Tau'ri Galactic Tours Part II and New Technology I
Date: February 11, 2013, Time: 5:41 P.M., Location: Alpha Site's SG command felicity Gate room
As Major Carl Grogan along with SG teams 4, 9 and 10 to escorting the I.O.A. High council members on their Galactic tours came through the Stargate they were in the Alpha Site's SG command felicity Gate room; As they finished coming through the stargate they heard the stargate shutdown they have saw 1 of the Alpha site base's newly Promoted 3rd in command's: Colonel Mike Shefield along with recently Promoted Major General: Ben Pierce and his 2nd in command Brigadier General: Jennifer Wilson with a squadron troops with their weapons pointed at them. Brigadier General Ben Pierce turned his attention his squadron troops and in calm and somewhat concerned tone, General Ben Pierce "Stand down troopers their friendlies." His squadron of troops did as he ordered and he then turned his attention to Major Grogan who was saluting him.
Major Grogan give General Ben Pierce a military salute to him and in a calm somewhat commanding tone, Major Grogan "Thank you General Ben Pierce."
General Ben Pierce give Major Grogan a military salute in return and in calm and somewhat relaxing tone, General Ben Pierce "You may stand as easy Major."
Major Grogan did as General Ben Pierce requested and in relaxed and calm tone, Major Grogan "Thank you Sir."
General Ben Pierce than turned his attention all of the I.O.A. Councilmen members in a calm to he base's guests and put on a welcoming Professional look on his face and in a calm tone, General Ben Pierce "Welcome to the Alpha Site Planet Major Grogan and I.O.A. council members."
I.O.A. high council Committee Head Konstantin Nechayev in a calm tone(In a moderate thick Russian accent.), Konstantin Nechayev "Thank you General Pierce(he turned his attention some of General Pierce's other command personnel.), Hello General Wilson and Colonel Shefield it's nice to you and your personnel again."
General Pierce in a calm and a little sarcastic tone, General Pierce "Thank you Councilmen Nechayev I can say on the behalf of my fellow officers that it's a pleasure to see you again."
Councilmen Konstantin Nechayev changed his tone to a more smug calm tone, Konstantin Nechayev "General Pierce I know both you as well the rest of both the Home-world, interstellar stargate programs and our continuing growing Galactic fleet Personnel don't like us; However might I remind you that if both you and of the Personnel in both the Home-world, interstellar stargate and Galactic Fleet want to continue their operations with our Economical and Political support you will have to deal and tolerate us; Or we could simply cut costs and massively reduce our guys operations strength."
Before General Pierce could respond his 2nd in command General Wilson in a concerned and somewhat calm tone, General Wilson "You and the I.O.A. high council members won't dare. You guys know we are at war with the Lucian Alliance, and you need us at our current Military operational strength to defend our Galactic mining colonies; As well our Galactic allies and other Galactic interests in the Galaxy."
General Pierce in a calm and commanding tone to General Wilson, General Pierce "That's enough General Wilson your out of line."
General Wilson in a calm subdue tone, General Wilson "Yes sir sorry sir."
General Pierce turned his attention back to Mr. Nechayev in a calm and somewhat apologetic tone, General Pierce "My apologies Councilmen Nechayev you have made your point; However my 2nd in command General Wislon does have a point as well."
Councilmen Konstantin Nechayev in a calm and somewhat smug tone, Konstantin Nechayev "Apology accepted General Pierce I do see General Wilson's point in that we need you guys at your current Military operational strength; However my point still stands General Pierce. From what I read from the Stargate Program personnel reports on the early years of the stargate program you guys were able to do a lot with very little."
General Pierce in a submitted and defeated tone, General Pierce "Yes Councilmen Nechayev that is correct however like all wars in history both opponents on both sides try to gain an advantage to win the conflict; For us that lead to further Political and Economical resources to be poured into the Stargate Program to fight our growing list of enemies and that lead to major technological break throughs like the F-302 fighter Program; As well the BC-303 and the BC-304 Battlecruiser Programs to where now we can stand on equal footing to which you need to Protect our growing Galactic Geo-Political Influence Councilmen."

Before Councilmen Konstantin Nechayev could say anything his fellow Councilmen Shen Xiaoyi answered in a curious and calm tone(In a moderate thick Chinese accent.), Shen Xiaoyi "So you guys want more funding to expand your Alpha site planetary bases combat operational capabilities? Well, if you guys want further funding could we have your Military support for us to try to establish a foundation of a possible future Galactic Federation."
General Pierce in a calm and somewhat irritated tone, General Peirce "Ah the art of negotiations if 1 side wants something from the other side we will need offer something. Fine Councilmen Nechoayev if it means we have access more economical and military resources I will give my support to your possible future Galactic Federation; However it will take time to persuade and make deals with the rest my men under my command to agree with me."

Before General Pierce could answer Colonel Mike Shefield in a calm tone, Colonel Shefield "Well Councilmen Ragaglini that is the way we build it. Plus, the Alpha site Main base of operations was 1 of the original Stargate Off-world bases; The other of course being the Gamma site to which you guys just gated from.(Just as he finished his statement Colonel Shefield saw a menacely calm look on General Pierce's face.) Sorry sir."

Councilmen Konstantin Nechayev in a calm tone, Konstantin Nechayev "Very well General Pierce(He turned his attention to the rest of his fellow I.O.A. High councilmen.) Come my fellow councilmen we must not keep the General and his command officers waiting." With that they began their of the Alpha site Planet's Planetary bases and spend the next 5 hours in exploring the Alpha site Planet's Planetary bases and the facilities. After they were finishing their tour of their Planetary bases and facilities General Pierce had some of his bases personnel to escort them to their Main Planetary bases guest sleeping quarters and saying their goodnights and slept for the night.
Date: February 12, 2013, Time: 9:30 A.M.
After they spend the night on the Alpha Planet's Main Planetary base and did, they daily morning routine the I.O.A. Hight councilmen, Major Grogan and his SG teams escort where back in the Alpha site base's main stargate room; As 1 of SG team members of SG team 4: Sgt. Daniel Marcos was dialing the next destination of the I.O.A. council: Golf Hotel colony Planet.
As Sgt. Marcos as dialing the stargate all of the I.O.A. high members where saying their goodbyes 1 of the I.O.A. council members: Kiara Varma to a calm and somewhat satisfied to tone(In a moderate thick Indian accent.) to both General's: Pierce, Wilson and Colonel Shefield, Kiara Varma "It has been a pleasure to meet you again General Pierce(she shook his left hand.); As well you General Jennifer Wilson(she shook her right hand.) and to you as well Colonel Shefield(He shook her left hand.). I hope to visit you guys and this world again."
General Pierce "It was be a pleasure to see you again Mrs. Kiara Varma."
After General Pierce said that they all saw the Stargate activate and Sgt. Marcos in a calm tone, Sgt. Marcos "Stargate activated,(After he said that he pulled out his IDC device and give his IDC code to through the stargate Wormhole to the Alpha Site Planet stargate.) Major Grogan wormhole established."
Major Carl Grogan in a calm tone, Major Carl Grogan "Thank you Sgt. Marcos, Now councilmen could we continue our Galactic tour." With that all of the I.O.A. Council Members, Major Grogan and SG teams when through the stargate to their next Galactic tour destination: Golf Hotel Military Colony Planet.

Date: February 23, 2013
Over the last 11 days of their Galactic tour to their other Galactic Military, Research Planetary bases and colonies cross the Galaxy until they returned to Earth; During their Galactic Tour through their remaining Galactic Military, Mining and Research colonies as they were checking on their progress and to deliver the news of them that they are introducing for the 1st time in their Galactic civilization a Galactic currency(Naqauadah dollar coins) to use in Galactic Trade and commences; Most of the civilians and citizens within the Tau'ri colonies saw the introduction of a single Galactic currency and banks as a form in the I.O.A. high councilmen and their growing Galactic influence gain more influence and centralized control but they decided accept because they needed a single Galactic currency to use instead of using 100's of different currencies that where unless outside their Home-world; As well with the wider Galactic communities not using their type of currencies instead of using the now moderately limited Naqauadah currency they use. They have well in their Galactic Tour throughout some of their other Galactic Military and research Planetary bases new revolutionary technologies and exchange greets with Planetary Bases's commanding officers. They have as well tried to do some Galactic Political campaigning to try to gain both Political and Economical support within their civilian and citizen colonies to try to establish the I.O.A. High council and their institutions as the foundation for a possible future Galactic Federation; They found that after they did some Galactic Political campaigning that the results in all Military, Mining and Research colonies were mixed*.
During their Galactic Tour to the Golf Hotel Planet the I.O.A. high council and their SG team escorts found out from the base's commander: Lt. Colonel Graham King has decided when both he and his follow SG-1 team personnel where starting to in recent months bring back with some Jaffa and other human refuges from them doing Lucian alliance raids or from Jaffa refuges that have escaped their Galactic Nation's civil war; He said to the I.O.A. High councilmen that they asking for refuge, Political Aslyum or Protection have put aside some resources to help the people they let stay have some basic housing shelters to which he agreed to let them stay on the Golf Hotel Planet near his Planetary bases for Protection and safety; The I.O.A. High council was as 1st shocked and then asked him how many and large the refuge settlements are; As well with what is the total refuge population in all refuge settlements; Lt. Colonel King brought the I.O.A. High council to 1 of his leading logistical officers: Captain Oliver Peterson had he told them that the refuge population has reached roughly 1,285 in 3 large refuge settlements. When the I.O.A. high councilmen and their SG team escorts asked Lt. Colonel King of the risk of security breaches that could lead to attack on their Planetary Military base by their Galactic enemies; Fortunately they learned from Lt. Colonel King that he had all most of his intelligence agents that won't on assignment to do extensive information checks of the human and Jaffa refuges to make sure there won't any enemy espionage agents among them; He as well-organized of Police forces from his both his military Personnel(roughly a total of 19.) and refuges that came to the Golf Hotel Planet for refuge, Political Aslyum or Protection.
As they were doing their Galactic Tour throughout their Military, Mining and Research colonies and visited their research facilities colony on P8G-364 they found that their scientists and engineers have developed and doing the final tests on their 1st generation Anti-spacecraft Naquadah enhanced missile or A.S.N. missile for short; They have learned from their scientists and engineers said the 1st generation A.S.N. missile is in theory to eliminate a Goa'uld Death Glider with easy and if 1 of their F-302 fighter-interceptor is ever used against them the A.S.N. missile can eliminate the defensive shields and destroy the F-302 fighter; When both Major Carl Grogan and councilmen Konstantin Nechayev asked the head scientist: Timothy Franklin of the timeline of when they will finish the final tests and have the A.S.N. missile ready for mass production; Timothy Franklin told them that it would take roughly 2 weeks to finish the final tests and hand it over to Stargate Program military industrial complex to begin mass production; After he said that Major Grogan along with the base's commanding officer: Major Jessica Williams was happy to see that they have a new advanced toy to play with; As well use against any of their possible enemies.
As they were doing their Galactic Tour throughout their colonies and visited their research facilities colony on Britanna(P3N-268) they found that their scientists and engineers have been developing and experimenting over the years with high advance nanites in using them to create highly advanced artificial organs; Ever since they eliminated the Replicators as a threat they have been experimenting with nanites; However they didn't make them highly intelligence and a threat like the Replicators to not have them become a Galactic threat once again; As they came to the research laboratory that was creating highly advanced artificial organs they were show by the head scientist and engineer: Lee Henry that they have been able to create a few highly advanced artificial Hearts, lungs and livers among with a few other important organs; Lee Henry said that these new highly advanced artificial organs are ready for testing and where just going to send them to their home-world to medical facilities and to have patient volunteers to test the highly advanced artificial organs to see if they work correctly; All of the I.O.A. high councilmen were amazing to hear and asked Dr. Henry after the medical trials and tests are completed and possible successful will have these Medical construction nanites ready for mass medical production; Dr. Henry said that they are ready for mass medical production and are just waiting for the medical trials and tests are completed and possible successful.
As they came to another research laboratory they were show by the head scientist and engineer: Lee Henry that they have been along with using the Medical construction nanites to create highly advanced prosthetic limbs(Arms, legs, fingers and toes.) to help people that are missing limbs regain their full mobility; The I.O.A. high councilmen saw that there where multiple highly advanced prosthetic limbs; Dr. Henry highly advanced prosthetic limbs just like their new highly advanced prosthetic limbs are ready for testing and where just going to send them to their home-world to medical facilities and to have patient volunteers to test the highly advanced prosthetic limbs to see if they work correctly; All of the I.O.A. high councilmen were amazing to hear and asked Dr. Henry after the medical trials and tests are completed and possible successful will have these Medical construction nanites ready for mass medical production; Dr. Henry said that they are ready for mass medical production and are just waiting for the medical trials and tests are completed and possible successful.

High council Galactic Political campaigning where that 20% of all their Galactic Military, Research Planetary bases and Galactic civilian mining colonies supported the idea of having a very strong and centralized Galactic Federation with a governing high council with a head President that is elected by the Governing high council; However both the governing high council and President would have a large(66%) amount of all the Political Power. They also wanted a house of representatives with number of representatives for each colony to have a moderate amount of Political Power to handle their internal Politics and Economies to keep their follow representative in line to not cause a massive rebellion to overwhelm the government.
Some 30% of all their Galactic Military, Research Planetary bases and Galactic civilian mining colonies have come to somewhat disagree in supporting the idea of having a very strong and centralized Galactic Federation with a governing high council with a head President that is elected by the Governing high council; However both the governing high council and President would have a large(66%) amount of all the Political Power; They feared that with all that Political Power(66%) in the hands of both a governing high council and President that it could lead to Mob rule and a Dictator where they would abuse their Political causing more suffering to their Populous; They offered a counter proposal by saying that they supported the idea of having a moderately centralized and strong Galactic Federation with a governing high council; However that wanted 3 branches of government to limit and check the amount of power in the Galactic government; They as well wanted a house of representatives with number of representatives for each colony to have a large(50%) amount of Political Power to handle their internal Politics and Economies to keep their follow representative in line to not cause a massive rebellion to overwhelm the government; As well they wanted the house of representatives and the Governing high council along with the President to have a balance of power between the 3 of them to not have the risk of Mob rule and a Dictator where they would abuse their Political causing more suffering to their Populous.
Another some 30% of all their Galactic Military, Research Planetary bases and Galactic civilian mining colonies have come to strongly disagree in supporting the idea of having a very strong and centralized Galactic Federation with a governing high council; They offered a counter proposal by saying that they supported the idea of having a moderately decentralized Galactic Federation to limit the amount of Political and Economical Political within the Galactic Federation; They as well wanted like their main rival wanted 3 branches of government to limit and check the amount of power in the government; They as well wanted a house of representatives with number of representatives for each colony to have a large(66%) amount of Political Power to handle their internal Politics and Economies to keep their follow representative in line to not cause a massive rebellion to overwhelm the government; As well they wanted the house of representatives and the Governing high council along with the President to have a minimal amount of Political power to have a balance of power between the 3 of them to not have the risk of Mob rule and a Dictator where they would abuse their Political causing more suffering to their Populous.
The remainder(Some 20%) of all their Galactic Military, Research Planetary bases and Galactic civilian mining colonies have come to have a react of Political and Economical neutrally and really didn't care what type of Galactic Government or how large the Galactic Government that governs them is long as the Galactic Government doesn't interfere in their lives.
