Tau'ri Galactic Tours Part I
Date: February 11, 2013, Time: 12:30 P.M., Location: Earth, Cheyenne Mountain, SG Command felicity Gate room operations.
With the addition of more I.O.A. high council members joining the current I.O.A. high council the recently elected Committee Head Konstantin Nechayev along with the some of their SG Home-world command commanding officers have decided to do 1 of their yearly off-world Galactic Tours have the I.O.A. High council representatives see how their Growing Galactic Interests and bases are doing; After they finished their tour of the SG command facility the SG Command assigned newly Promoted Major Carl Grogan along with SG teams 4, 9 and 10 to escort the I.O.A. High council members on their Galactic tours.
As Major Carl Grogan and the rest of his assigned SG teams; As well with all the I.O.A. high council members standing with them where waiting for the Stargate to make connect to another Planet. In the background Major Carl Grogan heard from the Stargate operation operator station Newly Promoted Gate operations operator Captain Norman Harriman say in a calm tone, Captain Norman Harriman "Chevron 3 locked."
As the Gate continued to dial Major Carl Grogan decided on 1 final security check and in a calm and curious tone to all the I.O.A. high council members present, Carl Grogan "Alright I.O.A. Council members 1 finally security check do all of you to have your defensive weapons to protect yourselves with us?(After he said that he saw all the present I.O.A. high council members pull out Zat guns to answer his question.) Alright we're all set to go then."
After the I.O.A. council members took out their Zat guns 1 of the I.O.A. New High Council members Gary Quinlan in a calm and curious tone, Gary Quinlan "That's good to hear Tell me again major which planet in the galaxy are we visit in our Galactic tour?"
Major Carl Grogan "Ah council member Quinlan the 1st Planet we're going to is our Gamma Site Planet to see how it doing; As well to give a tour for you guys on how far our Galactic interests and Military presence have come within the Galaxy."
As Major Carl Grogan finished his statement he heard from the Stargate operation operator station Captain Norman Harriman say in a calm tone, Captain Norman Harriman "Chevron 7 locked(After a few seconds the Stargate activated with a wormhole established.) wormhole established." Major Grogan saw all the New I.O.A. high council members flinch in shock and jump back a few ft.
One of the New I.O.A. high council members Guillermo Oller in a shocked, surprised and somewhat curious tone, Guillermo Oller "That's in-creditable so that's how a wormhole is established and the SG command personnel and our Galactic resources mining personal travel the Galaxy and defend us from Interstellar threats."
Major Grogan in a calm and somewhat smug tone, Major Grogan "That it is councilmen Oller and we do an excellent Job at it.(After saying that Major Grogan pulled out his IDC device and give his IDC code to through the stargate Wormhole to the Gamma Site Planet stargate.) Now councilmen could we begin our Galactic tour I just send my IDC to the Gamma site Planet."
After he said that all of I.O.A. high council members nodded and along with SG teams 4 and 9 that have gone through the stargate in their own previous Galactic tours went through the stargate to the Gamma Site Planet; However as the all of New I.O.A. high council members and most of SG team 10 came up to the stargate and when through the stargate 1 of the New I.O.A. high council members: Peter Wittig(in a moderate thick German accent.) stopped a few feet away in a curious, calm and a somewhat nervous tone, Peter Wittig "What is like to travel through the stargate?"
Major Grogan in a calm and somewhat annoyed tone, Major Grogan "Well Once you go through the stargate it like your been pulled thought and enter a sort of free fall while traveling until you reach the other side.(After he said that he saw on councilmen Peter Wittig's face a somewhat shocked and concerned look.) Don't worry Councilman we haven't lost anyone while traveling through the stargate; Come Councilmen the others are waiting for us and the other side." With that both Major Grogan, Councilmen Peter Wittig and the SG team 10 went through the stargate.
Location: Tau'ri Gamma site Planet base and colony, Time: 12:33 P.M., Main Planetary base's SG Command felicity Gate room
As Major Carl Grogan, Councilmen Peter Wittig and SG team 10 came through the Stargate that saw the Gamma Site's SG command felicity Gate room a Pair of 50 caliber machine guns at both sides of the stargate; They have as well saw the rest of the I.O.A. council members and SG team members of 4 and 9 talking to the base's 2nd on command: General Anfisa Izbella; As they finished coming through the stargate they heard the stargate shutdown; They then saw General Izbella turn her attention to them and had a welcoming Professional look on her face. General Izbella in a calm tone(with a moderate thick Russian accent.) "Welcome to the Gamma Site Planet Councilmen Wittig and Major Grogan."
Major Grogan give General Izbella a military salute to her and in a calm somewhat commanding tone, Major Grogan "Thank you Ma'am General Izbella."
General Izbella give Major Grogan a military salute in return and in calm and somewhat relaxing tone, General Izbella "You may stand as easy Major."
Major Grogan did as General Izbella requested and in relaxed and calm tone, Major Grogan "Thank you Ma'am."
After both their greetings General Izbella turned her attention to Councilmen Wittig who had a curious and confused look on his face, General Izbella "Is there a problem councilmen Wittig?"
Peter Wittig in a calm and curious tone, Peter Wittig "Oh know General Izbella it's just I can believe I'm on another planet."
Before General Izbella could answer 1 of his fellow council members: Jean LaPierre in a calm tone(with a moderate thick French accent.), Jean LaPierre "Oh don't wearily Wittig the awe of travelling across the galaxy will wear off soon enough. Pretty soon you will see that travelling to other Planet through the stargate is just like any other trip to another Planetary Nation on Earth or as the In-habits of the Galaxy call our Planet the Tau'ri Home-world."
Peter Wittig "I see Mr. LaPierre remind me again how many Galaxy Tours have you been on before me and my fellow New I.O.A. High council members Joined?"
Before Jean LaPierre could answer other 1 of his fellow I.O.A. Council members: Russel Chapman answered in a calm tone(with a moderate thick British accent.), Russel Chapman "Mr. Wittig If I recall correct this will make it our 14th Galactic tour in the Galaxy. Both Myself and our original I.O.A. council members find these Galactic tours pretty routine by now so we're use to it. Given enough time both you and your fellow new I.O.A. Council members will find it quite routine."
After that little chat between the I.O.A. High council members General Izbella in a calm and somewhat annoyed tone, General Izbella "Alright councilmen if you done with your discussions in the Gate Room General Maurice Vidrine in waiting for you guys in our base's main conference room."
I.O.A. High council Committee Head Konstantin Nechayev turned his attention to General Izbella and in calm tone, Konstantin Nechayev "Very well General Izbella.(He turned his attention the rest of the I.O.A. High Council members.) Come my fellow councilmen must not keep General Vidrine waiting." After he said that General Izbella along with all the I.O.A. Council members along with SG command team 4.
Location: Tau'ri Gamma site Planet base, Time: 12:40 P.M., SG Command felicity main conference room
As the both General Izbella and Major Grogan along with all the I.O.A. Council members came up to the main conference room door and the military door guards opened the conference room doors; As they come into the Main conference room they all saw General Vidrine sitting at massive conference table with 20 seats with refreshments and some snacks on it with him sitting at the ending of the conference table with a glass of water next to him; As will with a folder on the end of the table he was reading it; General Izbella approached the conference table a give a tab on the end of the table near her and give a moderate loud gowl in her throat to give General Vidrine attention; She saw General Vidrine put down the folder he was reading and turned his attention to his base's guests and in a calm, apologetic and curious tone, General Vidrine "My apologies I.O.A. councilmen I was busy reading a progress report on some of the our new advanced technology that some of our scientists and engineers have spend years in studying and developing. Please have a seat councilmen; Are any of you thirsty from your travel through the stargate?"
I.O.A. High council Committee Head: Konstantin Nechayev turned his attention to General Izbella and in calm tone, Konstantin Nechayev "Apology accepted General Vidrine and I'll have a glass of water." Most of the rest of the I.O.A. High council members said the same as Nechayev and General Vidrine and some of his SG felicity military door guards poured from their conference table water pitchers.
After they all took sip of water from their water glasses 1 of the I.O.A. members: Vitaly Ivanovich Churkin in a calm and curious tone(with a moderate thick Russian accent.),Vitaly Churkin "General Vidrine tell us what type of new advanced technology have our scientists and engineers have spend years in studying and developing?"
General Vidrine took a quick look at the folder and then turned his attention to all the I.O.A. members and in calm tone, General Vidrine "Ah Mr. Churkin and to all your fellow I.O.A. members according to information of our off-world scientists and engineers they have been working on our 1st generation F-302 fighter-interceptor defensive shield generator to increase the survivability of our fighters and pilots in combat; Thanks to having access to the highly advance technology from the Ancients and the Asgard databases we have been able to develop a prototype that we are currently working out the kinks." After he said that he saw look of surprise and curiosity all of the New I.O.A. High council members.
Peter Wittig in a calm and curious tone, Peter Wittig "That's in-creditable General Vidrine I believe I spoke for everyone new members of the I.O.A. high council on saying that's amazing. I thought it was our my Galactic Fleet of warships only have mobile shield generators to generate extremely powerful shields. Tell me General Vidrine What do our scientists and engineers say how powerful shields our 1st generation F-302 fighter-interceptor defensive shield generator can produce?"
General Vidrine walked over to the folder on the conference table and opened it to take a quick look as the information inside the folder and then turned his attention back to Mr. Wittig and the rest of the I.O.A. high council members in a calm and smug tone towards Mr. Wittig, General Vidrine "That they are Mr. Wittig and according to what our scientists and engineers having provided to me in the report I'm reading our 1st generation F-302 fighter-interceptor defensive shield generator can in theory generate shields strong enough to take 4 Goa'uld Death Glider staff cannons blasted before failing."
After General Vidrine said his statement I.O.A. High council member: Liu Jieyi(in a moderate thick Chinese accent.) in calm and curious tone, Liu Jieyi "Impressive General Vidrine on what our Race's scientists and engineers have been able to accomplished in short time to progress massively. I hope our Home-world's civilians and citizens economical sections."
Konstantin Nechayev turned his attention to Liu Jieyi and in calm tone, Konstantin Nechayev "We will Mr. Jieyi we just need to work out the kinks of 1st generation F-302 fighter-interceptor defensive shield generator; As well will need to get all our Planetary nation's in the Gate alliance treaty to agree to not use these new highly advanced military technologies against each other; As well to use them for only world wide Planetary defense against any interstellar threats;(Konstantin Nechayev turned his attention back to General Vidrine.) Speaking of which General Vidrine what are the problem kinks that our scientists and engineers are trying workout."
General Vidrine "Well according to our scientists and engineers that are working on the shield transmitters and their electrical distribution systems around the F-302 fighter Prototype; They are having trouble to make sure the shield transmitters are getting enough power from the highly advanced electrical distribution systems to project the fighters protective shields; As well from what the scientists and engineers say that estimate that it would take another 1 1/2 months to get the shield transmitters and their electrical distribution systems around the F-302 fighter Prototype kinks out."
Konstantin Nechayev in a calm tone, Konstantin Nechayev "I see General Vidrine tell us General has there been any new highly advanced military technological weapons systems that both our scientists and engineers have developed?"
General Vidrine "No Mr. Nechayev at least not this planet currently for all our scientists and engineers using all our advanced scientific labs in how to workout the kinks of our shield transmitters are getting enough power from the highly advanced electrical distribution systems; Anyway Mr. Nechayev from what I heard and saw while visiting some of our other off-world Military bases and scientific research facilities that we have ever since you guys did your Galactic tours have developed new highly advanced military technological weapons systems; As well some new advanced medical technologies."
Liu Jieyi in a calm and curious tone, Liu Jieyi "Really General Vidrine like what type of other new highly advanced military technological weapons systems or some of the new advanced medical technologies?"
In respond to Liu Jieyi's question General Vidrine when up to the conference's rooms file cabin and open the top shelf and began to go through all his files until he can to where he keep the most recent progress reports copies on all other off-world military bases and research facilities scientists and engineers where working on their Race's new advanced medical technologies. After he took a hand full of copies in folders and began to pass them out and after roughly a minute in a calm tone, General Vidrine "I really don't want bored you guys further verbal information so here you guys go if you want further information I just give you a copies to calm down your curiosity; As well with you guys doing your Galactic tour you will visit the off-world bases and research facilities colonies you can ask them for further information when you visit them."
Over the next few minutes all of the I.O.A. High council members when through the progress reports to read on what type of new highly advanced technology their off-world military bases and research facilities colonies have developed Konstantin Nechayev in a calm and curious tone, Konstantin Nechayev "In-creditable on the amount of new highly advanced Technological breakthroughs Like new highly advanced artificial organs; highly advanced prosthetic limbs created by tiny Nanites that could help people that are missing limbs regain their full mobility; It's amazing on how we have been able to develop very quickly and hopefully will introduce to our Home-world: Earth soon."
General Vidrine "That it is Mr. Nechayev I just hope our Home-world Populous is really for these new revolutionary technologies."
Time: 5:40 P.M.
Over the next 5 hours both General Vidrine and his Gamma site Planet Personnel talked with the I.O.A. council of the status of the Gamma sites and how they are doing; Both General Vidrine and his 2nd in command: General Anfisa Izbella give the I.O.A. high council brief reports on their Gamma Site Planet base's status; General Izbella told them that do them having capture roughly 5,000 Lucian Alliance troops with 1 of their Lt. General's Garai Mosegi as P.O.W.'s that since they been taken poisoners that their though they have received from Earth a large amount of extra food stores among with amenities to make their P.O.W.'s lives more conformable that their food stores are still on the edge of collapse; This has forced General Vidrine and 2nd in command: General Izbella with some of their personnel that has some diplomatic experience to make some travels to some other Planets under their indirect and direct influence like Arkhan's World that produced mainly agriculture food; The I.O.A. Council members where at 1st shocked by this move from General Vidrine but after he explained that both they are far away from Earth and that their couldn't rely on just their home-world for the resources they needed; They have as well have been told that ever since they offered the people Arkhan's world to help them in treating or possibly cure the illnesses and diseases that has spread among their planets populous.
As well sending a few agriculture experts and economists to help them in increasing their agriculture production to give their farmers and other agriculture workers in different areas of the Agriculture economy sector with the ability to increase the yield of their crops or animals to have their populous access to more food; As well to help them manage their growing planetary economy more efficiently and faster that their agriculture section and economy is booming and has a surplus of food and have been exporting their surplus of food to other worlds; General Vidrine told the I.O.A. high council members that both he and his personnel where able to negotiate with King Arkhan I and his government officials to which they have agreed to supply them with just enough food stores to keep their colony going; However General Vidrine told that while they where able negotiating with King Arkhan I and his government officials that in return with Arkhan world's supplying then with food that they would provide them with medical supplies and to help train some of his people in military strategy to develop a small military defense force army to protect their Planetary interests, to assist their allies or to by time for their allies arrive to assist them. After General Vidrine give them an update status of the Gamma Site Planet's bases they took lunch and went mess hall and after they had lunch General Vidrine had has 2nd in command: General Izbella to continue their tour of their Gamma Site Planet bases and facilities; They saw in the research facilities the project their scientists and engineers are working on. After they finished their Galactic tour of the Gamma site Planet all of the I.O.A. council members and their SG command SG teams escort were in the gate room and the 1 of SG team members of SG team 4: Sgt. Daniel Marcos was dialing the next destination of the I.O.A. council: Alpha site Planet.
As Sgt. Marcos as dialing the stargate all of the I.O.A. high members where saying their goodbyes I.O.A. council member: Peter Wittig to a calm and somewhat satisfied to tone to both General's Vidrine and Izbella, Peter Wittig "It has been a pleasure to meet you General Vidrine(He shook his left hand.) and to you as well General Izbella(He shook her left hand.). I hope to visit you guys and this world again."
General Vidrine "It was be a pleasure to see you Mr. Wittig."
After General Vidrine said that they all saw the Stargate activate and Sgt. Marcos in a calm tone, Sgt. Marcos "Stargate activated,(After he said that he pulled out his IDC device and give his IDC code to through the stargate Wormhole to the Alpha Site Planet stargate.) Major Grogan wormhole established."
Major Carl Grogan in a calm tone, Major Carl Grogan "Thank you Sgt. Marcos, Now councilmen could we continue our Galactic tour." With that all of the I.O.A. Council Members, Major Grogan and SG teams when through the stargate to their next Galactic tour destination.
