't believe it. 'They made their choice Takato." Moeru Ryu said. I look at Alvin. "Uncle Alvin are you ok?" I ask. "I'm find' He said without looking at me. 'Where will you go now?' I ask. "What is it to you?' He ask. 'Come with us." I said. 'Now the kids want to babysit me." He said. "Don't think this is easy for the rest of us. I can't forget how you attack Jude and Leia." I said. 'I'll tell them I'm sorry for what it worth." He said.
"You do that." I said as I walk to the rift. 'Takato don't let that big bad liar come with us. He'll stab us in the back again." Teepo said. I didn't say anything as we all gather at the rift. It let go see Maxwell.

Leia: It a shame I couldn't save Agria, she was just to studdurn. No time for that, the time has come for us to confront Maxwell and find the truth about Milla. Let hope we like what we find. Next time on Tales of Tamers Xilla: Chapter 27: The lord of spirits. Were in for the long haul I know it.
And done, another chapter down and out. To be honest I didn't want to write the Ivar fight, but the chapter felt short with out. Any way next time our heroes with comr face to face with Maxwell. How will it turn out find out next time. Until then this been Crimson Dragonic blazing out.
